The band is a size too small . Luckily I ordered A size up. I wanted a looser fit. On its loosest hook it barely fits. I normally wear 36DDD. Very pretty, nice shape. The lace is thin but seems sturdy. I wish it had one more layer over the nipples.

Best Wacoal ever had. Wacoal is comfortable and gives great support and shape. This bra is also gorgeous. It's very hard to find a bra that isn't molded that also has support. It has great support and fits well. The lace is a bit itchy though. It got better when the bra was washed, but still a tad itchy. It does tend to give my breasts a pointy shape, which works for some tops but definitely not others.

The seams are less visible in those pieces and will provide more shape than a non-seamed style. The rigidity of the lace will continue to soften with wash and wear. The bra is very pretty and I do like the fit. However, the back strap is so itchy and uncomfortable after and hour or so I can hardly stand it. I'm not quite sure what it is. Perhaps all the lace embellishments are causing the irritation or the mechanics of the bra just don't have enough material coverage. It's a pity because the bra is beautiful. Really lovely design and lace, and size runs true. Fits and supports. I was hesitant to try a non-lined/padded bra since having a baby and breastfeeding took away some of my muscle tone, but this bra does the job. Not really something you'd wear with a thin t shirt, because the laciness means less smooth than desired, and unlined sometimes reveals too much; however, this was fine under a dress that had a little more to the fabric, no slip needed. I love these bras. I first got one of these when I was in high school--one of my first "pretty" lingerie purchases--and I continue to wear them several times a week. The colors are always beautiful, the fabric is very soft against the skin, and there is enough stretch to be comfortable even on days I don't feel like wearing a bra. They hold up well, too. Tried this recently at a department store. I fit the Halo convertible bra (851205) in 32DDD, and the new Visual Effects minimizer (857210) in 32DD, but this one was a little too big (with too much coverage) in 32DDD. (Each style runs different, even in the same brand.) Didn't have enough time to try it in 32DD, as it was a short shopping trip. I can say that this was a pretty and high quality bra, and the band seemed nice and firm. I may try it in a 32DD sometime. As always, Wacoal bras are of the highest quality!! Stephanie from Oregon

This is probably the most comfortable bra I own right now, and the fact that it's so pretty is a bonus (the white flower lace against the black is so feminine and sophisticated). Personally I usually have problems with bands, straps, and underwire feeling tight cause of my build (I'm kinda stocky for being 5'2") but I hardly feel them when I wear it. The underwire is comfortable too, I like that it fits firmly against my chest and doesn't dig into my skin near the sides. Lastly I like how the band is vertically wider than most bras I have, cause I feel it gives me more support in the back too.I'm definitely looking at more items from this brand. Took a chance with the brand name. The bra is lovely but it did not give me the support of other Wacoal bras. I had hoped to go on the "wild side" but guess my body said no-no. Would recommend for someone younger who did not need as much support.

I love the look of this bra; it's very pretty and feminine while still providing great support. The cups are just a little full for me at the top, though. If I hold the cups together at the center front, they fit just right, so I think I'll whipstitch them into place. The bra is absolutely beautiful. It definitely serves a place in my wardrobe.. By no means will this bra lift or make you look bigger. It serves a purpose to minimize when needed. It's a great T-shirt bra and to be honest with you, at times, with the conic shape the bra has and how natural it sits on you, it can make you look like you are going out braless, which is an interesting choice when you are a 34DD. This bra has been my favorite for several years but now there has been a big change in its manufacture. The non-stretchy straps have been replaced by super stretchy ones. For me this is an unacceptable change so in spite of all its fine features I will be looking for a different style.

I have several other Wacoal 32DDD bras, but this one fit poorly. Maybe it's the elastic across the top of the cups, or the cut of the cups themselves. The elastic made a line in my breast, and it felt as though the bra pushed me in. Thankfully, Wacoal does make a great fitting 32DDD bra in other styles!

