It fits well and has a short center wire rise which is important to me. It doesn’t leave a line across the top but still doesn’t cover too much allowing low cut tops. Submitted from TheUndies.com

Exactly what I expected, would have liked to have ordered another style, but all other styles on sale were strange colors, it seems that beige or tan never go on sale. M

This bra is so so. I love the thick no give, fully adjustable straps that give it good support. But, the bra squeaks and is not comfortable for a full day of wear. I was hoping it would replace style 3585 for me, but it did not. After wearing it for a few months, I wound up throwing it away.

Chantelle Response: If you're looking for a bra that comes in a 30F, has reinforced fully adjustable straps and a J-Hook we suggest trying Modern Invisible 2196. Sarah from Virginia

This is my new workhorse bra. Super comfortable and supportive. It has a slight minimizing effect which isn't bad. Spreads the breasts a little outward but not too much. Feels like an unlined bra when on but has enough thickness to not worry about nipples darkness or hardness showing through tanks and tees. Fit me perfectly. JC from Seattle

Band runs a little big. Go down a band size and up a cup size if you can. Sadly I am a 32F already and I see no options for a 30" band. Center is a little tall for me. It rubs and digs into my chest. That extra 1/8" or so makes a difference. Maybe due to band size, I still have straps slipping. But I LOVE the shape this gives me and it's mostly comfy so I'll make it work. :) Katherine from 17036

Love this bra! It's cups are mostly full coverage and it is very supportive. I have a tendency to fall to the middle and this keeps me in place. The band lies smoothly and doesn't create the rolls some bras do. I have a size discrepancy and the contour molded cup takes care of it quite nicely. Would definitely recommend! C from illinois

I really like the lift and comfort of this bra, except for one thing. The center part presses against my breast bone. I don't normally have this problem but if I wear the bra for a full day it gets uncomfortable Otherwise I really like it. If I do find that it gets uncomfortable I just slip in a folded tissue to spread the pressure and it is fine (so long as I do not have on a low-cut top).

HerRoom Response: We suggest going up a band and down a cup size to help with the center gore pushing against your chest. Jill from Oshkosh

I have several of these bras in size 40D, but I actually wear a 42D. I use bra extenders to make up the difference in band size, but it is worth it. It is the only T-Shirt bra that doesn't have thick padding. This bra has only 1/8" of padding and I have no modesty issues at all. I wish Herroom would order this bra in a 42D. It would make life much easier.. This bra is supportive and comfortable. Mary from Tulsa, OK

I miss style 3585 that was sadly discontinued. This would be a good replacement if it had the spacer breathable fabric and could change into a racerback. Most importantly, it is missing the fully adjustable straps. I cannot adjust it to my size :( I do like that it has strong straps/support. Sarah from Leesburg,va

The bras were perfectly sized, thin cups but comfortable. The problem was the way they were packaged. They were stuffed into an envelope so the cups have permanent lines that did not even come out after being washed. Wendy from Greenville s.c.

Cup size is just right, if a smidge small. The band isn't as firm as I'm used to (my primary brand is Prima Donna) - if I were to reorder, I'd get one size smaller in the band. It's a sturdy bra with good support and excellent shape. Amy from Indiana

Not nearly as good as bra style 3616 which was discontinued.

Chantelle Response: We have a few suggestions for you that we think you'll love, as they have similarities to 3616. Our "C Ideal" (1951) is full-coverage and has cups made with an innovative technology that combines spacer and foam, making the cups extremely soft and light, yet fully supportive. The band is also wider, helping to smooth the skin, and provide extra support. Another great option is our "Basic Invisible" (1241), which has a buttery soft band, and smooth memory foam cups that mold to your bust from your body heat, giving you a comfortable and custom fit with every wear. We hope this helps! Suzanne from Bronx

This is an excellent, everyday bra. Chantelle bras fit me perfectly and the Essential Full Coverage is no exception. It's not sexy, but it's not boring either. It offers full coverage without feeling stuffy or old - unlike some t-shirt bras that have excessive padding. This Chantelle Full Coverage T-shirt bra is just as described. It is the perfect amount of coverage. After purchasing my first one, I ended up buying two more a couple weeks later! Leslie from Maryland

