59 year old Grammy here. I’m not super toned, but comfortable enough to wear a cute halter dress, except for these saggy maggies with any strapless bra I’ve ever tried until now!! So glad I ordered this bra!

I ordered a 32 F. The bra shaped the breasts to the sides which gave me a Jessica from Roger Rabbit. Ideal for a night as a vixen at a swank nightclub, but not everyday.

Almost! ugh, the elusive 32gg strapless! The cups fit great and smooth. the band though was on first rung, fit snug, thick wire on my 32 high rib cage was just so uncomfortable. I am a perfect fit usually with 32gg in freya or fantasie. open2suggest
HerRoom Response: You are petite in height. This is an additional challenge because a strapless requires more coverage in your size to stay up. The proportion of this strapless is a lot of bra for your frame.

I love this strapless bra. The cups fit perfectly, the wire doesn't dig into my sternum, (I had that problem in a plunge Freye bra but not this one), and most importantly it stays put! No gaping and no spillage so I would say true to size. My normal every day bra size is 30E so I sized down a band size and up a cup size for strapless to make sure bra would stay in place without straps.

The band size was true to other Freya bras I have ordered, but the cups were MUCH too large. Unworkable option.
Freya Response: If you loved the shape and style of the Deco Underwire Strapless, then we recommend ordering one cup down (38D) to get your best fit. Another great strapless option to try from Freya is the Idol Allure Strapless AA1803. This solutions bra creates a flawless shape and boosts your bust! Idol Allure runs true to size in the band and cup.

The band fit beautifully for me, but the cups were MUCH too large. I normally order this same size in other Freya bras, so was surprised by this.
Freya Response: This style does tend to run full in the cup. We suggest ordering one cup size down to a 38D, and you should then have a perfect fit!

Comfortable and fit really well. Unfortunately the bra gave me blisters on my sides where the silicone sits. I am hoping it won't leave a scar. Otherwise, it would have been a great bra.
HerRoom Response: This might be due to skin sensitivity to silicone. We suggest trying a silicone free bra.

Using HerRoom I have taken the quizzes and read how to properly size a bra for myself. I correctly ordered 28FF in this bra. It is properly snug, and does not slide or need to be adjusted much with movement including vigorous dancing. I have only given this bra two stars because even though my body is the same, the bra is not. The shape of the cups have changed. I do not have "heavy" breasts yet the cups seems to be weighted down. The shape of the cup is like this now even if I do not have the bra on. I hand wash and care for my bras properly. I don't wear them two days in a row. I do all I can to properly maintain my bras and have comfort, support, and happiness from them. Unfortunately I will not be ordering this again, nor recommending it. I enjoy Freya bras. I was led to them because they offer small bands with larger cups.
Freya Response: Stacy, perhaps another strapless style will work better for you. I personally love Deco Darling (AA1773). I've had mine for over a year, It's super-comfy, I wear it a lot, and it's still like new! Try it - perhaps you too will fall in love!

Whoa, this bra is meant to hold them up! I bought in my usual size and it was about 2 cup sizes too small for my full breasts. I will exchange for a larger cup size and see how that works. I believe this bra could be "the one" as far as a quality strapless that actually holds your breasts up securely. I liked that the inside was lined with a clear rubbery liner to keep the bra in place against your skin, it's necessary for a strapless with my large ladies.

I have giant, not-even-close-to-perky boobs and this bra is both comfy and stays in place. I only returned it because I ordered two sizes kept the smaller of the two. I'm 8 months pregnant and wasn't really sure what my boob size was now - but rest assured this runs true to size.

Size: 38FF
I am 5'11" tall and usually around 150-160lbs. However, I bought this bra when I was 8 months pregnant. At this point, I'm about 185lbs with, as you could imagine, a very large belly protruding out just below my ribcage. I usually wear size 36F, and I'm now at least 2 cup sizes bigger, plus some extra weight around my middle. This bra is European in size, so after using the conversion chart I estimated myself to be a 38FF. It was right-on.
All the other reviews on this item are spot-on. It is awesome. The cups give you a nice shape and they hold your boobs in a very natural-feeling position, so they don't want to "spill" out all the time. Most importantly (at least for me) it stays in place without any adjusting, even with a very heavy strapless dress trying its hardest to tug it down.
I HIGHLY recommend this bra. Coming from someone who generally hates bra shopping. I mean, who would ever imagine someone with our size boobs being comfy in a strapless? It's true. Buy it!

