I have been looking for this bra design since I was in my 20's. It's difficult to find good fitting bras when your are petite bodied w a leg cup size. This bra makes actually want to wear a bra for longer than 10 min. Debbie from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I've been spoiled by these bras for, I think, 10 years. I absolutely adore them!! They fasten in the front so I don't have to wrestle with them to get them on... A petite clasp that does not dig in. They're completely stretchy so they feel good all over with just enough support. They're unpadded so they don't add to my heat level ?? (I live in Florida ??) And the racerback means I never have to pull my straps up or reposition them to be comfortable. I hope Wacoal NEVER stops making them for me ?? Jerri from Altamonte Springs

LOVE,,,, just wished they make a size larger in the cup. I have put on some weight and now ths bra is my "sunday bra " to wear while home! Because it is light and easy to put on.love that its not padded being a larger size its more about shape not added padding, and racerback, front close. Please Wacoal go for the triple D in this style. No other company has this same one, done this way. Lisa from Billerica

I love this bra. I am so happy that you carry it. I wish there were other like fitting bras that are front closure and similar fabric. My only issue with this bra is the price. It is really expensive...I wish there was a discount for purchasing quantities. I am very happy with the product and it is the only thing that fits me the way I like. I wish they made this in a bathing suit top fabric as the fit is amazing. I had an incorrect style sent the first time I ordered and it was a little confusing as I did it on the phone with a customer service person. Both customer service reps were helpful and professional. I do not like that there is an expiration on a coupon that I was mailed as a gift. That is the only reason I dropped a star. I am so glad I found this site. I will be a frequent looker and hopefully purchaser. Alison from Burbank

I have never, ever, purchased a bra that I haven't tried on from a website. But this bra is a great fit and very comfortable. It does what I wanted it to do: hide the bra straps for summer clothing with a high-cut shoulder. It's not padded or heavily lined, but due to the halter-style it still provides good support and shape. I'm planning to order another one. DebS from Rockport MA

The band size runs small, and the cups provide no lift and next to no support. This might be fine for wearing around the house if you size up and don't care about droop -- or if your cup size is small enough that the lack of support isn't a problem. For someone with my body type (slender body, D cup), this was a fail.

Wacoal Response: Hi Lucy, Wacoal does appreciate your feed-back, we also have a few suggestions for troubleshooting the fit of this style. Whenever purchasing a front closure bra, customers should size up one band size and down one cup size. Due to the location of the closure device being on the fullest part of the body as opposed to a flat backside, the band does feel smaller and you’ll need a larger than normal size to accommodate for the front close. You may want to try a 34C instead. Lucy from Providence, RI, US

Very comfortable to wear. Only limitation is on the neck of your top as the straps are close to the neck; so no wide necked blouses. I have trouble with many bra straps slipping off my shoulders so this bra solves that problem. I have 2 of them. Elaine from Florida

This bra looks good and love wearing a racer back. Great for racer back Tees and tops. Ordered my regular size, but after a bit of time, band feels tight and I'm dying to be out of it. Maybe I should have ordered one size larger, but too late now, as I've already worn quite a bit in spite of the discomfort. Hoping it stretches out a bit with time. Ines from Oakley CA USA

I love this bra. During the long, hot Virginia summers, it is comfortable and cool. It is my go - to bra for weekend and after work living. It does not enhance the breasts, but it holds them in place and is comfortable. My only complaint is the size range. I am a 36 D3, but buy the 38D2 in this for cup coverage. The only bra I wear. Have for years. I wash them in a lingerie bag on gentle cycle and hang to dry. They last a good while before they stretch out or before the underwire breaks, so worth the money. Good support and comfortable. They do run a tiny bit on the small side, in my opinion, so if borderline, you might want to order up. Donna from Tryon, NC

This was awful- the fabric is not soft or sexy an the nude color didn't make it any better. The underwire was very uncomfortable and I think the sizing runs small.

Wacoal Response: First I would urge you to re-measure yourself ruling out a sizing issue, as 9 out of 10 women are in a band too large and cup too small, making any bra quite uncomfortable. Visit HerRoom's Bra Fit Center for help finding your correct size. If you would like a sexier option try one of our new bralettes like 811205 or 852191. Both offer a feminine lacy look with J-hooks to convert the straps into a racer back. Halo Lace 811205 has especially soft stretch lace for the ultimate comfort. Aip from MN

This has been my go-to most-comfortable bra for a good 10 years. Unfortunately, their quality has gone downhill in regards to underwire strength. Even with hand-washing, the underwires snap in 6 months or the coating on the ends wears off and the sharp wire pokes through the casing. Thank heavens I'm a seamstress and can rob wires or try to patch with moleskin, but given the price hasn't gone down to match the quality, it's rather a disappointment. I even took pictures of their old wires (sturdy with added plastic tip) next to the new ones (thinner metal, dip-coated ends). It's quite a chore to fine a new everyday bra - still looking... will suffer thru a few more of these in the hope quality will improve.

