I normally wear a 36 G in Wacoal, but I read some reviews and ordered a 38 G in this style, and the band was far too small. Returned it. A different style in 36 G also from Wacoal in the same order fit perfectly. This brand is inconsistent.

Absolutley love shoulder straps and smooth lines, but I fall out the bottom when active. No matter how tight I make the back strack, even cutting in my skin but I still fall out. Also no separation between and was uncomfortable when backpacking.

I was sooo hopeful! The reviews are great…..BUT the bra was NOT very supportive. I participate in Cardio Dance and I was jiggling ALL over the place??. Maybe this bra is supportive for those with firm, dense breast tissue….I was not that blessed.

Very disappointed. This was the third one I have purchased over the past 5 years. After I washed it before wearing, I discovered that the straps are a full 3/4 inch shorter that the earlier versions. It makes the bra unwearable for me.

It does not cause a uni boob. It has separate panelling for the right and left boobs. The underwire feels comfortable enough and does not hurt. The centre panelling is not too high to make it uncomfortable. It encompasses each boob separately and gives a nice shape and comfort. This bra is the first bra I ever returned. I ordered 36G and received that size. I measure the band with a tape measure. It measured 29.5”. How does 36 equate to 29.5? I will never order a Wacoal bra again.

Very expensive for a nylon bra. Basically a thicker version of a regular nylon bra. Does not provide support needed for running.

For me, this is not a high impact bra, though it's fine for low impact. I cannot jog or do my rebounder wearing this bra. The side panels go really high into the armpit area on me. It's comfortable, but I won't buy another one.

Very comfortable sports bra w/soft band and straps and no bounce! Substantial cups but sometimes I wear Wacoal concealers for added modesty. My only complaint is how high it comes up in the middle front. Limits tops you can wear. HerRoom service A+!

This bra is comfy. BUT underwire on the outside is bad. The center where wire meet pokes outward and can be seen under every shirt that I have. It's the right size but I have to wear it inside out so u don't see the bump. I'm 5'6" size 10.

HerRoom Response: If the center wires are leaning outward you either need a larger cup size, or you have very close-set breasts and there is not enough room between your breasts for them to rest. I have worn this bra almost exclusively for the past several years, not just for working out, but for every day wear. I like the combination of strong fabric, compression, and underwire. The straps are not wide-set, which helps me feel less like I'm having to use my shoulders to hold up the bra. It would be great if Wacoal could come out with a seamed version of this bra to provide further support. I do find that the strap and band hooks give up the ghost before the rest of the bra does--it would be good if the company could make them a little more heavy duty. If you’re looking for a wonderfully supportive sports bra for full figured woman this is the one. The only downside would be that the front part of the bra sticks out a little bit under clothing which is typical for many full figure bras. But it’s not an issue for me and I would recommend it. Do not like this at all. Ordered 2 different colors. Wore one all day trying to get used to it. Could not. It come up too high in front. Great support overall and I really like how it holds each breast individually so you don't get the uniboob look. I still have a lot of bounce in high impact activities such as running but for stuff like dancing it seems okay. I purchased this bra after reading through reviews for several styles on this site. I like it so much that I recently ordered two more in different colours. It's a very sturdy fit that allows me to wear a loose-fitting gym tank over top. Previously, I needed at tight sports bra plus a very tight tank in order to keep everything strapped in, so I am loving this bra for that reason. I recall seeing some comments about the closure orientation and tag location. As per descrlption, this bra is worn with the wire portion on the outside, which is a bit counter-intuitive when you first go to put it on, so I think some people have been putting it on backwards. This is a great sports bra for any activity. I have owned many sports bras and have not spent this much money on one before, but this one was well worth it. It fits like a real bra and is true to size. It does NOT create uniboob! So you can actually look normal in workout clothes. This is such a wonderful sports bra that I have two of them! Wacoal is the only brand I buy. You cannot beat the quality. I am an active 60 year old woman, and well endowed but by no means a firm bustline. This bra provides wonderful support and shaping, it is comfortable as well. You could actually wear this as your everyday bra. I love the fun color choices! I would highly recommend this bra to anyone regardless of bust size or firmness factor. I hated the underwire.