This bra is really comfortable for being strapless, and has a nice rounded cup, so no bullet bra shape like some. Everything stays nicely hoisted up - no falling down or movement at all once you've put it on. I will say that if I wear it all day, it can have dug in and be hurting by the end. But when you have very large boobs and are wearing strapless bras, that's kind of the nature of the beast! I really love this bra.

This is a fantastic bra. I was beginning to doubt that any strapless bra was up to the task of GGs, but I've found the mythical creature! After an 11-hour work day, this one was still in place! Barely any discomfort and though I had some red marks from the band after removal, they neither hurt nor itched.
I ordered a band size down from my usual, same cup size -- that worked well.
Definitely a bit padded, which adds a bit of size (eeep), but the shape is pretty okay (a bit wider than I'd prefer), breasts stay at a natural height, and the structure is strong and smooth without being armor-like. Hurray!

This has got to be the most comfortable and practical strapless bra I have ever owned. I've been "gifted" with my girls since I was a teen and I've never been able to find a bra that stayed up, and when I gained 2 cup sizes after having my son, I thought it really would be impossible to find something to fit these ladies. This bra stays in place for a whole day of running after a two year old: it keeps me in, even when I bend over, shake about, then pop back up. It was so comfortable I even forgot I was wearing a strapless until I took it off at the end of the day. Quite impressive for holding up G's for 10+ hours!
The band is a little snug but it has to be and was more comfortable the longer I wore it, and the cup was definitely true to size. The cups made everything look natural and won't show under any type of shirt. I have a higher tummy too and it didn't dig in to my skin or feel like it was resting there like any other strapless I've ever gotten. Oh! And the boning on the sides didn't do that bending thing that digs into your armpits and your ribcage at the same time. Very well constructed.
The only thing I have a small issue with was it made me look like I had gone and gotten implants because it pushes you up and gives you a "va-va-voom!" look but that's just because I'm short chested and am very full on the top so this is just a personal problem. My husband said it looked awesome.

It has such a wide range of sizes, which is amazing for those of us on the small band/large cup end of business. The cup is molded so that it provides enough coverage without being far too much, and the band has silicone reinforcement so it doesn't slide around during wear.

I ordered this bra in a size 28D, which is my size in the Freya Deco Molded Soft Cup Bra (which fits perfectly), however in THIS bra, the 28 band was WAY too tight, even at the loosest hook, and the cup size was also a tad bit too small. The band was extremely uncomfortable, making my tiny 28 band size ribcage and back actually look fat. The underwire was digging into my ribcage no matter how I tried bending it. So then, I thought I would give this bra another try and exchange it for a size 30D, but unfortunately that one was also uncomfortable. The band fit a little better but the cup size was a tad bit too big, the underwires dug into my ribcage in a terribly uncomfortable way, and the bra itself felt like it was not supporting anything. I have never found a strapless bra that fit me properly or was comfortable. My never-ending quest continues...
Catherine Response: Catherine, we recommend you try our new strapless style in the Deco range Deco Shape Underwire Contour Longline Bra AA1462 in a 30D. This strapless style runs slightly snug in the band and features a seaming at the top of the cup that helps it lie closer to the body along this edge than the Deco basic strapless you tried. For these reasons, we think it’s important to size up to a 30 band and remain in the D cup due to increased structure in the cup. We hope you have more luck with strapless bras in the future. We will take your comments into consideration. Thanks for trying Freya!