Wacoal Response: Thank you for reaching out to us, we pride ourselves on creating the highest quality products and are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. As underwire issues are not typical for this style we urge you to consider trying another size. Wires popping out or snapping is almost always a sizing issue where the band is too large and the cup too small causing the underwire to sit on top of the breast tissue and eventually busting. A good way to check if your size is correct is by pressing down on the wires at your sides where the rib’s are located. The wire should be pressing on bone and not bouncing on tissue. Try removing all breast tissue out from under the wires until it is behind each breast. If tissue then spills out of the cups we need to change your size. T from Lowden, WA

The T back bras that I purchased seem to run smaller than any other bra I have ever tried on. I wanted the T back for a specific reason but I had to return them for larger cup size since it wasn't offered in larger band size. I called before returning and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and told me that the band would still be snug regardless of larger cup. I decided to take a chance as I really like the material and style of this bra. The return was fairly easy and the return time of the new size was reasonable. I have yet to find a good T back bra with size larger than 38. I am keeping the snug bra's and will try to lose a few pounds to make them less snug. I feel like this style is exactly what I have been looking for. It is a little pricey but I would pay whatever it takes to get the perfect bra. I'm creative so if the weight loss doesn't happen (crossing my fingers) I can figure out a way to make these work. Kerri from Blossvale, NY USA

The front closure is awesome and the racerback holds me in terrific. The best thing is the way the bra itself minimizes my chest. I know most women want to be larger but my clothes fit better with this style. I bought 10 bras. I just wish you had pretty colors like red and pink and yellow. With my size 38D I was never able to get colors, but I love love love this bra-10stars!!!!!!!! charlene from bensalem

This is the most comfortable soft bra and I've worn everything--chantelle, le mystere, soma, Victoria secret, etc. It's just a great go to with no extra padding, great with tanks, and is super soft. A staple in my wardrobe that I always go back to and enough support for busty women. terrie from Frisco

I'm slender and nicely built, but the product squeezes my breasts slightly and I don't find that attractive. IJ

Wacoal Response: Hi Ina, we understand your concerns and want to find the perfect style for you. This sounds like a size issue, if you are a slender frame it's possible the band is too big and the cup is too small thereby compressing your tissue rather than containing it. Take a tape measurer and measure the circumference of your rib cage right under your breasts. Make sure it is snug, check the number and add two inches. For example, if you measure a 32 around you would wear a 34 band. Anytime your band size goes down, your cup size must go up to make room for your tissue to go in the cups rather than under the band. A 34C might just be your perfect fit in this bra! Ina from hamden

Cute bra, but the band was much smaller than any 34DD I've tried! I could barely clasp it in the front, much less wear it (and forget comfort).

Wacoal Response: Hi Renee, So sorry to hear your dissatisfaction! Just like shoes, denim, and swimsuits, every bra fits differently so you may not be a 34DD in all styles or brands. The fabrication of this bra restricts stretch in the band for added support and fits tighter than usual. Try a 36D instead, I think you'll find it more comfortable with the same cup capacity as a true 34DD. Renee

At first, I wasn't sure if i would like a front hook bra, but because of the easy to follow fitting chart, it's a perfect fit. It did take me a few tries to adjust the straps so they weren't too tight and binding. This is a good bra for business attire and is plenty low cut for different tops. Kimberly from Dallas, TX

I have worn Wacoal bras exclusively for more than 15 years. They fit me far better than any other brand. I wear the T-back style because metal hooks and eyes irritate the skin on my back. My only complaint is that the bra straps lay so close to my neck that they show if I wear a shirt with a boat neck or anything much wider than a crew neck. Sue from Minneapolis

Takes a bit of getting into but once on it fits well and is comfortable. I ordered another one in a larger cup size (DD rather than D) which fits me even better. The plastic closure (not metal) doesn't seem very strong and being plastic it could break, but so far so good. Ruth

