I ordered this bra in my normal bra size but it did not provide sports-bra like support. It seemed like it would be a fine bra for everyday wear (nice shaping, comfortable) but it did not provide adequate support for even medium-impact activity. LOTS of bounce. I bought this bra in a 32DD. It is well made and very comfortable fabric. I appreciated the strong side support and the back straps fit well. However, the front did not fit me well. The underwire comes up quite high and where the bra comes together in the front it didn't lay against my chest. It doesn't feel right and I will be returning it. Also, the white is very bright and shows through any light colored athletic top. I bought this to play tennis in, but it shows through all of my tennis shirts. As you get older your chest starts to fall and we are always looking for something comfortable to pick the girls up and not have the wire dig into my ribs, well, this is a really nice bra, I can wear it all day, I'm not fighting with the wire.
