Comfortable enough to wear for a few hours while I'm teaching. This is about all a person who hates bras can hope for! My size is 34 but the 38 feels adequate for support and not too tight for comfort.

I've been wearing the Elita microfiber crossover for many years, and there is a subtle difference that might be helpful to know about. The cotton is less supportive and the straps are slightly longer. If you are between band sizes I would go *down*.

Very satisfied with this Elita Cami Bra in cotton. I have too much scar tissue to wear a bra with underwires and my breasts are not identically sized due to surgery on one of them and I haven't been successful finding a bra sized by cup size to fit the differences. This bra is comfortable and made well so it lasts years.

These are inconsistent. My last purchase is rather flimsy in contrast to the ones I ordered last year which are very strongly made and out of a stronger material. This has been a problem for me as I only use this bra. I need it to be strongly made out of a stronger material. They flimsy ones give out very quickly. I am a breast cancer survivor so far and I don't want to use bras that are too constricting. The Elita 1600 has been my go-to bra since 1996.

I like the Elita 6100 Mini Cami Bra. Have been wearing this style for years due to inability to tolerate underwires (surgery scar tissue) and one breast is smaller in cup size than the other breast. I find this style of bra to be comfortable and have been pleased with the cotton fabrication and how it lasts--and doesn't pill like the micro-fiber version does.

Comfortable, but the picture made it look like it would have smooth cups that would not allow the nipples to show. Is there really no way to achieve that smoothness without a layer of foam? I am considering sewing a loose layer to see if I can make what I cannot find in stores.

I was so hoping that this bra would work as an average daytime bra but it was so tight that it actually hurt my ribcage. I couldn't wait to get it off. I even purchased a size larger to avoid this and I still had this problem. I returned them.
Elita Response: The cut of the cross over front and wider width shoulder strap offers a unique fit. The Elita bras are generally best suited to a B / smaller C cup fit.

Not incredibly supportive and runs a little big. I ordered a 36 to be safe but definitely should have ordered a 34. It says it's good for cup sizes A-C, and being a cotton bra I didn't expect a huge amount of support, but even with that low expectation this bra was definitely too flimsy. I have returned this.
Elita Response: Thank you for reaching out to express your comments regarding our product. I have two of these that I've been using as bras from a couple years ago, and they're so comfy, I'm back for more. I'm so glad they have more colors now! As a note, my true "bra" size is a 34C. This bra isn't extremely supportive, but it's supportive enough for me. If you're looking for some light support, and more importantly comfort, these work great. I absolutely love this style and hope they never stop making them.

Okay, for a leisure bra this is almost perfect. I wear a 36D during the day and took a chance that although it is clearly described as being for a B or C cup I ordered the 38. Before washing it was just fine but did shrink just a tad... but not enough to be bothersome. The cups are small, so not much coverage but I figured that would be the case. The fabric is so comfortable for evening leisure wear. The only downside is that it doesn't have hooks, hate pulling it over my head to put on and remove... but will be ordering more.

There is something in the band. The thread or the elastic is irritating. I can feel it on my skin. I'm hoping that with washing it will soften.

Love these crossover cotton bras, very comfortable. I searched for crossover bras and found these a couple of weeks ago. I've been wearing the silk crossovers from Winter Silks for years, but a couple of years ago they changed the lower band, and the elastic is less wide and chafes. The Elitas have a wide enough band to be very comfortable. They are not inexpensive, but hopefully will stand up to many washings. We'll see.

I am still out on this one as the 34 that I ordered was too small. I ordered 5 bras and returned three as 2 fit and 3 did not. I am new to this store, and usually I order multiple sizes for each style until I find what is my fit for each style. All clothing styles are made differently for anyone to be assured that you wear a size 6 in all styles. I find that sometimes in bras I am a 34B and other bras I am a 34C or 34D. I loved the Ahhh bras that I purchased a year ago for the straps staying where they belong and wanted to try other styles.

I have purchased two of these bras before in a store. They are so nice and comfortable, so I thought I'd go ahead and get two more. The bras I received were much thicker - more like a heavy workout top than a bra. Very uncomfortable.
HerRoom was great for sending the order right away, but I didn't want to hassle with returning it. I believe the company that makes this bra just changed it for some reason. Wish they would go back to the old bra! It was great!

