Just add items to your shopping bag, select your country of destination, and check out. BorderFree calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Email Shipping Confirmations

All orders are processed in our distribution centers shortly after we receive them. We’ll email you with delivery and tracking information before the end of the day that your order is shipped. International customers will receive delivery and tracking information from our Borderfree partner generally within 5 business days after the order is placed. We promptly deliver the items to one of Borderfree’s international processing hubs where they are scheduled for delivery to their final destination.

Our Simple Return / Exchange Policy

Don’t love your purchase? Want another size or color? No problem. Simply return your original order within 30 days and you will be refunded back to your initial form of payment. You will then select the new item for your new exchange order, payment will be processed, and your new exchange order will ship immediately. Original orders processed under PayPal will have to have updated payment information provided to process new exchange orders. Please note that we can only accept new, unwashed, odor-free merchandise in its original packaging with attached unfolded tags. Given the intimate nature of our merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse an item that does not meet hygiene and health regulations.