Oh my goodness! I can finally wear strapless and spaghetti strap dresses without my bra ending up somewhere in the vicinity of my waist! There isn't any weird bulging or gaping.
FYI: I have small, shallow, full-on-the-bottom boobs (measures 32 to 32.5 inches around), and a freakishly small ribcage (25.5 to 26 inches around). I'm wearing the bra on the largest hook, and it's perfect right now. So this bra may not work for everybody. But for small-boned people who wouldn't ordinarily think to buy a bra from a D+ cup company, this bra may work out just fine.

This bra is pretty great. I had to go a cup size down however, to be able to wear it strapless! The 28DD fits better but gaps horribly without the straps no matter how I adjust it. The 28D stays put strapless but the cups are a little too snug with the straps on and the underwire doesn't sit flat on my chest.
Regardless, this is perfect for my strapless wedding dress and I'll be pretty comfortable all day in the 28D on the big day!

This bra is great. It is comfortable, and the shape is great. My last strapless was a Fantisize and I found it pushed my boobs way out to the side, but this was not the case in this bra, they are perky and rigth where they should be. I originally ordered a 28F which is my size in normal Freya unlined bras, but found the band and the cups too small, the 30F fit great.

Not the best support for me.
Freya Response: Denise, there is a little stretch in the foam moulding of this bra which may explain the lack of support you are experiencing. We suggest trying our Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530, which has a rigid, no-stretch fabrication and a seaming across the top of the cup. Both of these features lend themselves to the more structured, supportive fit you're looking for.

I have a lot of trouble finding bras that fit and was excited about this bra because of the good reviews and great size range. When I tried it on, it felt very secure. I can normally wear both 32 and 34 bands, but prefer 32, particularly for strapless bras and the band fit perfect, supportive, but not too tight. The cups and center gore come up a little higher than I like. In addition, after wearing the bra for a few minutes, the bottom of the cups began to cave in at the base of the cup. I filled out the cups, and I've also had this problem with bras where the cups were obviously too small as well, so I'm pretty sure this wasn't because I was wearing the wrong size. I think this problem is due to the shape of my breasts. I need a bra with deeper, narrower cups, rather than the broad, shallow cups of this style. This bra seems to work for a lot of people, so this probably is not a common problem, but if you do tend to have the same issue, this is likely not the right bra for you.
Freya Response: Teresa, our strapless by Fantasie (Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530) features a deeper cup. It is a firmer fabrication in the cup than the Freya strapless you tried that and is seamed across the top – both features that help to contain and center the breast tissue.

This is the first big-boobed strapless bra I've found that fit well (when I sized down a cup size to a 32F) and gave me the perky, not-squished-down shape I was looking for. Unfortunately, after a full day's wear, the rubber on the inside of the band gave me blisters on both sides of my rib cage, below my armpits. A month later I still have light scars from them.
I have two other Freya bras in a 32FF -- a sports bra and a half cup -- that fit beautifully. I've had strapless bras with the rubber strips inside before, and always loved that feature for its ability to keep the bra in place. Would love to understand what went so wrong here. I wore it again once for only a few hours and didn't have a problem. Perhaps the band needed to stretch out a bit?
Freya Response: Jane, it could be that the band was just too snug. If you’re willing to try it again, you may want to break the bra in gradually over one or two days for a couple hours at a time. If you think it may have been the structure of the band, you could try our strapless by Fantasie (Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530) which features a different fabrication and shape in the band that could irritate your skin less.

The bra is nice. The fit is pretty good but I plan on returning it because there is far too much coverage. It shows under every top I bought it for, particularly on the outside. The tops were spaghetti strap tanks, tube tops and taper-back tanks.

The band was very snug on me, so I would suggest sizing up. Overall a very nice bra and was a contender for me, but in the end, I was looking for something that really held me in rather than a bra that gave me cleavage. If you want a strapless with a push up effect, this is a great option.
Freya Response:
Try Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530. It features a taller center gore that is more likely to rest against your chest wall and give you separation. It also is a firmer fabrication which will keep you “held” in better than the Freya strapless.

