I looked for several weeks for a bodysuit with a low back to wear under my shear wedding gown. I was very pleased with the look and feel of the fabric and the way it looks under my gown. My only worry is the lace design on the front of the bodysuit. I tried the bodysuit on with a tight fitting spandex dress to see the form it gives me, and you can see every part of the lace design on the front, especially the bottom tip of the lace.. it sort of pokes out. Luckily, my wedding gown has a lace overlay, so it does not show through the gown. Others had mentioned the pointy cups and pointy figure.. I did not find it to be a problem.. but I could see how taller women would have difficulty with the fit. I am 5'2", 130 lbs and it fits perfect. I found that this item ran big. The breast cups are not smooth so if you plan on wearing this under something that is thin or figure hugging you will not have a smooth silhouette in the breast area.It made my dress look lumpy and bumpy.From the waist down it was okay,but not as good as other shape wear that I own but I needed the lower back feature for my dress. The item is great. I would have liked it better is there was an option to put in a push up enhancer. A small slit in the side so you can add your own. It will work for what I am using it for but more cleavage would have been better..... Janell from Phoenix, Arizona

I like it for smoothing and control. The bust was a little large for me in the bust but I'm hoping it can be taken. I have a somewhat shorter waist and there was no issue on length for me as I read about in other reviews. Vicky from Morristown/NJ/US

I received this item right on time. When I tried it on it def sucks you in, I was hoping for a little more tummy control though. I am wearing this under my wedding dress and it does do the job, I find that as in other reviews the torso is a bit short, but for me it works, I would not go with this bodysuit if you a very tall or have a long torso. I also though the cups were a little pointy, I do not have large breasts and they just fit in the cup and give it a pointy look, I would not wear this under anything thin, again it does work under my wedding dress but the top is thick. The product itself is very good quality, made well and the material is nice as well. Overall it is very comfortable too, if the boobs weren't so pointy I would wear it all the time! cheri from hampshire IL

The bra cups are very unflattering. I didn't have time to exchange the item so I ended up sewing on smooth bra cups over it. I also found it to be quite short-waisted for my height at 5'6"ish. Great for a lower-backed dress. Not much of a slimming effect. The boning gives good support if worn strapless. Kelley from FL

This garment is just what I needed for a low-backed spaghetti strap wedding dress without any built-in support. It does a great job of nipping in my waist and smoothing everything out from bust to thigh. The construction is very good and the design is prettier than a lot of other support garments out there. I found the fit to be pretty true to size. I am about 5'8" with an avg to slightly long torso and usually wear a 34C or 36B bra depending on brand/style. I was worried that the length wouldn't fit after reading reviews from other taller women, but I guess everyone is built differently and the only way to know is to purchase a couple of sizes and try it out. Thankfully HerRoom has a great return policy. I ended up with the 34C and it's great! CMD from Washington, DC

The item was very nicely constructed, good material and a good price, but unfortunately I had to send it back because the cups were not enough coverage for a fuller-sized bust! They were a bit small. Wish it came in sizes bigger than a "D" for us larger busted women. I took a chance, but it didn't work out. This item is true to size though and I would recommend it to anyone I know. I will return because on the left side the lining folds up to where you can see it as an undergarment...might just be defective.