I have been wearing Wacoal bras for years, but this one is just too small. In addition, I tried it on with my sleeveless tops to see how it would look. The straps showed with every single one! Why on earth do the sizes stop at DD?! I -love- this bra. It's one of the most comfortable and best fitting that I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot, but it would be better if it were a cup size or two up. The only reason it works for me is because the material is so wonderfully comfortable and stretchy. I tried it on in a brick and mortar store, but (of course) they didn't have it in a my F/G cup, so I recorded its information and went home to look for it in my size on HerRoom. Alas, not here either. But I loved it so much, I decided to get it anyway, and it's already one of my favorite bras. Highly recommended, especially if they have it in your size, but if you're only one or two cup sizes out of range, it's completely worth giving it a try anyway. Just lift and place the girls -before- you close it, or you'll think it won't do. Ashley from Newark/NJ/USA

It is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned/worn! I have always had difficulties with finding a racerback, front closure bra in my size that wasn't "lightly lined"! Finally, I came across this Wacoal T-back , not only wasn't it lined but it also had a sexy style to it as well.....love it , I just hope it doesn't get discontinued because that is usually what happens to me!! This bra fits me perfectly and accommodates for widely placed breasts, sloping shoulders, need for uplift and also has a super easy front closure which stays closed and doesn't pop out! Washes beautifully and I couldn't be more satisfied to finally find a replacement for a front closure bra which no longer is made. Did I say perfect? You bet!! Barbara from United States

The fit was a bit snug. This seems to be a problem with this style bra. I can only tolerate for a short time. All other Wacoal bras I have purchased are a better fit.

Wacoal Response: The Body by Wacoal T-back is one of Wacoals top sellers. This style does fit the body to a T. On styles that have front closures we recommend going up in band size since you can not adjust the band like bras with back hook closures. This bra has won the coveted Undie Award from the Herroom.com site in Top Sport category for its snug fit. kate from branchburg nj

This bra is just what I've been looking for except I couldn't keep it. The cups were too small and the band a little tight. I would say it's not true to size. Also the underwire was painful. I am delighted with this bra. I have some trouble with left bra straps migrating to the edge of my shoulder. The racer strap arrangement in the back completely eliminates this tendency and to my surprise somehow makes my arms and shoulders feel very free. I already had this bra with the traditional strap version - so I knew the bra itself was much to my liking. These straps make it even better! Rica from Edmonds, WA

I've been wearing this same bra for several years. obviously, I'm pleased. I am disappointed when a wire snaps (which they will from time to time), especially when they really are expensive for my pocketbook. I was skeptical of purchasing a bra that I had not tried on. I read many of the reviews written by ladies close to my age. I took a gamble and ordered a bra. I am happy with the fit and support. I like the bra also because it does not have padding. I don't need extra padding, I have my own! Three years ago I had a breast reduction and lift, but I am still at 36-DD. It is very hard for ladies with bigger breasts to find a well made fitting bra. I can testify that I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a well made, fitting bra. I believe I have found that perfect bra! I have purchased two more of the same style in different colors. Juliana from Gaffney, South Carolina

This is such a great bra. Very cool to wear for the Florida heat. Gives you a natural look (not two perfect circles. ha). Can be very comfortable too. The band runs small! So buy a size up. I normally wear a 32 and had to buy a 34. I wish Wacol made bigger cups. I normally wear a 32G but this 34DD actually almost fits. So it seems their cups run a bit big? I would buy 3 more of this bra if only it fit perfect in the cups. I don't know why (possibly the cups being a bit too small for me) the under wire dug into me a bit. I only notice it after several hours though, so it's not bad. Not sure if this will be the same for a more proper fit on someone else but just a heads up. Steph from Tampa

Wacoal Response: This is a front close bra and they tend to run tight because they have no strap adjustments. We recommend that you go up on the band to a 38 band. Mary from New Jersey

This bra is beautiful. The shape and support it provides is so natural and uplifting. I use this bra in every color everyday for any activity from yoga to evening wear. It is so easy to put on. I have been wearing these for years. I wear them out. I reorder them. 5'2" 150 lbs 52...very active...yes, I can run and workout in them, I even find them comfortable enough to do yoga in (but recently found a non-underwire bra that works for that purpose). Oh, they look beautiful under deep cut V-neck tops; cleavage is pretty. Warning, the mesh on the front strap is precious; avoid tugging this area when adjusting..it's easy to put fingers through (doesn't affect the support in anyway, decorative mesh, pretty but delicate). From previous experiences with Wacoal products I expected to go up a cup size from my normal 34C but this 34D was still too small and had to be returned. Love the styling and finish but am not willing to risk paying for another return if a 34DD turned out to be off too. Anne from Florida

