I have worn this bra for years and love it. As a large chested woman I want lots of support but want comfort as well, these deliver. In addition, this is my first shopping experience with HerRoom and I am so impressed. My order was shipped the same day I placed it! I love this bra! And the price and service from HerRoom. Last year I ordered the wrong size by mistake and was able to return it even though late in doing so. FYI. I you have never ordered this bra get fitted first. I don't wear an FF in any other brand I've worn! I was wearing a C cup from a department store brand. Barbara

My favorite bra for support and lasting comfort used to be the LeMystere Dream Tisha, but my cup size has increased beyond what LeMystere manufactures. I got this bra to replace my beloved Dream Tisha and, while it is not quite the same, I am pleased overall. The support and lift is very good and I actually think the shaping is much better, the Tisha was slightly pointy and this Elomi is nicely rounded while still being wonderfully perky. The straps are not up to LeMystere standards however; they look in the photo like they are padded but it's just fabric over the same Elomi straps. Elomi straps aren't bad but they are not the wonderful broad padded ones the Tisha has. I read that people think this style runs large in the cup compared to other Elomis (Abi and Caitlyn) but it did not fit that way on my body at all. If anything I found it was almost small cutting across my center breast tissue. My breasts are natural and look nothing like beach balls under my chin when not wearing a bra, but the tissue is firm and round enough that when it is brought up it fills this bra completely. So be wary of suggestions to order down in cup size. Discerning Shopper from New England

This is now THE BRA of my choice. I use to use leMyster, but found that the support this bra offers is a million times better. I love the round, not pointy, shape it gives and you really feel you are rock'n the hourglass figure in it. The only improvement that can be made to it is that I wish they could put some kind of silicon or some other type of padding on the back of the underwire. I tend to get large red pressure marks at the end of the day. This happens with all bras I own and I rather deal with that type of minor soreness than headaches and back pain from less irritating bra. BUT if that problem could be taken care of I swear I may want a reduction less than I do now and would be willing to pay for the comfort it offered! Thanks for making a great bra, please consider offering a new style with some kind of comfort padding under the wire and I think you will have made the most perfect bra in the world! Very comfortable, but I still have a problem with the strap falling off my right shoulder. Also, I didn't order a smaller cup size & should have. I was measured as an H cup, but took an HH in another Elomi bra, so I thought I would be okay with the right size cup. It's a bit large, though. Laura from Clarksville/TN/US

I didn't like this bra very much. The foam was too much and the cups made my breasts point upward - to the ceiling (even after multiple adjustments).

Elomi Response: IF you do not like the foam mold in the cup then perhaps you should try the Elomi Hermione bra 8120. The spacer fabric is a less rigid fabric and has a more relaxed shape than the 1220. Andrea from Manhattan Beach, CA

This is a wonderful bra for a full figured, large busted woman (I am 5'5" and wear a size 14 pant/dresses). It is well constructed and keeps the girls up where they used to be 20 years ago, without binding or poking or making me feel like a can't take a deep breath. It provides support and modesty (very lightly padded) and rises higher on the side than some bras which seems to avoid any under the arm area overhang. The only negative is that you must be very careful when washing - hand wash is best which I hate to have to do - but its worth it! Rach

I have now purchased second of these bras. I really like them. I admit putting one on seems a bit like putting on a suit of armor, but once on it is surprisingly comfortable. Further, the center point where the two underwires eet stays where it supposed to against your chest so you don't get a bump against your garment and the support is the best I have found. I love this bra. Gives firm, lifting support for "the girls." My only complaint is that the underwire comes up high under the arm and can be irritating because the fabric used to enclose the underwire is not very thick. I have several Elomi bras that I love. But this one just didn't fit right. I'm not sure if the cups were too big or if it just wasn't cut correctly for my body, but there was a lot of room in the cups up by my shoulder. I would probably order this bra again and go down a cup size. Overall I really like this brand, but this particular style in my regular size just didn't do it for me!

Elomi Response: It sounds like the cup is too large for you. You might want to try the 42GG instead of the H cup. Another great new Elomi style is the Hermione smooth cup style #8120. It is a very comfortable spacer-fabric that breathes and is a great fit. The cup runs true to size so you might want to try the 42H in Hermione. Heather from Nashville TN

I really bought this bra for modesty purposes (no show through) and believe it to be effective on that front. I followed the suggestion to buy a size lower because they run large. I used the measurement chart to determine I should be a 46DDD and ordered a 46DD. The bra is too big but I wore it twice just to be sure and don't think I can return it now. The cups are still too big, as is the band. The underwire comes up very high on the sides but doesn't poke. It also sits high on my back so I can't take it off without sliding off a strap! The cup- size is perfect; however the 46 was too tight and the 48 is too big, even on the smallest hook and eye setting. This leads to 'leaking' out the bottom of the cups. Polly from Delavan, WI USA

A great seamless bra for bustier women. I'd like to see a wider band in the back. When your this busty the 3 hook back can dig in a bit, 4 would be better. Otherwise, one of the best bras I've found for my size. Camin from Stockton, CA
