I've been having a hard time finding latex-free panties that fit. These are OK, but the high waistline is pretty ugly. I prefer a bikini style.

I usually wear several different styles of Calida panties but this was one that I hadn't tried. I am very pleased. They are soft and comfortable. You can't even tell you are wearing anything. I love Calida sleepwear and have previously worn and enjoyed their briefs. I thought these looked good because of the covered elastic and knit leg bands, so I gave them a try. Three stars for quality, not five because the photo is very deceiving as to the design and fit. As several other reviewers mentioned, these briefs come up way higher than your natural waist. I rated 3stars ONLY because the fit was not 'true to size' BUT item was of good quality. The XL was too big, according to chart, that would have been my fit. I will most definitely exchange for a medium because I do like the quality and design of the item ordered. I think I am going to like these a lot, especially in warmer weather. They come higher up on the waist and lower down on the leg than I usually wear but having no elastic and such a breathable fabric is a real plus. Because the waistband twists in the wash I just put in 4 stitches - sides, and center front and back. Problem solved. I'm not giving them 5 stars because they have serge stitching to hold the crotch panel- instead of turning the edges under. But the stitching actually is pretty soft.