Thanks to all the others who rated this bra helping me to decide to purchase it. Fits me very well. Had to return other Wacoal I purchased because of the pads. This bra, while it has shape, it fits well without adding. Does not pull in front of my armpits like many other bras. A surprise hit! I haven't owned a non-molded cup bra in over 10 years and was surprised that this bra was just as effective at shaping and securing. The triple enclosure on the back feels very secure and the straps! What a joy to find a bra with heavily centered straps--one of the few I've owned that doesn't slip off my shoulders. The 32 band was almost too small to fit me, but the tightness of the band isn't uncomfortable and helps make the bra feel more secure I think. Beautifully done up, it's truly a fashionable bra with decent daily support. The only thing I've found is that after doing several hours of labor-intensive, non-stop housework, the lace begins to chafe a bit. But if you're just going about a daily work routine or out on the town, the lace is smooth and non-itchy. Bought the matching Boyshort panty and found the design beautiful but the cut hard to adjust to; it fits well, but it rides up terribly no matter how low I wear them. Under jeans or other pants, however, I find it easier to ignore the awkward cut. I definitely like the way the entire set looks together though! Swift shipping from HerRoom. I love this bra! I am short waisted with a scoliosis and always have problems finding a bra that will not fall off my shoulders, especially my right shoulder, but this one works. I found this bra at a department store and then purchased another one at HerRoom. The straps are more to the center of the cup and the center gore measures 3 1/2" tall for a size 38DDD. The center front is not flat against my chest but it is only 1/2 off but does not lean forward when sitting so it is basically flat for me. The cups have a little stretch in them so the top of the cups lays flat against the chest for older women whos tissue has fallen a little. I believe this is one reason straps fall off shoulders in shorter people ... the tissue does not fill the top of the cup. I hope they keep making this bra and it would be even better if the center gore could be shorter ... say no taller than 2 1/2 inches for a 38DDD or larger sizes. Melinda from Van Buren, AR USA

This bra is really pretty, and is *almost* perfect. The band and cups are true to size, and the straps adjust enough to accommodate my very short upper half, which is not the case for some other bras I've tried (Bali). The only minor complaint that I have is that the straps feel a little bit scratchy against my shoulder blades. This might go away with a couple of hand washes, though. One other comment, this isn't an issue for me but it might be for other well-endowed ladies, the cups are not super structured, and the lacy cup fabric is more stretchy and "gives" a bit more than other bras I have. For women who really want to be "held in," this bra might not be the best option, but for me, it's very comfortable and gives a very natural look. Ann Marie from Oakland, CA

This is one of my favorite bras of all time. The problems I usually have with fit are the torpedo effect, poor support, underarm spillage, and top spillage. I've given up on any type of bra that is not fully lace because they lose their shape and support much to quickly. This bra solves all of those problems. I've been wearing my two copies fairly regularly (3-5 times/month) for about 3 years and they'll probably stay with me for another 3 years. The side support panels are excellent at preventing side spillage, the cup shape and distance apart keeps my boobs in front but at a comfortable distance apart. The top fits flat on top of my boobs so I can wear low cut tops (low cut for a 34DDD). They only need adjustment once or twice during the day (which has only been beaten by a couple of Lunaire bras). The lace can irritate a little at the ribcage toward the end of the day, but that's really my only complaint. kugat2 from Willowbrook, IL

Very pretty bra. It gives a really natural shape and seems quite sturdy. It isn't very soft, though. The lace is a little scratchy. Also, there is a seam across the middle of the bust, which is visible when you wear form-fitting things. Angela from Waterville, WA USA

I LOVED this bra... At first. It fit beautifully, gave new lift and shape like I hadn't had since before having my first child, and was comfortable. That was, until I washed it on gentle (As I have all my bras) on a night when time was limited and I didn't feel like hand washing. Just above the middle seam, it began to rip in various areas, as well as slipped often after said 3 weeks. For the price, this bra should have lasted longer, and had it not been for these two things, I'd have given it 5 stars and purchased one of each color.

HerRoom Response: You are speaking about the tulle separating from the top of the cup. The most common cause of this is when the bra is laundered with some kind of fabric softner of substance like Woolite (which destroys lace and tulle). Very comfy, good fitting bra with nice feminine lace details. The wire lies flat and does not poke, and the bra cups provide better support than one expects from the lace fabric. I have seen additional fashion colors of this bra style in a department store that I do not see here in HerRoom. This is a very well constructed bra. It offers incredible support and lift for being so light. I found the band a bit tight and the lace somewhat bothersome, but those problems went away after a few washes. It is not in my usual rotation of bras because the high underwires tend to poke me in the armpit. It would work beautifully for non-petite person.
