I bought 2 for my daughters. The details section read that sizing is for L/XL, but i assumed I could cut them down if they were too big. To my surprise they worked - they just barely went around a 30 waist, even when expanded to their maximum size. They would certainly not fit a medium or large body build. For my daughter's small frame, they functioned quite well. I ordered 3 more for other small ladies. they do leave a crease across the abdomen which would show under a tight stretchy dress. I'm a 36F and have had trouble finding a low back bra, bralette, corset, etc., to go with my wedding dress. This actually works really well. It pulled the bra down enough (after some bra strap adjustment) to about four inches. As for support, you loose some support, but I actually pulled the strip higher in front to help with the loss of support. Worked perfectly and it's really comfortable. Samantha

No support. Didn't pull straps down at all.

Fashion Forms Response: For the Adjustable Low Back Strap, you need to tighten the adjuster. This should pull the bra straps down. N