The bra fits very well. I have rounder breasts and it seems to do the trick. The band is very supportive and I feel like I can wear it all night without having to worry about constantly pulling it up and adjusting. The only reason why I didn't rate this a 5/5 is because I had a bit of extra room within the cup at the top and I think it may be because the cups are molded and my breast doesn't fill in the top of the cup...
Freya Response:
Christina, this bra has a fair amount of stretch in the moulding which can cause the cups to carry too much of your breast tissue in the bottom and keep it from being pushed up along the top edge of the cup. A more structured strapless with no stretch like Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530 may solve the gapping issue you have with the Deco strapless.

I love the regular Freya Deco and the strapless is great too! I actually wear a 30FF in the black, but needed a 28G in the nude. I have that same thing with almost all Freya bras. Someone in the industry had told me it's because the fabric dyeing process shrinks the fabric? I don't know about that, but I do know that this is a GREAT strapless and a very versatile bra since there are multiple loops for attaching the shoulder straps. My fave strapless ever!
Freya Response:
Shannon, it’s a common occurrence for black bras to be slightly tighter in the band than bras in a lighter color, although this is the first we’ve heard of the opposite happening and the first we’ve heard of it happening in Freya Deco. We are, however, so delighted that you love the strapless and the Deco collection!

Amazingly comfortable, especially for a strapless! Great uplifted look and stayed up for a whole night of dancing. Plus, I like the different options of strap placements when wearing the straps, four in the front and four in the back. I highly recommend this bra! Also, some reviewers recommending sizing down, but I ordered my normal size and it was fine.

I love the Freya deco half cup so when I needed a strapless I thought this was a good way to go. Apparently even though I tend to spill out of the half cup, I don't have enough mass on the top of my breasts to fill out the full cup version of this bra in my usual size. Wish I could try a 28E. Unfortunately, I already cut the tags and this bra is unwearable for me. Super disappointing.
Freya Response:
Christina, the Deco strapless does have a fair amount of stretch in the fabrication which, without straps to support the top edge of the cup, can cause the bra to carry too much breast tissue in the bottom and keep from "pushing" it to the top of the cup. This explains the gapping. Try Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530 which has more structure to keep you in place, but also runs quite a bit deeper in the cup - we recommend an E cup (Universal Cup Size 3D).

I had read some of the reviews and went ahead a ordered a cup size smaller. I wear a 34DD in the Freya Deco (however, my straps are fairly tight and I'm sort of between sizes). The 34D works well as a strapless bra, but cups seem a bit too small when the straps are on. However, even with the smaller size I have a small problem with the gaping at the top of the cups that some others commented on. So I am glad I ordered the smaller size. I guess it's not the perfect bra for me, but it works well enough. I do really like how well this bra works for low-cut shirts though.
Freya Response:
We love this bra for our low-cut strapless tops! Sometimes going down in the band and up in the cup solves the little gapping problem you’re experiencing; and you might try Universal Cup Size 32D3.

Wow...I have always been a 32G in Fantasie and Freya bras and needed a strapless bra. I ordered a 32G in this bra, expecting it may not be exactly right due to other reviews.
But I was not prepared to how this bra would fit. It is just ridiculously enormous....so much so that I am sure I'd have to go down several cup sizes to get the right one....
I'm not sure if the issue is that I'm fuller on bottom (after 2 kids and nursing) but this one is not the bra for me..... not sure what else to look at since Freya and Fantasie have always fit me so well.
Freya Response:
As you know not every style is for everybody. Judging by what you say I think a better choice for you would be our Fantasie strapless bra 4530. This bra offers super robust support and won’t let you down, ever. I would try a 32FF.

This bra is great. My usual E cup size gapped weirdly, just like others have mentioned. I couldn't quite imagine it fitting, but I decided to take a chance and get a DD cup. It fits wonderfully, is supportive enough for everyday use, and it doesn't slip on me at all. I've worn it with a few dresses. It's not the lowest bra, but it's been fine.

