This is a great shaper for every day snd special occasions. Because of my figure issues (flabby tummy and muffin top) I always wear a good longline bra and high waist long leg panty girdle Over the years also feel more secure with underwear under my panty girdle. These are so comfortable. My only complaint is that they are not well made in the buttocks portion. I have 4 pair and there are holes in the same area (butt) in each pair.
