I love this bra - I have it in 2 colors. I normally wear a 32G (D6) and I bought medium. The band is slightly loose, so I wear it on the smallest or second smallest hooks. It is supportive for being wireless and works great with wrap tops.

I usually wear a 34E and bought a M, but found the band on this was fairly tight. Since I was hoping to use this as a lounge bra, this was not ideal. Worse, this bra is totally sheer- just one layer of mesh across most of the cup. You could never wear this bra under a light colored top without showing through completely.
