I use silicone inserts, pockets hold and conceals well. Pretty bra. Washes well and durable. I found the size to be accurate ,I did not order the upsize recommended. I find that I wear this bra more than any other. Lisa from St. Louis Missouri

Runs small. Ordered next size but VERY disappointed that side with prosthesis looks natural -- flesh colored -- but side with real breast looks white with double layer of fabric since no prosthesis.

Our customers who wear transforms products love the bra and find that it suits the very best purpose in which it was designed. A size 36C bra should be worn with a size 5 form. This is a really nice bra and comfortable, but if you bought the breast insert I wouldn't recommend getting this bra to go with it. The insert is stiff and pokes out a lot more than your normal breast in this bra. If you get the insert, try and find a lightly padded bra to go with it. But the bra by itself is really nice and fits good.
