I normally wear a 44F from the Lane Bryant Cacique line and I ordered a 48F. This is the BEST bra. I never thought I could even wear a strapless bra but this thing works, it doesn't pinch and keeps the girls up there. Happy Clam, MD, Age: 30's January, 2012, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 48F

Overall the fit and comfort are excellent. There is a bit of 'scrunching' right where the underwire is which is not a big problem but something that might be good to address in the design area.
