Used this item under my wedding dress, it was comfortable and definitely smoothed everything out. Personally don't care for the open crotch, made me feel the need to wear underwear with it, but for those who don't mind that it makes it easy to use the bathroom without removing the whole garment.

It is a good item but I ordered 4 different sizes for me and my cousines and was very surprised that i received the four items without the size tag on them. I mean it was intentionally removed because you can see where it was removed from. So i had to open them all and try my best to find out which size is which!!