Love this bra! I have worn this bra at least for 10 years. I have tried others (front close) thinking I would save money. The last less expensive one I wore, I came home, took the bra off and threw it in the trash. That day I resolved never to stray away from the Wacoal T-back front close bra again. I like that the bra has NO padding, is front close and the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. HerRoom makes it so easy to order, delivery is quick and the prices are very good. I love these bras! I have rather narrow shoulders and this racerback/t-strap is the answer to straps that constantly slip down and have to be moved back where they should be - not the most professional move in the workplace. I typically wear a 32 band and bought a 34 since this is a front closure and not adjustable. Perfect fit. The bra, though not a soft-cup, is still supportive due to the underwire and fabric - though you'll want some nipple covers for thin shirts and cold climates. I tried on several racer-back type bras at a local department store and every one of them looked TERRIBLE on me...until I tried on this Wacoal bra. Everything was in it's place and nothing was pouring out of places that it shouldn't - front, sides or back. I now have three of these and they are well worth what I paid for them. I have worn Wacoal bras happily in many styles for years now and found they fit me well and are very true to size. I wear a 34DD. I bought this bra first in a 34DD and it was so tight in the band I couldn't fasten it. I also found it a little marginal in the cup. So, I ordered it in a 36DD. The band, new and unworn, stretched out to a max of 31". The cup size was fine. This bra consistently runs a size small in both cup and band. Other than the size issues, it is a well-made bra. Support isn't fabulous, but I don't think you can get good support in a 1 part cup style. It is good enough, particularly as it is hard to find a racer back bra in a 34DD. Judy from Los Angele/CA/USA

The bra straps are really not long enough and cannot adjust to longer. Other than that, it is relatively true to size.

Wacoal Response: This is a t-back front closure bra and usually the straps cannot be as long as some people like. We need to keep the adjustment on the back as close as possible to the band. I will mention this to the design people and see if we can add an inch or so. Thank you for your feedback. Jennie

Didn't expect it to be as comfortable as everyone said! My size is a bit odd (32DD) and most bras, even fancier Wacoal bras, usually pinch or pull or dig into my shoulders at least a little bit. I took everyone's advice and ordered a size up in the band. What a nice fit! Looks good under racerback tops and also feels better than some far more expensive bras I own. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Becca from Texas

This is an ok Bra, but has pretty flimsy fabric. I usually wear a 38 D. Ordered three different sizes as I had not worn this bra before. All three felt really tight around the band. Decided to keep two sizes as I needed the bra for a winter trip to tropical weather. Neither bra is really comfortable. Even after washing these bras it felt a little stiff and tight. Cannot find racerback in sizes over 38D at my local department store. Cannot recommend this bra to anyone wearing sizes D, DD or larger.

Wacoal Response: As a front close bra this will not have any adjustments and are designed to fit just a little snug you should try the bra in DD as it is in a supple fabric and will be somewhat ridged. Mimi

I've had a black one for a couple of years. I can only wear it with certain neckline styles (or the straps show) but it FITS. And it's COMFORTABLE. I like to have both t-back (necklines) and non-t-back (comfort). The "t" fits better (I don't have to pin up the straps b/c of my uneven shoulders) but I can't wear it with everything. Unfortunately, it's (past) time to replace the non-t-back bras and the one I have is no longer made. I tried at least a dozen different makers / styles (HerRoom.com is AMAZING) and found nothing comparable. So I came back to this one (it's still made!) and bought the other two colors. I may have to wear more blouses than scoop neck t's and limp along with the old non-t-backs, but this one's terrific! Deborah from Palo Alto/CA/USA

I bought this to wear with sleeveless tops that are somewhat cut in, leaving my regular bra's strap showing. This bra does solve that problem, but the strap is so far in that it shows at the neck edge of sleeveless summer tops. So I've traded showing at one side of the shoulder for showing at the other side. The bra's not all that comfortable, either, after being on for a few hours, possibly because the fit's not the greatest for me -- seems to ride up in the back even when straps are at fullest length possible. I do have a couple shirts it works with, though, so I'll keep it just for those.

