I am very prone to cold and this winter has been very rough in the north east. By the time I got around to determining I needed more woolen tights, I had a tough time finding them. Herroon to the rescue. The Falke tights are warm and wonderful. They are easy to put on and do the job and fit like a dream.I did need the large because of my height. I ordered two pair and have just ordered another. I wish they came in more colors. Herroom was easy to deal with and the web site is terrific.

I'm 5'5" tall, 145 lbs, and 38-33-40. I wear a size 10 dress with a size 9 1/2 shoe. I ordered the size large and they fit me PERFECTLY. They have a proper toe, and proper turned heel. The crotch gusset takes a little getting used to as there is the normal seam up the front and 2 seams up each butt cheek. The waistband is comfy.

Wonderful tights! Warm, thick, opaque, very comfortable and absolutely non-itchy. The waist band is wide and stays in place on my waist. Great tights for chilly winter days to wear inside the house and outdoors. I bought a few pairs: the money is well spent if you like warmth and great quality. Thank you Her Room, for special winter promotion on this item! I really appreciate it. The sizing chart was very helpful too.

Love these tights! They are very warm and the wool content is obvious, so they do have a different feel than man-made fiber tights. The waistband is the best, wide and soft. I really like this brand of tights.

I wish I had ordered a M instead of a large. I'm 5'5 and about 147 lbs. The Falke size chart seemed to put me at a large, but in reality, especially in the toe area, they are a little bit too large, but I will keep them, since this knit is so thick, I will wear them with close toed shoes and possibly with socks underneath.
That said, these are wonderfully made tights that I can tell will last a long time with good care and gentle washings. They are really warm!

I originally bought two pairs of these tights while I was in Germany a few years ago and fell in love with them. They're warm without appearing bulky, extremely comfortable, and fit great! They have been very durable, I wear them once or twice a week all winter and I'm still wearing the ones I bought five years ago. Great quality item all around and worth every penny!

Very soft, comfortable, high quality natural-fiber tights that provide enough warmth yet are not bulky or too hot (fabric "breaths"). Price may seem high, but for the durability and quality, they compare favorably with Spanx. If you're looking for control, however, Spanx are probably the way to go, altho' I'm pretty sure Spanx uses synthetic (spandex-blend) materials.

I have only tried them on to assure fit and have not worn them for an extended period of time. However they are very soft and NOT SCRATCHY and the fit is good.

I wanted tights that were fairly opaque and warm. I was worried about the wool since my skin doesn't react well to wool, but I decided to try the tights and am I glad I did! They are very comfortable, no scratchy wool feel. I was concerned about fit too, since I am a little heavier than the recommended weight, however, I am pleased to say that the tights fit well, no sagging and no worry about too little room or tights creeping down your waist as the day goes on and there is nothing to do about it. The gusset is a great idea. These tights are warm, comfortable, fit well and wear great - I recommend them highly and plan on buying a few more colors.
