Once upon a time in Los Angeles, California, a couple named Dick and Patty Cantrell started a small home-based business based on the premise that the future is female. With all deference to the fellows, the Cantrell's design philosophy has evolved into an international company that is owned and operated by the family and made exclusively in the USA. The inspiration for the Cantrells came from their own three daughters. The Hard Tail brand embodies the empowering of women with a "girls rule" spirit and the defying of old feminine stereotypes. The Cantrell's activewear/athleisure wear celebrates women's athletic endeavors and supplies them with sleek, attractive, comfortable active fashions that are a little "street" with a whole lot of spunk 

Among Hard Tail's designs at HerRoom, tank tops with built-in sports bras, hoodies with neat details like cut-out backs, oversized, slouchy t-shirts; and bottoms that include the Flat Waist collection of capri leggings, ankle leggings, flare pants, as well as High Rise leggings.