Wacoal Response: If this bra is riding up in the back, you are NOT in the correct size. We never receive negative replies on comfort on this style. You need to size down in the band and up the cup size. Denise from Santa Fe, NM United States

Fits well - true to size. Very Comfortable, as per the fitters comments there is no padding or anything, so do not wear this with a sheer silk blouse! A thick shirt and you have no surprises peeking at your co-workers. Devi from Houston,TX

Extremely comfortable and I love that it wicks away any sweat while I am riding my bicycle this summer! I went and order another one in a different color! It especially great for petite women, since the straps are not too long like they run in most bras. They are adjustable and perfect for petites! :-) Gia from Portland, OR USA

I fell in love with Wacoal bras when I was introduced to them about four years ago. The back of this bra seemed a bit "industrialized," but then again it takes a lot to hold up a size 36DD. Most likely wold fit and look better on a smaller size. Dianna from North East, MD

After becoming increasingly frustrated with falling bra straps, I found this Wacoal T-Back bra at a nearby lingerie shop. I LOVE this bra, NICE support, I can even comfortably mow grass in it, where before I had to wear a sports bra. The cup fabric is thin, which I WANTED. I wear 'no peek pads' for very thin shirts. The T-back straps did show some, up around my neck, for a few shirts I owned, that is when I discovered HerRoom and the similar Wacoal 65115, that is the same bra but without the T-back. I ordered it and another 65124 from HerRoom. Received them very fast! The non T-back 65115 is equally as comfortable, both bras give a very flattering look for this 60-year-old (100 pounds) and the straps on the 65115 have never slipped. Best bras I have ever owned, they never ride up or bind in any way. I do hand wash them in Forever New Fabric Care Wash and hang them to dry. I bought the toast color, which is great under light colored clothing, no hint of your bra showing. Gail from Conway, AR USA

This is a great bra! I love unlined racerbacks, and they are just so hard to find in my size. This one is comfortable and fits well. My only slight complaint is that I smoosh out of the top of the cups a little bit, but that may just be because I actually need a DDD (which is truly impossible to find). Lulu

I ordered my normal size bra, but when it came I could hardly get it on, it was too tight in every way, especially across the back. Even the cup size was to skimpy. Otherwise it looked like a good bra. Ann

I love this Bra! Its supportive, cute and fairly comfortable. My only complaint is that the underwire cuts in a tiny bit and it can be little uncomfortable by the end of the day. However, for an unlined cup, it gives my breast a great shape. Wacoal has also never failed me in quality so although i haven't had this bra very long, I am sure it will last me! All this said, I will be buying more these bras for sure! Chiloe from New York City

I wanted to love this bra after a friend referred it to me. It was insanely comfortable and fit well in my true size. My complaint is that it totally flattened me out. I used to wear unlined racerback bras and know they can be made to accentuate the shape. This one does not, it is functional and I guess I didn't want to look like an adolescent boy. On the plus side if you are looking to minimize, this bra may be ideal!

Wacoal Response: The bra must fit in the cups for it to be so comfortable. The problem may exist in the back size and it is causing the bra to crush your bust. Try to loosen the straps to the last hook and if that does not help then you may need to go to a size 34 band size. AP from MA

I love this racerback bra! It's the only one I will wear to workout in now. It's perfect under my workout tanks and it stays in place no matter how hard I workout. I would say that it could be a tiny bit more stabilizing, in the sense that when I do jumping jacks and things like that, I bounce a bit more than I might like. But it's such a comfortable, well-fitting racerback bra (which I have found hard to come by) that I can live with that slight downside. I have bought a couple of these now and I will probably buy more in the future, I can't workout in any other racerback bra now cause I like this one so much. The underwire never gets bent out of shape in the washer either, which is a huge plus. Lisa from Cary, NC

This bra is a very good one with two caveats--(a) must get the band size very snug because there is no adjustment due to the front closure feature and (b) one needs several to rotate daily to make them last. By rotating, the elasticity is preserved and they will last a long time. I've worn these bras for years but recently lost a significant amount of weight and had trouble getting the sizing right again. Now wish I had gone for the size 34 band because in a couple of months I'll probably be there and these bras are pretty expensive. I do wish that Wacoal would make this bra with a "slicker" material so light T shirts would glide over it; as it is, with some lighter shirts the material sticks to it during movement. I think Wacoal has changed a lot over the last few years ~ this was very very small and I have found this to be so with previous styles I have tried.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your comment, but we respectfully disagree with you about Wacoal changing over the years. Wacoal has had an absolute consistent fit for years. Honestly, it sounds like your size has changed.