Really disappointed in this item. I own the Elita Silk Magic (8838) version, which I have been very happy with. Decided to try this cotton version because I thought it might be cool and comfortable as a summer work-out bra. Ordered a 36 (my regular bra size is 34C/36B). When I washed it for the first time according to label directions, it shrank significantly in 'length'. Now when I wear it, the band creeps halfway up my breasts, and I am constantly tugging it down. I am just 5'3", so I can't imagine how this would work for taller gals.

Yep, Elita runs a little small.
These are just about the only bras I can wear. I have sensitive skin and even synthetic trims can be irritating. I also have a back spasm that's aggravated by bras with clasp in the back.
These Elita bras are relatively comfortable, long-lasting with hand-washing in cold water and hang-drying, and are not totally orthopedic-looking, if you know what I mean!

This Elita bra has been a standard for me for years. So happy you are carrying it! I loved the prompt delivery and lovely packaging, but this bra should not be described as a B-C cup. The 34 is just barely a B cup fit and I'm guessing the 32 (I didn't bother trying know it would be tiny) would fit an A cup.
Elita Response:
#6100 has been one of Elita #1 selling bras for many years. We're sorry you had a problem with sizing. Elita does not make cup sized bras/camisoles, but the 6100 has always fit around a B/C cup. This particular #6100 could have been mismarked

I have chosen Elita bras for years. The few other bras made without padding or under wire are so thin that the nipples show through clothes. I can never find anything in department stores like this style for comfort. I got an implant on one side after a mastectomy and the doctor said no under wires. And they aren't comfortable for everyday wear. This bra has no hooks in back to annoy you and no skinny straps to dig into the shoulders. Thanks Her Room for being the only place that carries this item.

Good quality cotton. But whenever you raise your arms, the bra slides up uncomfortably, cutting your breasts in two and you have to constantly pull it down. Also, they fell apart at the seams after only one washing.

There seems to be some inconsistency in the manufacture of these bras. On some bras, the strap width was noticeably different on the same bra. On others, there is less material where the crossover meets the side seam; this seems to cause the edge to flip over when reaching or stretching. On other bras, the band size was somewhat larger, causing a loose fit. The bras that I purchased a year ago did not have these issues. They are holding up well even after a year. I will buy more when the quality and consistency improves to what is was when I initially purchased them.
Elita Response: Elita randomly pulled some of their stock to have their production department take a look at this style. They checked each piece and all of them were found to be within their specs. They did not find any inconsistencies on the width of the straps. There were also no issues with the joining of the fabric to the side seam. It may very well be that your cup size was beyond the B/C capacity, and this perhaps caused the front edge to flip over. The band widths were also verified and were found to be consistent with our patterns. Perhaps there were a few crop tops that were missed by their Quality Control and were shipped, but this is not the norm.

Comfortable, basic bra, yet it provides good support. It runs just a little small. I normally wear a 32B, but I found the 34 to be perfect. I would buy this again.

Everything I want in a bra: unstructured, light, supportive, and not unattractive for this middle-aged mom who has grown from barely an A cup to a generous B cup after two children. I never could tolerate underwires except when nursing and find highly engineered bras agony to wear.

A nice little "sport" bra, fabric feels good. No back closure, you have to pull it over your head. There are no cup-size options on this bra. I am a 34C and felt that it might have fit better for a B-cup. Also, the top-edge seams show through knit shirts, and (on me at least) there's a bulge over the top edge.

I love this bra. I usually wear a size 32D or 32DD, and I love sheer, un-constructed bras with no linings or fillings. The instructions for this bra said it fits only a B or C cup, but I decided to take a chance on it because I liked the looks of it. I have to arrange my breasts in it to fit snugly in the cups, but I like the fit. It has a loose fit and feels like you aren't even wearing a bra. I would buy it again in nude or black if available.

I've been looking for bras like this for years! Very comfortable; moderate support, no miserable "hardware" to irritate my skin. I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you so much for making these bras available!

