This worked perfectly under a wedding gown that was a thin silky material. It didn't show at the waist line under the dress which is why I purchased this one. I would highly recommend. I am 5'4" and this came just to the floor which was perfect. Tammy from Newtown CT, US

I got this in addition to the gown length slip. Size small in nude. The fabric is great! It is just the right thickness and would not cling to the skin or the skirt. Love the length and fit. I needed a long half slip with a split to wear under my destination wedding dress, which was chiffon and lightweight. This slip was just perfect. It only has one seam, in the back with the split. I turned it around so the split and seam were in front, where the split in my dress was. The seam didn't show since my dress had a ruffle detail down the front. It was comfortable and the right length. Also, HerRoom shipped it to the hotel where my destination wedding was taking place, since it was a last minute purchase and it wouldn't arrive at my home in time. Very unhappy with my purchase. This slip was very expensive. The quality did not reflect the price. The slip had stitching that was crooked and I could not seem to get rid of the static. Had to return it. I was even more disappointed that I spent my hard earned cash to get expedited shipping and more cash to insure it and rerun it! Sandi B.

Long 1/2 slips are not easy to find these days but I needed something to go under my long sheer wedding dress. The material was of great quality. It wasn't as long as I needed it to be. Im 5'7" and and it went to about mid-calf and there was a seem in the back that showed through my dress. I'm about a 34" hips and the small still was big. Fit perfectly. The length was just right. I bought this to go under my wedding dress as an extra layer under the organic bamboo cotton skirt which is just a bit too sheer. Gave me just the right amount of coverage and the fabric is nice and light. I'd recommend it for the quality. It is pricey but I agreed to pay that much, so I can't take a star off for that. This slip was a good length for a tall person but not worth the money as it is so sheer you may as well not have a slip on. I bought this to wear under shear summer skirts. Did not cover in the least. Very disappointed.

Most of our customers find that the slip does provide adequate coverage under sheer dresses and skirts. Beautiful quality. It is stretchy and silky and seams do not show. I took other people's advice and opted for the small because I wanted a good fit under my dress. Small was the right size. I went to several department stores before ordering this online. No one had anything as nice in stock. I'm very pleased. Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a slip that could be worn under some of the longer maxi dresses and skirts and this fits the bill. Only issue was that it runs a little big. I normally wear a M but could have gone with a S for a snugger fit. It fits the same as a skirt but I would prefer a slip be a little smaller than the skirt I am wearing over it. CCW

The slip was really great. Fit really well (very comfortable) and shipped very fast! It arrived much sooner than expected. I ordered this to go under my very sheer wedding dress and the slip worked perfectly! My only issue was that it was quite pricey for a slip, but to make my wedding dress work I guess it was worth it.
