Great/comfortable - been buying this item for years - but the fabric is thinner than it used to be and they don't last as long as they used to. Still... THE most comfortable bra on the planet.

I purchased these for my 90 year old mother who can no longer unhook a bra. These are great for her. She can robe and disrobe to a bathing suit, thus maintain her independence in dressing. She loves them because the bras are cotton, very comfortable and do not bind. It is the most comfortable bra she has ever worn.

I love this camisole style of bra, it's all I ever wear (I hate hooks). I ordered this one because it's cotton, which I prefer for comfort, but rarely find it in a camisole style. The fit isn't perfect, it's the right size but not quite the right cup shape. I will certainly order it again because of the fabric.

I like this bra enough to have ordered more, but I find the sides a bit too high. I had to remove the little bow because it was lumpy under knits, but that was easy. My Wacoal No Peek pads fit nicely and stay put. I sized up because I hate the feeling of being squeezed around the ribs.

Years ago, I bought an Elita Cotton Bra and I still have it and wear it. I have searched and searched for them. So glad to have found them on your website. I am a D cup but the 40 size works. Your bras are super comfortable and the fact that they are all cotton is most important.

It's a very small size 44, unfortunately. I have it in the package ready to return. BUT I must say HerRoom does an exceptional job of packing and presenting their goods. Almost like receiving a present. No one is more sorry than I that the bra did not work.

I have severe arthrtis in my shoulders and neck. The straps of traditional bras caused intense pain, but I can wear an Elita bra for hours and hours without pain. Have been wearing them for years now and plan to continuo. Thank you, Elts for your wonderful product!

Purchased this bra as a gift for my Mother. Following 2 strokes she has problems with hooks so I decided that these may work better for her. Sure enough, she says it is comfortable and she can get dressed without asking for help on days when her hands and arms don't want to cooperate.

This bra fit me around the rib (a wonder in itself), but was a little bigger in the cup that I am, has no place to slip in padding, and wrinkled in front. It would be fine for someone who may be a 40B/C. But I'll try some others similar to it. I appreciate your policies. Loved the Dominique soft support bra.
Elita Response:
#6459 has pockets that padding or breast forms can slip into.

The arm holes are small. As such, I would not be able to wear this with a sleaveless shirt or tank top. Also, for me, there was no support. It would be like wearing an undershirt, not a bra. Lastly, it clearly says that this bra is for B and C cup sizes. Believe them.
Elita Response:
The #6459 was not designed to wear with something sleeveless, and since it is a pullover daywear top it is not meant to give someone a lot of support as a normal underwired bra.

I have a barrel rib cage and to boot a bit chubby now that I am post menopausal. That said, this bra is substantial enough to feel covered, good for casual wear, not heavy exercise or form fitting clothes, but certainly a great buy. Would buy it again

First, I love to order from HerRoom!! This bra is fine for leisure/casual wear. I have inflammation around the rib cage and this bra doesn't "dig" in while I do my chores around the house. I gave it three stars because I wish it had more length/stretch in the straps.

I am normally a 46C bra but my experience with the Ahh bra is to order a size smaller in these types of bras. I ordered a 44. It fits well but the material does not stretch enough so it rolls under the breast although it is plenty big enough around. Also the straps slip off occasionally. Very comfy. Not at all scratchy.

When I found these bras 10 years ago I bought 20, when I realized how much I liked them. My retail store left the area. I have been with out for a while. Nothing fits or feels the same. I finally woke up and found the label intact and went on line and was delighted to find them again. They are wonderful. Thank you for being there.

Baggy fit over upper chest.
Elita Response: Style 6459 is meant for a plus size woman. Even though you are a 42, you are still a size petite. Elita does not yet make a style that would fit you properly. But, we appreciate the feedback.

This was a first time purchase and I'm very happy with it. The support is firmer than the bra that I usually use while sleeping (although I like that one as well). The fabric is more substantial and has more of a sports bra feel to it without the massive support.

I wear a DD, and these are so comfortable for things like quick errands to the store or to do housework, etc. I practically live in them, and hate it now when I have to put a real bra on. Especially one that has under wire. Ugh. It's one of the best bra/cami's on the market. Period.

I loved this bra -- it was perfect for my first post-breast reduction bra after the first bras my surgeon approved. My favorite thing is that it's very soft and very comfortable, and I loved the length of the front. Other bras in this style are longer in front, which causes the front band to bother my incisions, or (worse) the front band continually rolls up. This bra fit perfectly. Once my arms have healed a bit, allowing me to more easily pull on things over my head, I will buy more of these. They're perfectly adequate for support, too, for my new smaller breasts!

I love it! It's a pain when your are on the large side and have to wear an underwire bra all the time - every day. This bra is a delightful change:
not quite a "leisure bra" and definitely not an underwire. Big sigh of relief.

I have a few old cotton camisoles from, i think, elita - which i love. Being large breasted I long to take off my bra and just have a little bit of support when I'm home or relaxing. This doesn't feel quite as soft as the cotton camisoles - which work very well, but I can't locate them anymore - but it's pretty good, I've been looking for something like this for about two years, so I'm so pleased it exists.

I am writing this for my Mother Vera...she has been wearing this particular bra for 7 years...ever since having a stroke and not being able to hook a regular bra. Her brain was affected and she often puts things on upside down, backwards, and inside out...so this bra does well even if she does put it on backwards or inside out !!She also needed a larger size and your bra really fit the bill !!!
