How to measure your bra size
Before you shop for a bra, it's important that you know your measurements. To find your bra size, follow these quick and easy steps:
Get a measuring tape and put on your newest, best-fitting bra with an underwire and no padding. Adjust the straps to make sure your center breast is halfway between your shoulder and elbow.
To measure your band size, wrap the measuring tape directly under your bust, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor. Exhale to get the smallest measurement possible, and round your measurement to the nearest inch. Go to the band size chart and find your measurement and estimated band size.
To measure your bust size, wrap the tape measure around your body at the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. Round your measurement to the nearest inch.
To determine your cup size, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Refer to our cup size chart to determine your cup size.
