I wanted to get these to wear for sleeping - and they did not fit at all as planned, or as the photo depicts. They were shorter than I expected, and I while I'm on the petite side, I have hips, and these seem meant for people who have less of a difference between hip and waist. J from

These panties are made from very soft, comfortable to wear cotton, with no elastic at the legs or waist. There is tie at the waist to keep the panties from dropping or drooping. The reason I left off a star in my review is that the leg opening was at first borderline tight, I suppose in order to keep the panties from riding up. That tightness eased with wear, and then the panty legs did tend to shift around and bunch up, especially when I wore them under my loose sweatpants. No way could these panties be worn under my fitted jeans! I toyed with the idea of returning the panties, but decided to keep them as sleep shorts, a perfect use for this style.
