Size: A/BThese are nylons and not the same texture as hose. That is not what I wanted, and they are uncomfortable to me. Berkshire Response: #1340 has a simmer effect in the hose which can be a little more coarse than a normal nylon hose. It has to be that way to get the effect of the shimmer. Size: C/DThe reason for the low-ish rating is the stocking material is somewhat course and loses it's shape. Instead of being smooth which is what you'd expect, the stocking actually feeling rough to touch rather than silky. On the positive side, they don't run easily so you have to balance your desire for silky smoothness with the tendency to quickly run with what you're paying. They were rough and not appealing Berkshire Response: Berkshire has been making styles #1340 for many, many years, and we're sorry for your experience with the style. #1340 has a "shimmer leg", which you may not find appealing. You might want to try Thigh High 1363 , which has a normal lycra sheer leg and the same top as the #1340. Tracy from Maryland