Wacoal Response: This is an average cut front close bra. This has been a strong basic style in Wacoal for many years and the design/manufacturing of this bra has not changed from the beginning. 38DD is the largest size this bra comes in. If it does not fit in this size maybe you need to look at our selection of full figure styles. Linda from Beaufort SC

It is sexy as well as supportive and gives that 'rounded appearance" when wearing tight sweaters (rather than a 'pointy one'). I'm constantly looking for a good racerback bra because I have sloping shoulders and my bra straps always slip off. This bra fits wonderfully and is extremely comfortable. I would have given it a perfect 5-star rating if only it had a lining that eliminates nipple show-through. I can only wear this bra with heavy sweaters; I wouldn't dare wear it under any form-fitting or lightweight blouses or tops. So comfortable! I used to wear this style back when I was a 36C and I loved it. When I became a 38DD a few years ago, I thought I would forever have to wear the 4 hook big girl bras. I bought 2 last week and I'm buying more today. I love how my cleavage is not 3 inches from my neck like my other bras, so I can wear low-cut tops and not use fashion tape to adjust so I'm not showing too much - I got bigger because of genetics and middle-age, not surgery, so I don't like showing too much cleavage. It's so comfortable that I don't even want to take it off after dinner like I do with my other bras. They are also thin and there's no padding, so that add to the comfort factor. I absolutely love this bra! I have very small shoulders and have always had a problem with straps slipping. Not the case with this bra! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish it was available in DDD and it would be nice if the straps were a little bit wider. Heide from Slidell, LA, USA

Would have been 5 stars except for the cost. It is very expensive but the only halter I could find that doesn't have padded (or as they like to say "contoured) cups. Style and material are great and I will spend again on this maker because they are the only game in town with underwire non-padded cups. Linda from Simi Valley, CA

The bra is comfortable, but I was surprised to see no one else mention the main reason I wear this bra only with certain (crew neck or turtleneck) tops: the straps work their way up very close to where my shoulders and neck meet, making them highly visible in all but the smallest-neck hole garments. I love this bra because it's so easy to get on & looks good under just about anything. BUT I returned it because I can't find a size that actually fits. D cup, I am spilling out. DD cup am still spilling out. At one time I had another one of these, C cup, and it fit perfectly so I don't know if the style has changed or what. Roberta from Wrightsville Beach, NC, United States

I was delighted to be able to purchase a bra that fit so well over the internet. I was looking, however, for a bra that didn't have the t-back but was a front close underwire. This was as close as I could get and since I have had a good experience with Wacoal in the past, I tried it. My only problem is that I can't wear it with all my summer clothing because the straps will show. It is a fine bra, though, and the price was reasonable. If they made it with regular straps, I would love it! Joanie from New York, NY

This bra is extremely overpriced. The cups are poorly shaped and very small the sizing is way off. Additionally, the cups are widely spaced so that the breasts point to the sides instead of straight ahead. The DD is really a small D cup. I was very disappointed I thought at last someone has a style in my size but not so false advertising. This purchase was a big waste of my time and money. As I had to pay to ship it back return receipt; plus the time spent shopping and waiting. All in all just a really bad experience. I would not buy this brand ever again. They do not offer a 32DDD which is what it would take with their idea of size. Dee from Frederickburg, VA

This is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. I actually forget I have it on. I also was reaching up to push up my strap out of habit for about a week, only to realize (over and over) that the strap hadn't fallen down! It's also fantastic on hot days because it's cotton and it breathes (rather than the sweat collecting and feeling gross). If you have "headlight" issues then you might not like this bra or want to put petals on underneath it (I don't know what people do?) because it is very thin and not lined. But honestly, it's so comfortable I don't even care. melissa from houston, tx

An amazing bra. It is my new everyday bra. The fabric is, indeed, cool. The fit is comfortable and supportive. Straps, wires, cups, every part of this bra stays comfortably where it is supposed to stay. I fell asleep in this bra and it felt just as comfortable when I woke up. Would not recommend for under form-fitting T-shirts due to unlined cups. Patricia from Pittsburgh, PA