I have faithfully worn this Elita Camisole everyday for about 10 years, and I am disappointed in the quality of the cotton of this most recent batch. Historically, the cotton was thick and opaque, when new, and revealed nothing underneath, however, this batch is thin and is as transparent as those I have washed and worn out for years.
Elita Response:Elita changed the cotton on this group 2 years ago to a better cotton/lycra fabric. The fabric is still the same content just a better grade of cotton.

This is a very soft, comfortable bra with surprisingly good support for so little structure. I bought it for sleeping, and it is perfect for that. It's just about enough support for all day for me (I wear 34C), but really only if I'm just around the house, etc. I also bought the same style in bamboo and in the silky fabric - cotton has the most support, bamboo is the coolest for hot weather (but the least support), and the silky fabric is the softest. My only very small complaint is that the tags are scratchy and a little hard to completely cut out. Overall, I'm very pleased. The 36 feel like the right size for me, so unless you want this to be more snug-fitting (maybe more supportive?), you may want to size up one from your normal size.

The material on this bra is too thin. I know it is supposed to be a soft bra, but it has no support whatsoever. I will not buy this bra again.
Elita Response: "We did change the cotton fabric quite a while back, however we did extensive wash and wear testing on it to ensure that our quality did not change. I will investigate further, and will get back to you. I have not had any other negative comments, and this style does remain our top seller.

I am a nursing mother who has always been on the smaller side and struggled to fill out any of the nursing bras on the market. The camisole cross style of this bra makes it easy to use as a nursing bra. You simply move the material to the side and back again when finished. It never stretches out of shape and is easy to maintain with machine washing and drying. I have worn these bras for many years now, whether nursing or not. They are extremely comfortable.

This bra was tight all over and so I was not able to wear it. The material was excellent, though, just the wrong size for a 36. It seemed more like a 32.

Very comfortable, but no support. I'm a 36DD w/ implants - was a 36d before - and do not need lift, so this works very well for me as a casual bra when I'm wearing sweats, etc.

This lightweight, pullover bra is exactly what I was looking for. Cool and comfortable. I bought an extra large size as recommended by other reviews, and it fits just right: loose enough around to not bind, and provide some support without flattening (I am a B). I spend winters in Mexico where camisoles (all I usually wear) are a little too hot. I also got a silky one which I like better to the touch, but haven't tried them "on location" yet. I am very happy and have already recommended it to my sis.

I'm on the small side and this bra fits perfectly; I wear it as a top and love it. I was a little worried about the crossover, thinking it would shift during a workout, but I was more than pleasantly surprised in yoga when it didn't move at all. I'll be buying a second one

Great bra! The cotton is very comfortable especially on hot summer days. I like that there are no hooks or snaps to bother me, and the straps don't slip and slide like others I have tried. Everything stays in place and the support is good too.

Heavenly!!! I'm a 34AA so this serves as a cropped camisole for me. Soft and doesn't bind or pinch anywhere. Very attractive, too. I will definitely buy this product again!

I love Elita bras. Two are fit just fine with the exception of the straps being a bit too long. One bra, the bamboo one, I ordered is still back ordered.

I thought this would be better under a t-shirt than the silk magic crossover bra, but I just found the silk magic fabric much more comfortable.

Once I found out which size I really needed, I was very happy. For being a very small woman (98 pounds) I had been wearing a 34 from other brands. But the exchange was easy, and I am now completely satisfied.

This is the only non-uniboob, natural-fiber bra for those of us with an actual chest. If you fight fire or serve in a war zone, that's important.

Finally! Comfort, support, cotton, and good fit - all at once. I love this product! It's what I want to wear everyday. Nothing binds or pinches - the shoulder straps are completely comfortable. Doesn't seem to stretch out or sag anywhere. Washes beautifully. Will probably order more.

This mini camisole bra is more than I expected. The majority of camisole bras offer no support but the Elita camisole bra provides excellent support and comfort.

My favorite bra. Even without underwire, it gives enough support for a 36C. The cotton is super comfortable, and I, who am allergic to almost all bra hardware, especially appreciate the pullover styling.
