I sent this item back because I was unable to unhook the back. The hook loop was so tight around the hook that it was impossible to get it unhooked. Also, I had ordered it hoping to get it by Valentine's Day, but didn't get it until the day after. Which I guess was okay, since I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway. This is the first item I have ordered with Herroom that I was disappointed in. I'm sure I will be back again :)