This is the most comfortable T-back bra I have ever worn!!! I've tried dozens of other brands, and after about an hour I was so uncomfortable that I had to change what I was wearing. Not this time; I've been wearing it all day today and it's now 8:30 pm and it still feels good. It was also extremely humid here in Alabama today, and I noticed that I didn't have that "sweaty" feeling under my bra. This is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. I can barely feel it. It's going to sound strange, but it fits like a really good new pair of knit socks. Close to the body but really soft comfortable cotton. Nothing is stabbing me, and I'm really hot at the moment but not getting that awful underboob sweatiness (you know what I'm talking about) like I get with polyester bras. This bra is quite comfortable for wearing around, but it offers less support than any other Wacoal bra I have. I don't think I'd wear it to a professional meeting, but it's very good for most of what I do. It doesn't control bounce or jiggle much, I'm really surprised it's supposed to offer "Combination of Encapsulation and Compression-Styling" (which I like). I find Wacoal runs large in the band compared to other brands, so I now finally have the right size - it fits better than my Wacoal 36Cs and my other brands of 34D. DL from Oakland CA

I just want to echo the praise of other reviewers. I like this bra so much that I've ordered 2 more. It's true that you can forget that you're even wearing this bra! Natural, rounded shape under clothes without cup overflow or seams - as if braless but without sagging or distended shape. Straps do not slip off or show with deep armholes. I originally bought the 32DD and it was too small (where another brand of 32D was too big). I exchanged for the 34DD and the bra is very comfortable. Support is good. I use Enell bra (size 1) for exercising and don't think I'd want to use the Wacoal T-back for jogging, aerobics, elliptical, etc where the breast would bounce. But for every day, wearing tank tops, it is perfect. T-back choices are limited, especially in my size (narrow ribs and full breasts) so this is quite the fine. It's worth the price tag. I hope you don't stop making these bras. I have been wearing this particular one for years. Everything stays in place and they just about go under anything. So light you don't know you have anything on. Easy to wash and dry and the wires are soft and supple, not like some bras that with age the wires polk out...these don't. And the straps stay in place. As usual, perfect fit by Wacoal and excellent buying/shipping experience with HerRoom. :) That said, this bra is definitely not a 'support' bra and women with larger cup sizes might want something more supportive. It is extremely comfortable and fits securely, but the material is very thin and flexible and does not hold my breasts in or up very much. However, this bra is not characterized by Wacoal as a support bra and there are other bras that perform that function. I bought it to wear with tank tops and the straps are well concealed. I also really wanted to love this bra. The other reviews were so glowing! However, when it arrived it didn't fit! I ordered a 34C which I thought was correct. I sent it back and ordered a 34 D and even a 36 D to be sure. To be continued. . . So it's 4 stars because it was thin in the cups and you really need those "no peek" pads unless you want to flash the world. Other than that, I enjoy shopping at HerRoom because you get a lot of insight about the fit and fabric on this site. Tricia from Yardley, PA

One of my favorite T-back, unlined, seamless bras. I keep buying them as I wear them out. This bra style is a necessity since I moved to Phoenix and wear a lot more summer dresses and tank tops. Not all 32C's are the same, this one is a little fuller and it fits my athletic build. I like the support and it is a soft material. Josie from Phoenix, AZ

Having a 32D bra size, it's very difficult to find well-fitting, comfortable bras. I have other Wacoal bras, and I've ordered this bra before, in the nude color. I wanted a couple more in white and black. Clearly, having ordered more, I like it very much! Very comfortable, excellent support and sort of midway between practical and sexy. The cups are single ply, not contour, so someone very modest might not like the potential for nipple show-through. I'm in my 50's and think nipples are a natural thing in life, so I'm not worried about that! Highly recommended. Oh, and I like it that HerRoom offers this bra in white, unlike the competitor. A very comfortable bra, and easy to fasten. The cups are very soft and, as others have said, are not always "modest" - perhaps you don't want this under a T-shirt. Also, the cups do come up high, so this may not work with some of the popular low necklines. I ordered it because of the comfort and front closure, to wear while doing rehab after my rotator cuff surgery, and it is the perfect thing. The T-back keeps the straps off the incisions, and I can fasten it without reaching behind. Susan from East Hanover, NJ

Gives the breast a rice rounded frontward pointing shape (some bras have the effect of pushing breasts to the side). I bought the nude tone and suspect that it will go with alot once It gets into the summer season. The band around the back area created a some slight indentations so a fitted shirt might not be a good idea(back rolls=not so sightly). If you have sensitive neck the placement of the staps may bother it. I noticed a little tension after a few hours of wearing it, but It wasnt enough for me not to wear it again. This is by far the most comfortable bra I have ever had. It is so hard to find this size, let alone a bra that feels this good. The straps don't cut into my shoulders and they stay in place. AND I'm not spending half the day adjusting and pulling on this bra (like every other bra I've ever had). It doesn't give a whole lot of support, but it has a very natural and flattering look. The 'toast' color is almost exactly the color of my pale white skin, it is perfectly seamless and hidden under my clothes. This bra is very true to size. I have this in all 3 colors and I wear this bra all day every day. I could not be happier. Tracy from Columbus, Ohio

