Braza Response: I am sorry the Cush-eez Bra Strap Cushions didn’t work for you. I might suggest you use a bra strap converter. That would hold your straps in place and prevent them from sliding. We carry a few different items. Also on the site is the Magic clip Strap that can also hold your straps in place. Sue from Sunnyvale, Ca.
Braza Response: The only way that the silicone can fall out would be if it were not placed fully in the pocket. Our diagram on the front of the package shows the silicone pad half out, but that is just to show that a) there are silicone pads included and b) where they go. Please be sure that they are placed fully in the pocket and this should keep the item in place. Kim from Michigan
Vendor Response: The plastic flaps are designed to hold the straps of your bra in place, not the cushion. The silicone insert is for extra comfort. Thank you for your feedback and suggestion on this product. Mary from Lexington Kentucky USA
Braza Response: Hi Bonnie. We appreciate your business and we would recommend you try this product with Braza Flash Tape to help maintain in place. Bonnie from Arden
Braza Response: The trick on this style is to use the product correctly. On the shoulder cushion, the bra straps lay on the pad and the two plastic sleeves keep them in place from movement. Betty from Maxwell
