HerRoom Response: These straps adjust in front and after adjusting, you simply thread the strap tail back under the shoulder pad. Jackie from Punta Gorda, Florida, USA
HerRoom Response: Looking at your order history with us, you have only ordered this Elila bra once and in a size 44L(D9). You have purchased the Glamorise bra in both 44K(D8) and 42K(D8). Elila requires that you go up a band size and down 2 cup sizes to get the same fit as Glamorise. Starting with your 44K(D8) you would move to a 46I(D6) in Elila to keep your size. Marsha from Buffallo Grove
HerRoom Response: Your symptoms sound like you may be short-waisted. The strapps can be easily cut if too long. Kristi from Fort Collins
HerRoom Response: Our details clearly state the hardware is plastic. If you saw advertising for metal, it was not on our site. Sarah from Parlin,NJ
Elila Response: Sorry that the Elila style 1515 didn’t meet your expectations. If you are looking for a full support, full coverage bra then we would suggest style 1305. If you prefer the front hook then we would suggest using the shoulder pad as a cushion and pull it down to cover the buckle so it won’t poke you. Lisa Tunsky from United States
HerRoom Response: The new locks are considered a big improvement. They are 5x stronger. Please review the videos we have provided that show the many ways to adjust and thread the straps. It's quite an improvement. Lucinda from Starke Florida