I love this bra and wear almost nothing else. It's very comfortable, yet supportive. I think the racerback contributes to the comfort and support. I wear it with all kinds of outfits. My only mild complaint is that because of the racerback design, the shoulder straps are a little closer to my neck than on standard bras. Therefore I can't wear boatnecks or wide-neck scoop tops without my bra straps showing. Other than that, it's perfect. Anne from Illinois

It's unusual for me to find a front closure bra in my size that fits so I was happy that this one did. That being said, it doesn't fit quite as securely as my standard style Wacoal. Also a note to folks that just because it's a racerback doesn't mean it's for sports. This bra has a standard level of support and for my size I wouldn't even try it for "low impact" sports. It's too sheer for me to wear with clingy shirts but having the standard Wacoal I knew this before I bought it. Overall, nice shape, nice fit. Steph from Minneapolis, MN

I own several Wacoal bras and love them. However, they DO NOT all run true to size. This bra and its traditional style counterpart run smaller in the band. I own both and love them both. I usually wear a 32 DD but in these I wear a 34 DD. So, the reviewer that found she was almost stuck in her bra, may not actually need to go up a band size in her other bras. This leads me to a secondary issue. HerRoom gives us the opportunity to post an opinion. However, I notice that following a negative comment often comes a saucy retort by a HerRoom commenter. I find this distasteful. I use both the positive AND negative comments when making a decision. I have never decided not to order a particular bra solely because of a negative comment. If HerRoom does not like negative comments, maybe they should not offer this comment section at all. Although I am sure this post will elicit a saucy retort, I am really only posting it as what I believe to be constructive criticism.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your comment. However, we respectfully disagree with you. We let many negative comments stand without a response. I bought this bra to wear under my sportsbra for working out and I LOVE it. The only thing is that the back straps are not hidden under the sportsbra racerback all the way, but that will depend on your sportsbra. I also love wearing it as an everyday bra - I never have to adjust "them" if you know what I mean. I just ordered 3 more! I have this very same bra with the regular straps but the racerback cut fits A LOT better! (I don't recommend the one with the regular straps because the straps are not as supportive (they seem looser even when I adjust them to the smallest setting) Tanja from VA

This bra is very true to size and feels a little tight at first, but then is so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it most of the day - a first for me! If you are someone with narrow shoulders, like me, it is so nice not to be hitching up bra straps all day. It gives a nice shape under clothes. My only complaint is that it really isn't very pretty, and I'll be wearing it probably exclusively as a sports bra - it looks even more sports-bra-y than in the picture. Also, something about the fabric - you can't wear it under a loose cotton shirt without the shirt getting stuck on the bra and riding up. Other than that, two thumbs up for the most comfortable-not-grandma bra I've ever had. I am ordering it in non-racerback right away. JJ from NJ

Sorry to rain on everyone's parade but this was the worst bra I have ever had. Some Wacoal bras are a bit short in the band. This one was quite short in the band. I could barely breathe. Because the band was so short, I could not properly manipulate the front closure and frankly thought for a brief panic stricken moment that I would have to have my husband actually cut the bra off me. No such luck, after about 15 minutes of struggling with it, I finally got it off. This has never happened to me in my entire life.

HerRoom Response: Wacoal bras run very true to size. It sounds like it's time for you to go up a band size. KG from Washington State

I really like the material used on the cup of this bra. The underwire is a bit stiff and after wearing several hours sometimes hurts. I would really like to see improvement in a softer underwire, and this bra would rate 5 stars. linda from TX

The racerback feature is a great improvement -- no straps to tug on the whole day, a very comfortable feeling -- and the material is perfect: the soft cup is very comfortable and shapes very nicely, still looking natural (no padding, which I like). The only thing that could possibly make this bra more comfortable would be a softer underwire. I have been wearing mine for a couple weeks and so far have liked it -- except for the feeling of a hard wire on my ribs. I suppose this is a plus for somebody with a larger size, since it offers more support, but it can be uncomfortable -- this is common to all underwire bras, however, and this one is as good as they come. Can't we get a more flexible material for the underwire? N from Lincolnshire
