Better than Silicone inserts for swimwear, in my opinion. I got a few of these for my swimsuits and a pair of silicone inserts, and I must say that these are better. Why? Unless your swimsuit bra has underwire and serious support, silicone will weigh you down and make your breasts look more saggy. These, in contrast are lightweight and supportive. Plus, you can sew these in, and you can't really do that with the silicone ones. This adds just enough perkiness and holds everything in place, like a push-up bra does.

This was the single-BEST purchase I've made in the bathing suit dept... It is EXACTLY what I needed for a little "oomph" in the tops of all my bikini's. If you need a little lift and shaping, then these are for you! I bought 2 pairs and because most bathing suits already have that useless liner in them already, all I did was take that out and insert these into the area already made to insert padding. Love them!! Will use them in all my suits from now on! I am usually a C-D cup, so these worked fine!

PROS:
- Lightweight
- Adds at most 1/2 cup
- Should fit in all bikini tops (except micro bikinis)
- At first I was disappointed (I was expecting more "omph") but then I was very happy about the natural support, it enhances just enough without making others how your girls stays up or if you had surgery
- No sewing required! I slipped these into the slots that holds the regular/thinner padding in my bikini top
CONS
- Subtle enhancement may be disappointing to those looking for more lift, go with a thicker padding versions instead

These worked pretty well (though they're a bit stiff) in one of my bathing suits, which has a true triangular-shaped top, but they do not work in my other bathings suits for which I think I need a more circular or oval shape. I'm keeping one pair of the triangles and exchanging the others I ordered for the Braza Sew in Cups 2600.

This is a great shape if you need a fuller look (if sagging is an issue), it probably adds a 1/2 cup size. It is light weight and much cooler to wear in the summer, when the silicone inserts make me sweat. This works great is swimsuits as it does not absorb water and in work out clothes

I think they are great. They run a little small. I am a 28 C so I went with the A/B. I had to return them for the size up. I had no problem returning them.

It's less padded than I thought, which actually looks more natural. If you are looking for pads that will give you a ton of lift, these aren't for you. But to naturally look enhanced, get these!

So I'm a 34AA and absolutely love this enhancer for my bathing suit tops. It lifts and actually creates some cleavage! the best thing it that it looks natural and fits into my triangle cups perfectly. they're also really good quality because they've lasted me a really long time (i've used them in hot tubs and at the beach). I bought this one and the silicon one to try out and prefer this one because it provides more lift.

Makes my breasts look great in my bathing suit, in a very natural way.

I returned these. The pads stuck out at awkward angles (especially at the bottom) and looked very unnatural. I got some silicone inserts and am much happier with them.

I am very pleased with this product. After searching many other types and brands I decided on swim shapers because of the price (much lower compared to the others). It accomplished exactly what I wanted it to accomplish- a fuller figure in my bathing suit without being obvious.

Really like that you can remove them to other suits. I need to buy more.
