They are not much different than a removable thin pad from a bra or bathing suit.

HerRoom Response: You are correct. The difference is their shape fits into most bra cups and they are large so you will not see a line. This item has been around for years and is a great solution for turning a molded bra cup into a contour bra cup. Shay from Missouri

Bought for my 90 yr. old mother to help with her shape at an important wedding. This is the last thing I thought she'd ever wear - but it was a try. She wore them, loved them and has since worn them quite often. Her quote "there isn't a whole lot that enhances your figure at my age - these certainly help." Emily from Midwest

Too thin and moves around

Wacoal Response: The no peek pads are designed to provide invisible modesty as an added layer of foam inside your cups. These are designed to fit tightly between your tissue and the cups and should stay in place as your body temperature warms the foam. If they are moving around it’s possible that your bra is moving around which means the size is incorrect. Try getting re-measured, most women fluctuate in size and should be re-fit 1-2 times per year. T Martin from Virginia

I have been looking for 20+ years for a pad to cover my nipples. This is perfect! I wear knit shirts frequently and you could alway see my nipples (especially if the AC was sub-zero!). The pads smooth out my bra and it looks great with a knit shirt! THANKS!! Ann from NC/USA

Before the Body by Wacoal Seamless Underwire bra, I could never keep a regular bra from slipping off my shoulders. The only flaw is its lack of coverage. I bought these no-peek pads when I originally bought the bra. The pads helped, but I would still show through sometimes. I finally bought a second set to double up. Now, the coverage is perfect. As an unexpected bonus, I now have a little more fullness, and it looks natural. Heather from Pittsburgh, PA

These don't work as well for me as the Dimrs. They help, but I still get a little bit of show-through. They don't cover my entire breast, but the edges don't seem to show. They might work well for someone who has less prominent "headlights" than I have. Ann from Colorado

I am very pleased with the pads. I have a very large bra size and surprisingly, my bras are not padded. I am self-conscious when I don't have a enough coverage and my nipples show through. These make me feel better. I only wish that these came in darker colors to match my skin tone. Stephanie from FL

These were fine and comfortable. Only thing is, I think I need two-sided tape to hold them in place.

Wacoal Response: The No Peeks should fit nicely inside the cups of the bra if the cups fit correctly. If there is shifting, are the cups too big? We recommend women getting sized at least once a year to ensure correct sizing. Becky from Fremont, OH

Having used petals for years and being disappointed with the way that they look, I decided to try the Wacoal no peek pads. I am absolutely thrilled with them. I was a little disappointed in these since they had such good reviews. They do smooth me out, but you can still see what these are trying to hide, just with less definition. If a very lightly lined bra is enough for you, then these will work much better for you than they did for me. Elizabeth from Michigan

I thought these were going to be modesty cups that are thick enough to walk through the freezer aisle at the store and not be embarrassed. Guess not. They will, however cover in case of a too-thin bra and shirt that will otherwise show your colorful details without some protection. These cups are too thin, but since I bought 2 pairs, I'm using them together. Doing it that way makes them thick enough for total modesty. This being the case, I would have preferred to pay half the price per set.

Wacoal Response: They are designed for coverage and to not add any deminsion. Using two pairs is a thoughtful solution!! Modest from Lady

I wouldn't mind if the pads were cut just a teensy bit smaller, so that there's no pad peeking out of the bra, but that's just a quibble. They do what they say, and they're so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. If you've got an unlined bra you're peeking through, this product is for you!

Wacoal Response: Thanks for you nice comments. After you put the pad in the bra try moving it down just a bit and it may take it away from the top of the bra. J from Muskegon, MI

These little pads are wonderful. The bras I love (Royce 589) are not lined and this little pad covers to prevent any show through. They also help to give a very smooth appearance under knit fabric without a padded look. Very comfortable, don't even know you are wearing them. I've had a lumpectomy on one side and changed the size considerably, so I use two pads for that side to even out and it works great. Great little item. Dolores from Texas

I've been wearing the kind of No Peek Pads that stick to your skin and stay in place whereever you place them due to the sticky substances on the pad. The Wacoal NP Pads I was not real happy with, for one, I think I ordered too big of a size (M). This was my first experience with these kinds of pads so I wasn't sure what they were and what size to use. The pads I've been using just fits over the nibble, not the whole breast like the Wacoal NPPads do. To know what the Wacoal NP Pads are like I needed to order them to experience what they are like. The Wacoal NPP seem to wrinkle when put in the bra. Sorry I was just not overly happy with these pads.

