Nice bra, but ran small. Didn't end up keeping it because all the other bras I ordered I loved and this one was just, "eh". Josephine

This has been my favorite purchase at HerRoom! I've always had problems finding bras. I could never find one that was thick enough for hiding the fact that I was cold. This bra finally covers everything and fits how it is supposed to. I normally wear a 30F but I had to go up one size bigger. No big deal the return time was not bad. Initially the bra rubbed a little under the arms but that goes away after some use. Great purchase! Looking forward to more bras with thicker lining in my size! Megan from CA

This bra is comfortable and very attractive, however the cups were Much smaller than I expected. It is definitely not a tshirt bra, but works well for a plunge/sexier look. It does not lay smoothe under a tshirt due to the amount of cleavage. Wasn't exactly what I expected. Jennifer from Mcleansville NC USA

Runs small, straps not supportive enough, I will be returning it

Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback! I get a sense that the bra wasn’t fitting you correctly and you might need to try it in a different size. Straps shouldn’t offer more than 10% of actual support, so I would possibly look into going into a smaller band, that should offer you more support. Snug band and the correct cup size will offer you all the support you need. See Tomima’s 3 Steps to a Fabulous Fit for help. Lisa

This is probably one of my second favorite bras. I own it in 3 colors. This gives a great lift, it has a decent lining that is lightly padded that keeps everything in place, not adding much to the volume yet offers a concealed, smooth look. I would have given this bra a 5 star rating however, after you wash it one time it doesn't hold the girls in place and I spill out of the middle. This is a problem I have with almost every bra I own. I wish they would put some sort of non-slip backing in the center so this didn't happen. Chris from Portland, OR

Returned this item, because I found it to be much too bulky. Too much padding and the center is bigger that it appears. Like wearing armor, not for me.

Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback! We are disappointed that you weren’t happy with the product. If you are still on a search for a perfect smooth plunge, do try Porcelain Plunge Bra 3371. The mold is softer and less bulky. Teresa from CA

The fit and shaping are very nice, good support, but also pretty and sexy styling. The fabric and cups are stiffer than porcelain and took washings before it (and the straps) was "full-day's wear" comfortable, but that's ok. This is a cup size larger for me than porcelain and is needed. Kristy from Milwaukee, WI

I'm a size 30FF in this bra (no implants). I'd recommend at least trying this bra - you can always send it back if need be. This is one of the best bras I've had for a big bust and a smaller waist. Plus, it doesn't cost you $100 like many others. This bra fits me really nicely, and its actually cute, too. So far the best bra that I've found (through many sites and months of searching/returns) that fits well with big 'girls' and a small ribcage. That being said, I wear t-shirts many times and this is an excellent bra for that - no edges show through at all! The only complaint I do have is that when I first put it on, the shoulder straps' edges seemed to scratch me on my chest near my shoulder. This took only took one washing of the bra to soften it up, and then it was completely comfortable. Pros: EVERYTHING. Cute, many color options, great T-shirt bra, not thin material-the cups are the kind of contour/mould(?) that keep their shape when you take it off (which is my preference), comfortable, straps stay in place on shoulders, nice natural shape to your bust and not pointy looking, bra stays in place nicely, plunge bra but holds them in well, also there's no bulky 3-prong strap and thick shoulder bands for the larger sizes - it holds them up and in without becoming a corset. Cons: Took a day or two to get used to the straps but haven't bugged me at all since then - probably a combination of sensitive skin and a new, unwashed bra being a bit stiff. My suggestion as well, if you get this bra and decide to keep it, cut the tag off the back of the hooks!! Its really scratchy and terrible, but when you cut it off, super comfortable. I had been buying bras that were WAY too small. (38 D and I needed a 36 DDD) All of my friends noticed, but I didn't want to have to buy the "ugly" bras I had seen in stores. I was very excited to find some that weren't "ugly." I ordered a 36 E based on the size chart given at the order site. I ended up having to send it back for a bigger cup size. I was sized in stores for a 36 DDD but I ended up fitting in a 36 F in this bra. I really like how it looks under t-shirts and all of my friends notice the change in my confidence about my chest. I was looking for a bra to replace my ill-fitting VS ones with molded cups (no nipple show through) and deep V. I wanted a round, attractive shape for natural breasts that wouldn't create awkward gaping. This bra did the trick, but was a little tight under the arms. It stretched out after maybe 10 wears. The straps on this bra were exceptionally short. I had them extended all the way, and they were still tight! The cups, also were very small, and the band even seemed tighter than other 30" bands. This bra fit a full band & cup size smaller, in my opinion. I had to return it. Elizabeth from Atlanta, GA, USA

Although the materials were soft, and the colors pretty, the cups on this bra did not fit me at all. This is strange because I have owned over 10 panache bras in various styles and every one fits the exact same way. This was the same size I always order but unless I let the straps out all of the way (which made me loose all support) the edge of the cup seemed to cut into my breast tissue making an odd sort of "bump" happen in the middle which was super unflattering underneath a t-shirt, etc. I returned this item, but wish that they would work the odd fit problem out because other than that the bra seemed very nice. Great for three months then phhhh! When I first got this bra (from a department store not Herrroom), I was in love: it supported me well and it could really be considered a plunge bra and it was wonderful. Three months later, I noticed it was no longer doing anything for me, and it was even digging a bit, given me the dreaded quad effect. I examined the bra and noticed that the center front piece has totally stretched out, causing the cups to rotate in a way that makes them unsupportive. At $48, I think this bra shouldn't wear out this quickly! My only consolation is that I almost bought another when I was still in love with it, so at least I only have one piece of garbage.

Panache Response: Dear customer! We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It sounds like you have purchased this same style from other places and it fit you well however this one ended up running a bit big? I don’t think it’s the fault of the website, because sometime bras can be mislabeled in production. It’s very rare but it does happen. It seems like this was the case. Do try to order this style again, as I’m sure the next one will fit! HerRoom.com has a wonderful customer service team who will gladly discuss your concerns and help you out in any way they can. I was really hopeful for this bra but I thought the fit was really strange! The wires felt like they went down super low on my chest and its not lined very strongly so under clothing it gave me a very strange "mushed" shape.

Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like there is a bit of a size issue. I wonder If 36DD in this style was a bit too big for you since you are pointing out that the cup was mushy (too much room) and the wire came down way too low. Wires should sit right underneath the breast and if the cup is too large, sometimes the wire might slide down. It might be a good idea to try 36D. skw from california