Wacoal Response: This style has a floating underwire that is intended to be on the exterior of the bra so the interior is soft and cool against your skin. The compressive nature of most sport bra’s can cause skin irritation so having the cool max fabric with no wire on the inside provides more relief. I do a lot of running and walking during the week and needed to replace one of my high impact sports bras. I saw this on sale so I thought I'd give it a try. It keeps you nicely compressed and has separate cups with a center spacer so you don't have the uni-boob look. The only thing I don't like is the thin cup material. My other sports bras have a layer of padding so your nipples don't make such a pronounced presence when you're working out hard. But I like it and wear a T-shirt over it. Kellie from Quad cities

I love this bra and don't know why everyone doesn't put the underwires on the outside! It is so much more comfortable. I just wish they made the blue and red ones in my size. I ordered the wrong size in this bra so I reordered a size bigger and it was smaller around then the first one. I could get the first one on but couldn't even get the size bigger one even around me but the other bra I ordered I love.

Wacoal Response: Make sure when you order a sister size that you change both the cup and the band. For this style that runs snug because of the compression in the fabrication, you would need a 38D. Wacoal never fails! I was surprised by this sport bra at how well it worked for my size and running. It must be noted that is seems like it is inside out when wearing it. Putting the wires on the outside of the bra is BRILLIANT! I can't imagine why everyone doesn't do this. In recent years I have been plagued by wires that poke through, since apparently no one tips them properly anymore. Have to keep mending my bras and I'm now trying athletic tape over the ends of the wires, may have to try heat shrink tubing... This bra is amazingly comfortable & I love it! Heather from Maryland

My only criticism would be that they are cut high and can show above lower necklines, which wouldn't be terrible for a sports bra, except for the unattractive exterior support system. This bra fell apart on the 2nd wash. I have several others that have lasted me years. The 2nd time I washed this bra the underwire busted through and the stitching started to come undone. I called Herroom and they would not replace the bra because I had already worn it. I am now in talks with the manufacturer to get it replaced but it will take weeks. I'm very disappointed. I am very happy with this bra. It is very comfortable to wear under regular clothes. It provides a nice shape, too. I usually wear a 34 band, but I've found that most sports bras are so tight that my regular size is too small. I had hoped that there would be less bounce with this bra, but alas, it is similar to most other sports bras I've found in my size. This is an actual sports BRA - not a super-uniboob-masher. It has great support even for high impact activity, and it is, dare I say, stylish and pretty! Although attractive and comfortable, I would not agree with the rating for high-impact. Admittedly it is difficult to find a good high-impact sports bra in my size 40DD but others I tried were certainly more supportive during my jump/bounce test. As other reviewers commented, the underwire on the "street side" creates a visible line under the bust which is not only unsightly, but also kinda embarrassing. I prefer a smoother appearance. Comfortable firm support in a 38H. The mid bust underwires don't stay against the chest wall and show through clothing - even through 2 or 3 layers, but it is worth it to have a supporting well fitting bra for active sports and running. This bra seems to have a strange sizing to it. I ordered a 38D, it was too tight & small, ordered a 40DD, it was too big in the band & the wire stuck out in the center. So, not sure how I'm supposed to fit into it. The bra itself seemed fine. I liked the 4 closure back & the straps seem like they would be comfortable.