BE CAREFUL - the 32E cup is much smaller than an E in other brands. It was was WAY to small. The bra itself seemed ok, but I didn't like the sheen of the fabric or the underwire. HerRoom should make the sizing discrepancy way more obvious on the dropdown menu with their European brands. Nina from New York, NY

I am a slim busty person. I overflowed the cups in the 32E, but I liked the general shape, etc., so I returned it for a 32F. Both bras are made for someone who is much wider than I am. Although the 32 band fits, the cups are too wide, but not too deep. The outer side of each cup is under my arm, which means that the high side of each cup is almost against the front of my shoulder. Even through movement is a bit restricted, I still ended up keeping the 32F because the cups fit a lot better than the 32E! I sewed the two wires together between the cups to make them closer together, which mostly fixed the center spillage. This bra is made for someone with a very wide rib cage and a very narrow back. I don't understand why the cups are so wide in small band sizes. I am 5'5" and 125 pounds, so I'm not tiny, but I'm also not the same width as someone who weighs 180! Other than all of this, it's a nice bra. (I wouldn't have altered it if it weren't.) Robin from Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The bra fit in the cup size but was very uncomfortable for the price. It seemed smaller around the back then most 36 bras that I have. The wires in this bra really poke at you. Also, I had ordered this expensive bra only because there was a FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL INCLUDED just in case it didn't work out. I did not find the label until after I had called customer service to inquire about it. The response I got from customer service was that the customer ALWAYS pays for return shipping. I wasn't very happy and wrote back about what the order said "FREE RETURN LABEL" . I got no further response and then I did find the free return label tucked in the box which I hadn't seen previously, so I was able to return this without having to pay the return postage. The person in customer service should have realized by the invoice that there was a free return label in the box or should have been. FYI - I usually wear Warner's Full coverage "this is not a bra", bra, and I love it. Only problem is, I could use a DDD or F and they only go to DD. It would be nice if you could get or ask them to make the DDD. Thank you Karen from Georgetown, tx

Although this bra fit beautifully the back, where the hooks are, is completely irritating and unwearable. I tried cutting off the tags, only to have the irritation continue. Unfortunately, I'm not only unhappy with the bra.

After wearing this bra for a week, I've changed my opinion. Why? 2 reasons. (1) The sides of the bra cut into my armpits. I think this is because it's a full coverage bra and comes up higher on the chest. Loosening the straps did not resolve the problem, unfortunately. (2) For some reason, the corners of the bra band are sharp. The seam construction has sharp points where the edges come together - maybe they're using strong nylon or something? Even though the inside of the clasp is soft, the sharp corners poke into my back. I would not buy this bra again. I'm going to use sandpaper to see if I can make the edges smoother.

Chantelle Response: Style 3816 is a Full coverage T-shirt bra and does have higher elastic sides to contain and support. We would suggest you try a different style form Chantelle that is not full coverage such as Chantelle Pure Full Coverage Convertible T-Shirt Bra 3616, Chantelle C Paris T-Shirt Memory Foam Bra 3386, or Chantelle C Essential Full Coverage T-Shirt Bra 3816. I don't usually order a full coverage bra, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This bra fits great and I feel very secure - I could probably exercise in this bra! I like the smoothness of the cups. I do find the top of the cups just a little on the loose side, but that means my shape doesn't perfectly match the bra shape. Someone who's fuller on top may find it a better fit. Overall, I'm very happy with this bra. Emma from Laurel, MD

The directions on how to measure myself were right on. I'm very pleased with the bra and the ordering experience. The bras arrived quickly. pam from ct/usa

I've worn Chantelle t shirt bras for years and love the fit and the look under all my clothes. I decided to try this one since it was less expensive and plain. The "padding" on one side was slightly wrinkled and I thought it would smooth out after laundry. It didn't. I won't buy this model again. Gail

It fits great. I like that it covers me completely. I loved it so much I ordered another one. Mrs. B

Had to return it because I did not like the way this bra fit.

Chantelle Response: We would suggest trying Chantelle Rive Gauche bras 3286 or 3616 which offer a different fit compared to 3816. Patti from chicago,il

It feels right when you first put it on; not too snug but just firm ; no overlap on sides Submitted from TheUndies.com
