From her perspective, pajamas were a symbol of family togetherness, coziness and comfort. She sent her pajamas to Oprah Winfrey, which became one of Oprah's Favorite Things, which was a huge boost to the KN Karen Neuburger brand and promoted the all-day sleepwear phemonenon.
