I finally found a bra that holds me in properly! Le Mystere Plunge Bra is slightly padded, which is OK because I am fairly busty. The wider band is brilliant. Size up in the band though as it does run small. susan from California

Not sure this counts as "crescent-shaped padding," as most of the padding is underneath, and not on the side. That said, this is a very supportive and flattering bra. It's extremely supportive, snug and secure, but no side spillage. Realistic push up leaves me feeling extremely confident with low-cut shirts, which is a rare experience for me! C from USA

As a small-chested person, I have very specific needs when it comes to bras. Needs to 1) Be tight enough in the band so the bra doesn't shift around all day (I'm a 30-32 band, usually 30, which is SO HARD TO FIND). 2) Push my breasts back together enough to give me tiny cleavage. 3) Not so rigid that I can't breathe. 4) Not feel like body armor. This bra is the first ever that does it all! C from USA

Love this bra! It's so supportive and really gives me the pushup and cleavage that I want. The only problem I really have with it is that it's still just a tad too big in the cups, but I think if I went smaller it wouldn't fit. Too bad there aren't half sizes. Brittany from Douglasville

Runs a bit small

Le Mystere Response: Yes the band can be a little tight, if you relax the straps and wear the band lower in the back it may not be be so tight. I also like the straps in the center of the back but as all bands it will stretch out. Ailis from Oregon

Good fit and I really like the adjustable straps. My only complaint is that it makes a little bit of a creaking noise occasionally. Shannon from Paxton

This bra is literally amazing! I am a fairly large chested, petite girl, and was afraid that it might be too much material for the daringly low cut dress I bought for my husband's birthday, but it was perfect! The girls stayed in place and we're as lovely & youthful as they were pre-baby. It really made me feel sexy and beautiful, and was a great purchase, as I can wear it with summer strapless dresses too. Nikki from Gridley

Has been a long time since wearing underwires, but more comfortable than ones I have tried over the years. Belly doesn't push up as much when I sit down. The straps hurt top of shoulders, wonder if it's because of the seam on the underside of the straps. Have done all the adjustments I can find on Herroom. thinking about getting shoulder cushions. Does give me a nice shape, husband likes it.

HerRoom Response: Keep in mind the support of you bra should come from your band and not your straps. Often times if your straps are hurting you it means your band is not tight enough. We suggest going down a band and up a cup size. Laura from Tennessee

I just bought my second one. This bra is well made and comfortable. Holds me in the place my breasts are which is high up and close together. Finally the perfect bra for me! Ellie from AZ

I really want to love this bra, but two things really hold it back. First is that it is weirdly loud. People can hear my bra squeaking during the day if I wear this bra. I've never had that problem before and it makes me hesitate before putting it on in the morning. The other thing is that my breasts are very bottom heavy and this bra has a stiff weird shape at the top that my breasts just can't fill. I'm filling the cup, but not that top curve, so with thinner tops, it causes a weird line.

HerRoom Response: Hi Mary Ellen, it seems like you could be in the wrong size. Please see our Bra Fitting Advice Page to help you find the right size. Mary Ellen from Austin

One of the better made bras I've found. Very comfortable to wear all day. The wires do start poking in the middle front when it gets older, but I bend them. Enough material to cover enough of my breasts so I don't fall out. Very comfortable and I love how I can move the straps to different positions. I just wish they had this same bra for T shirts. The line on top does show through some tops. This is so good that I want to try other Le Mystere with the hopes they're all made this well. Ellie from AZ

The best convertible bra I have ever owned! Excellent support, including the sides, and conceals easily under many different types of garments. I have several dresses that cross cross in back and this bra stays in place perfectly with no slipping. Carley from Saint Augustine FL USA

This bra is the most comfortable yet versatile bra I own. I did not notice a weird conical shape that other reviewers have mentioned - for me, the bra did a good job of lifting and bringing the breasts together for kissing cleavage without seeming to add bulk. The padding in this bra is all at the bottom and sides, and the upper edge is much thinner and does not create a line under clothes (unless you're wearing a VERY thin and clingy T-shirt, then it has a slight line). Absolutely no show through, which is great (and I usually have a show through problem) I have semi self-supporting, separated breasts that are semi-full on the upper breast, so I like bras with pushup (but not to add a cup size). I'm also petite, so plunge/demi styles work best on me. I have small shoulders, so I need something with the option of kick back straps. Also, I need a contour bra to remedy any 'headlights' situation. This bra met all the characteristics and is comfortable as well- so its a winner! The option of 3 separate attachment points at the back is awesome - I wish more bras had this. A note on comparison to other bra brands and styles - I've worn Freya and Chantelle - and their bands seem to run large in comparison to Le Mystere - I'm a 30DD in Freya Deco, and a 30E in Chantelle Vous et Moi, but a 32DD in this Le Mystere. I actually found the band of the Chantelle to be loser at 30 vs, the Le Mystere at 32! TheDancingBookworm from Chicago, IL, USA

pretty but there was a manufacturing defect in how the edge seaming sat on the cups, back straps very uncomfortable because of strapping possibilities Rebecca from Maryland

I really like the deep plunge and there are so many options on the straps. This does seem to run smaller around the band. I wear a 32G in the Freya brand but had to go with a 34G in this brand. a.f. from OKC,OK,USA

Poor fitting bra for large breasts. Cup doesn't fit true to size and breasts are left spilling out into the center for a gigantic cleavage. May be more suitable for smaller cup sizes. Carol from Sherman Oaks, CA

Love this bra. It's very comfortable and goes with all my different neck lines. I was very surprised how comfortable it is! You can move the straps in 3 different places on the back, besides being able to wear it as a halter. My US size is 32DDD and 32F in their size, and it fit perfectly. Ellen from AZ

I ordered this in 34 G but the cup was a little small so I went up to a 36 G. The difference in coverage is huge. The reason I wanted a plunge is to wear with lower cut tops, but the cups nearly reach my collar bone. The sides are also nearly 6 inches wide where they attach to the cup (they cover my armpits!) so I can't wear it with any tank tops or halters which completely defeats the purpose of this convertible plunge bra. I might be ok to wear it with a crew neck t-shirt without it showing but it's also extremely uncomfortable at this size. If you wear a smaller cup size it still might work for you. 34G or below. T

Couldn't ask for more! It's difficult finding a well fitting bra, but this one is spot on. So far the only bras I've been able to find this sexy aren't as great for everyday, but this one seems to work really well under anything since the cups are smooth and the colors are pretty neutral. The wires come over far enough that you're never being poked, and the band sits decently low on your back so there's no spilling over around the underarms and toward the back. The cups are pretty well padded and provide A LOT of lift, so there's cleavage galore, but because of that, you may want to consider ordering a size up if you're a fuller cup. Lyn from San Diego

LOVE LOVE this bra! It is so hard to find bras that fit me properly, and I needed something with a plunge for a holiday dress, and this is perfect! I also love that you can wear it many different ways. I will get a lot of use from this one. I am buying it in the beige right now. Great fabric, great quality! SML from Buffalo, New York
