These covers are great. I had bought other silicone nipple covers before but all they did was make my nipples look bigger, like a young girls. These flattened them out and stayed put in 90 degree weather all day long. They don't totally conceal the color of darker nipples, but they do give you a smooth shape in the thinnest of shirts! These work exactly as they are advertised to work. They stay on great and provide a smooth look under clothing when a bra cannot be worn. I wore them under a formal dress that was thin and low cut, and they completely covered the nipples. Katherine from SC

Excellent - allows you to wear almost anything no matter how sheer or awkwardly cut and allows bra less freedom, although at the expense of the enhancement a bra provides. Great for strapless or spaghetti strap garments, wide necklines, and under a Speedo when being streamlined is the goal. Unfortunately, the "reusable 20 times" claim is stretching it in my experience, even though I only apply these after freshly washing with soap and drying. They are fine for 20 times under a fitted garment, but I wouldn't trust them near the end of their life cycle for something loose. The edges also tend to loose sticking power and pick up lint over time. Instead, my retired Smooth'ems get used for swimming. I'd give it 5 stars if they could make it so the adhesive could be more renewable. Julian from Chicago
