This is definitely a beautiful bra and when I first tried it on, it seemed to fit perfectly. However, I find that the straps fall off my shoulders easily. When I adjust the straps, the bra rides up. The wire is stiff, so when it rides up it is very uncomfortable. I find myself having to re-situate the bra everytime I stand up or pick up my bag or lift my arm! I thought it was a lace bra and when it arrived it had a formed cup. I wish Playtex offered more 42 B bras. I like an underwire bra for the lift, not for the formed cup. This is a beautiful bra, and is very comfortable. The back closure is wide enough so that your back looks smooth with it on. I've been wearing this style for years. I don't know what Playtex has done, but the straps slide off my shoulders and I have to keep adjusting them. I have worn this only twice, for about one hour each time, and both times I have removed it because of itching and irritation at the back, around the fastener area. Is there a high latex level here? I have had a mild sensitivity to latex in the past, but never had itching like this from a bra before. Unfortunately, two hours of use probably means I can't return it. Nan

Not only is this bra beautiful, it's comfortable! It provides just the right level of support I need without feeling like I'm getting locked into some sort of contraption. I can wear this bra for hours - the straps stay in place, I'm not constantly tugging it down, etc. I went up a cup size because I don't like minimizers and it fits perfectly. Never had bought Playtex before. I purchased many bras with the intent of returning some, so I guess I tried this one because it was pretty & the reviews I read - not realizing the brand. Liked the bra but it doesn't fit correctly. It is a B cup and yet it was huge on me. The band size felt fine but the cup was too big. I am returning the item. I had a double mastectomy with silicone implants two years ago, and have had a hard time finding bras that fit quite right. I normally am now a 38C (thank you, Dr. Scarlett!) but I found this style in 40C is not only gorgeous in the red shade, but it's the most comfortable bra I've had yet! I returned this bra, it was not a true 44, I couldn't even hook it. When I sat down, which is a big test for me, the middle poked out and noticeable under clothes. I'm sticking to the Grenier bra I've been buying from now on, no more trying new bras.
