Purchased this to replace a smaller size 34E I have in #3371, my fav bra. . I'm a weight lifter and with the back muscle I"ve gained the 34E is no longer a good fit. This is okay but not as good coverage or construction as #3371.

I love the Chantelle Pont Neuf. I’m a 32E and very petite. Gives shape, structure and comfort and looks good under clothing. Been wearing them for quite some time and have many because I’m afraid they’ll discontinue them as they did a prior fav.

This particular style offers good coverage and support for those who are "larger" in the cup. My only wish is that the straps would be a bit thicker for the larger cup sizes so it doesn't cut into the shoulders. Otherwise, I love this one.

Very comfortable and well-made bra. This is my second one. The sides are fairly high but they do keep the breast tissue out of the way. I'll be ordering more colors.
HerRoom Response: Noted that you are petite in height so the sides could be a little tall for you with your frame. The height is to keep breast tissue forward.

LOVE that you have my hard-to-find size. The fabric and shape and fit of the cup is great.
Shoulder straps are narrow and very elastic, which will stretch out pretty quickly trying to hold 13 lbs all day, every day.
The narrow straps cut into my shoulders like a wire wrapped tightly around a water balloon. I thought everyone knew that EVERY bra over DD needs wide straps and 4 back hooks. This one had 3.
Very sad it did not work. My search continues.
HerRoom Response: The weight of your bra should be held by your band. If your band is too loose, the weight of your tissue is being held by your straps, which causes the digging and discomfort of your straps. We suggest checking out our Bra Fitting Center to find your perfect size in this bra.

Very pretty but the underwire digs into the side of my breast and actually left marks. I can't wear it.
Will not stop me from trying other bras from HerRoom. Everything else I have ordered has always been GREAT!
Chantelle Response: Hi Marta! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're sorry that you experienced digging from the underwire. Have you considered trying a different cup size? You shouldn't feel the underwire from any bra that fits properly, so it might be possible that you need to increase the cup size to ensure that the bra's underwire placement is fully containing your breast tissue, so that poking doesn't occurs. We hope this helps!

This bra is very uncomfortable in this size. It rides up. The two hook closure is not wide enough for a person who wears this size. I was very disappointed.
Chantelle Response: Hi Mary, when the back of a bra is riding up, this tends to mean that the band is too big. Our hook closures increase in height as our cup sizes do. By ordering this style in a smaller band and larger cup you may be able to solve both problems! A smaller band will give you more security and support through the back ensuring the bra stays put and provides plenty of uplift. If you feel that the cup fits properly, you may want to try ordering a 42DD or a 40DDD going forward. This will give you that more firm band while keeping the cup fit the same.

I am going to be returning this. I am able to get a comfortable fit with it set on the first hook, and the cups keep everything in well enough, but the band rides up the back and the center panel does not rest properly. I bought this size because I have lost weight, and 34E in Chantelle feels too big in the band. I measured my ribcage and it's 32.5. I am still losing weight, so I would prefer not to buy a larger size band. The other problem I am having is that if I lower the band size and raise the cup size to compensate, the cups feel to large. This is especially a problem on one side because I have uneven breasts from nursing 2 children. This issue seems to vary between brands. I may have to switch to Wacoal for the time being since their 34DD bras tend to have a tighter band with a decent fitting cup. Should I lose more breast weight over the course of the year, then I will try 32E again in other brands. It's a bit tricky when you are in between sizes, so I do not blame the brand for this issue. The bra is very pretty.

It is a little pricy, but it fits great. I was looking for something with sincere support that didn't look to be "orthopedic". This item fits the bill. I wish the company would consider either reducing shipping costs for returning customers, or lowering the price for free shipping. If I had known this bra would fit as well as it did, I would have ordered 2 at the time to get the free shipping.

I am more discouraged with the items that I try. I am trying all the related brands and sizes without success. I am still trying to decide if I will keep the one I recently ordered. I seem to have too high of expectations that I will find a style that I like, that doesn't squeeze me, causing pain or doesn't create an annoying bounce when I walk.
HerRoom Response: It sounds like the cup size you purchased is too small. Please check out our Bra Fitting page to help you find a size that fits properly.

My true size is a 30 DD but I kept the 32 D because the cups fit well even though I have to put the band on the tightest notch. I wish it came in a 30 DD! However, it's so hard to find supportive bras in my size that I'm keeping it. It's very well made and supportive. The seam is only visible under very thin tops which is to be expected for this type of bra. The side panel is very supportive.

fit was good but the underwire is murder for me.
Chantelle Response:
We suggest trying Chantelle Rive Gauche 3 Part Cup Bra 3281 with different underwires than 1381.
If the underwire is to high under your arm on the 1381 than the 3281 will solve that problem because the wire is lower under the arm on the 3281. This is not an uncommon problem with the height of the underwire for many women who are petite.