Wacoal Response: No Peeks fit differently on people- it depends on the shape of the bust. I think that you may have bought the wrong size (M). You need to try size (S) or perhaps go back to the nipple covers that used before. Mickey from Hephzibah, Ga. Richmond

This is a good liner to help hide nipples and smooth out breast shape. Large enough to cover a major portion of the breast. Thin and lightweight so there is no unnecessary bulk and no visible lines to show through the bra and broadcast where the liner ends. Works well with the Ahh bra on first try. Hope they continue to stay put. FYI these are hand wash and air dry. Somehow that didn't make it into the product descrlption. Lulu from midwest

Fabulous item. I'm not sure why they work so well because they are really thin and slip so easily into a bra. There is no line showing from them and the main reason, Nipples do not show through my T-shirts anymore. I have not "washed" them yet, I think I'll just be rinsing them out so I can not yet comment on that aspect. But the price is so reasonable that I am not worried all that much about the outcome. And why, I don't know, but they do arrive in a beautiful, beautiful box. A real keeper! The entire product, A real keeper! Catherine from New York/New York/USA

These are great under an unlined bra if you're wearing a t-shirt and want to minimize nipples showing through. However, they do not completely hide the nipple. Be very careful with your size selection as the product will wrinkle if you buy it a bit too big, and the wrinkle shows will show through an unlined bra. If in doubt, I recommend selecting on the small side. carla from northern Virginia

These are going to change my summer if not my life. My office gets extremely hot in the summer and all I want to do is where my thinnest blouses with my coolest bras, but the two don't mix. My coolest bras don't offer near enough modesty, so out comes the contoured Tshirt bra and the feeling of putting on body armor in 90 degree heat. But not this summer! While I'm sure these will make my little cotton bras feel a bit warmer, I'll at least be able to wear them because these things work GREAT! They do the job beautifully and are so soft and lightweight I don't know they're there. An unexpected bonus is that they add just a little something - giving me a softer more rounded appearance. It's so subtle, but as a 36A with a tear drop shape, I don't always fill out the thin cotton bras just right so these even help in that department. I'm so thrilled with these I've already ordered another pair! Cheri from Michigan

Had to return this product. The fit was fine, but the material did nothing to cover the 'nipple effect.

HerRoom Response: This comment is extremely surprising. We have never heard of this product not having enough modesty ability.

Wacoal Response: I cannot understand the problem here. The "no peeks" is designed for nipple coverage and is almost 1/4 of an inch thick. I can't imagine anyone showing through that. Lisa from Michigan

I like these a lot, but if I use them under a snug shaping camisole instead of an unlined bra, I still have a little bit of "show through" - I wish they were just a little thicker at the center. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Sharon from Delray Beach, FL, USA

I did not like these as much as the Fashion forms comfy cups. These are thin and don't hold shape as well. That being said, the Fashion forms comfy cups changed their product in last few years and is now not as good as it was.

Wacoal Response: The No Peeks are designed just for modest coverage and do not add any dimension to the bust. To accomplish this they are required to be very thin and to fit in the cup of the bra. Coni from louisiana

I ordered the No Peek Pads at the same time as a pair of DIMRS, to compare them for which one provided the best coverage. When the order arrived--in a very short time, I might add; HerRoom provides excellent customer service--I tried the DIMRS first. Needless to say, when I looked at the No Peek Pads and saw how thin they appeared to be, without even trying them on, it simply wasn't a contest. I returned the No Peek Pads and ordered a 2nd pair of DIMRS instead. More expensive, yes, but if 100% coverage is what you're after, it's well worth the price. A Modest Lady from San Antonio

The pads worked okay for concealment, but they slipped around all day. If I didn't adjust them, they would be at the bottom of my bra by the afternoon, and I'd have weird lumpy looking boobs. I don't want to have to excuse myself all day to go to the bathroom to adjust my bra, so these sit, unused in a drawer now.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for this feedback. If the pads are slipping around inside your cups, it sounds like your bra may be too large for you. A bra should fit very securely so that these pads don't move. It sounds like you should go down a band size - your bra may be moving around on your torso. Very comfortable and thin enough that they do not show through at all even under the thinest, sheerest bra. No way nipple color will show through but they do not adequately conceal nipple show through which is the real reason I wanted them. They are better than nothing however and I do plan to try a few other brands to compare but overall considering price and that these are re usable indefinitely they are an excellent purchase well recommended. The no peeks pads by Wacoal are wonderful for preventing nipple show through with sheer or very thin bras, but they are not quite preventing the "Im cold" look! These are really good, but one pad does not hide my protruding eraser-like nipples, I have to wear two at a time. They are thin, flexible, and I love the large size so no ridges show through around the edges. Good quality. These are soft fabric. I've tried a couple others which were useless. I actually like the Wacoals better. anonymous from san diego

These just don't provide the coverage I was hoping they would. I misplaced one of my Dimrs and thought I'd try a set of these less expensive modesty pads.