Wacoal Response: Anytime you go up in the band size you must go down in the cup size so if a 38D was too small, you should order either a 38DD or a 40C. I wish I could give it more stars! I am on the site to order a second one. I have tried several types of sports bras, and this one is by far the best. I have a large cup size, and struggle with fit. This bra is snug without being uncomfortable or too tight, doesn't cause the dreaded "uni-boob," and has held up well so far (I wear it almost every day, so it has been washed a lot, too). Awesome bra! I own about 6 and gifted a few to my sister. I love this bra, it holds the girls in place, separately. Whatever I am doing there is limited movement due to the no elastic shoulder straps. Even horseback riding the bouncing is much reduced. I have been measured as a 32G. This bra fits true to size, and is comfortable to wear. I have a similar bra by Donna Karan in a 34DDD that fits similarly. It's difficult to determine how a sports bra will support and feel until you are actually doing the activity. By that time all tags are off and the purchase has been made. This is a very comfortable bra. I agree with other reviewers that the top of the underwire comes up very high in the middle, and can poke out a bit and show with smooth clothing. I am somewhat short in the torso, so this might not be a problem for taller people. I found that if I loosened the straps one notch, it alleviated the issue. I will mostly wear this for exercise/yoga, but would find it comfortable enough to wear daily if wearing a compatible top (high-necked). The fabric feels luxuriously smooth. This bra has become a standout favorite of mine for working out. So much so, I've repurchased it several times and plan to always have at least one. The support and shape are fantastic. Only negative is the center panel; it comes up quite high, so it creates a little bit of a "third nipple" appearance, and if you do yoga in this and do inversions or plow or even shoulder stand, the center panel comes up to the throat and tries to choke me a little bit. If these yoga poses are what you plan on using the bra for, maybe think again (like the Natori v-neck sports bra). My rating is based on the fit which was too small for me in this particular bra. I have been fitted to wear a 32H. A sales associate advised me to order a 36DDD which fits perfectly. I have not found any sports bra that completely eliminates bounce, but this comes the closest. I hesitated to order an underwire sports bra, because in general I hate underwires, but this is comfortable. Great support. I will even wear this as a Tshirt bra as the cups are nice and smooth, and the bra gives great lift. The only drawback is that because it is a compression bra for sports, the chest does end up looking a little smushed, but only a little. I love this bra. Best sports bra I have found. I was fitted for this bra 2 yrs ago and it is by far the best I have ever owned..and I have had a few over the years ! This bra keeps you secure, [jogging, tennis, horseback ]supported and feels like you aren't wearing one, at least for me it does. This is the best sports bra I've ever owned. For a women with my size chest, it is hard to find a sports bra that actually allows me to run. The Wacoal sports bra does this. I can run without pain for long periods of time. It is a great work out bra and it works well if you just want to go for a walk or even a run. This is really the only sports bra that has allowed me to feel supported when I work out. One feature that I really do appreciate is having the underwire on the outside instead of on the inside. At first, I thought it was odd to have it on the outside, but I really do think it plays a significant role in why it is so comfortable. I can't rave enough about this sports bra. This bra is the best workout bra i have ever owned! The bra encapsulates properly and is extremely comfortable. Very comfortable, but not quite a perfect fit..I wore it, so didnt return it...the wires that meet in the middle stick out and buldges under my shirt...dont think it is noticeable, though..I suspect not exactly the correct size.

Wacoal just seems to fit me perfectly; I was a little "concerned" about the "encapsulation" in the descrlption- thought that would translate into "squooshed flat". It really does not, at all! There is, quite simply, no movement from the girls, no matter what impact exercise I'm doing- it's just so comfortable, that I wear it for everyday! I have searched so long for a good sports bra that is comfortable and keeps the girls separate with great support. Wacoal made it happen. I love the support of this bra. My only complaint is the straps - after first wash, when I put the bra on, it slides out of the strap position and I have to get someone to slide it back in while I have the bra on. The Bra fits just fine, in terms of comfore and cup size. However, the middle of the Bra where the under wire comes up in the front stick out and makes my clothes look like that is something in my chest. If that makes sense. I love Wacoal bras. I live in them. I was really hoping that this sports bra would work for me, however I could barely get the band closed and the straps were way too short for me. I couldn't move with it on, which makes it useless to me. Back to the drawing board...On the plus side - the underwire being on the outside is very unique.
