This bra is not really comfortable. The underwire feels very thick. I must say though that the girls have never been this high before! It is supportive and there is a lot of room for adjustment in the strap. I am 5' tall and have a short torso, so getting a bra that I can adjust properly is very important. This is a high quality bra, but not very comfortable so far. The lace chafes the sensitive skin on the breasts (at least for me), and worst of all, the part where lace meets satin makes you have a 1950s-style bra line under your clothes! It's very noticable, even under black. And, to top it off, I didn't notice a huge minimizing effect! It might be because I went a size up than I normally do (34DD instead of 34D) but that was because the 34D was way too tight and would be even more uncomfortable. Overall, I'm just not impressed, especially not with that very noticable seam right in the middle!

Wacoal Response: She bought the 85122 which is one of our top two minimizers - if she is bothered by the seam she should try Wacoal 85154 which is seamless. I would also bet that she needs to try the bra in size 36D- she said the 34 D did not work and that the 34 DD is still to tight---we think she needs a 36. I am disappointed in this purchase especially since I consider the price high end. The cups fit perfectly but the wires on either side poke into my flesh and hurt by the end of the day.

HerRoom Response: You might want to consider widening the wires a little so that they encompass your breast tissue on the side.

I've been wearing this style for years in ivory and black. I love the new straps. The nude color, which I could never find in stores, works much better under white tops than the ivory. For the women having issues with the wires sticking up in front, just slide the wires back (toward the under arm) prior to putting the bra on and your problem is solved. I wear a 32D in my other Wacoal bras but I do not see that 32D is an option on this bra. What size should I get?