Size: 36FF
After trying a Fantasie strapless in 36 G (too big) I decided to try this one because I needed more of a "forward" look and a little more cleavage. First I tried this in 36G but found that it gapped at the sides and top of the cups, much like a previous reviewer mentioned. So I decided that maybe I needed a smaller cup size and tried the 36FF. The fit was better but it still had that weird gapping problem at the top of the cup. I suspect that this is due to the fact that I have more fullness at the bottom of my breast than the top, having nursed 3 kids. The other problem was that with both sizes, I felt like I didn't have enough support, and there was actually a crease in the foam of the cup where the cup just didn't support the weight, unless I wore it with the straps. Since I wanted a strapless option, I sent both sizes back and I continue to look for a bra that has adequate support and fits properly.

The fit is similar to the Deco, but for two exceptions: 1)a much tighter band, so maybe consider going up a size; and 2) the higher center gore makes the cups seem a little bit smaller to me, but it's not a huge difference.
Other than that, I like the bra. This is the first strapless I've had that provides a nice shape AND stays up. =)

A good strapless bra, however the coverage is enormous - especially around the underarm (not able to wear this with dresses unless they have a small armscye), and it doesn't plunge as far as I thought it would. The center gore is pretty high on me, but that might be because of my shape.
The majority of my fullness is on the bottom, and the bra fits great there. However since my upper area isn't full, the cups gape away from my chest. Sometimes my shirts get caught in this gap and you can very clearly see the upper part of the cup's outline. This problem goes away when I use the straps to pull the cups closer to my chest.
When I first got the bra, there was a strange indentation in one of the cups that showed up on both sides of the cup (looked kind of melted). After a few wears it disappeared entirely and is back to being perfectly rounded and smooth. No problems with strap hook location or construction. The innermost strap locations are slightly more wide set than a regular bra, but not overly so.

All the reviews seemed so great and I thought I had found the perfect strapless bra, but this was not for me. I am just under 5'4" and sort of petite, so based on the reviews I thought this would be it. I tried about three different sizes, and they go from too tight and crushing my boobs down to way too big with cups sticking out in the side. The concept seems nice, and is a well made bra, but it just was not for me.

This bra may fit well on others, but for me the middle part was the problem. The bra was built in a way that it made my boobs pop out of the middle of the bra and there was no way I could wear it like that! If the middle covered more I may have liked the bra.
Freya Response:
We call 4233 our “get the ring” bra! It features a very deep plunge front for an ultra-sexy look (not for the faint-of-heart!) If you prefer a T-shirt bra with a bit more coverage, try “crossing over” to our Fantasie brand. Fantasie has several T-shirt styles to choose from, and Fantasie 4520

I like this bra a lot... I also have the regular style Deco bra in the same size, which I love. This bra is very comfortable and gives great shape, cleavage, and support. It has 3 hook closure so the band is slightly wider than the regular deco, which has 2. It also fits smaller than the deco in the same size - I was able to wear it, but if you are very full in your regular deco size you may need to order up in the band, cup, or both.
I wish there were several more bra straps attachments though - hence the 1 star deduction. There are only 2 places in front and back to attach straps and both are quite wide-set. Please make this with more attachments!
Overall, Yes I would recommend this bra, and yes I would repurchase in other colors.

I love it! It fits more or less like the 4234, but has slightly wider underwires. I've been searching for a strapless bra that fits and works at my size, and this is it! I love the plunging front in this one which is a real bonus. Panache's Porcelain Strapless and Evie Strapless did not work for me.
I rated it as 4/5 stars because unfortunately it can only be worn as a strapless. The placement of the strap holders in the front of the bra is unfortunate and they are VERY poorly stitched - mine broke within 5 minutes of just trying it on. If you are skilled with a needle you might be able to fix it, but I think it would be difficult to avoid going through the top layer of microfiber. I also really wish it didn't have that irritating silicone gripper tape.
Freya Response:
We’re so glad you love this bra!
Thank you for your very insightful comments which we’ll pass along to our designers. We strive to be the very best, and so appreciate your feedback.
BTW the silicone gripper is simply added insurance: It helps to anchor the bra and keep it from slipping.
