The band was a little tight, but it wasn't a deal breaker. However, tI felt the sides of the bra came up high and could be easily seen under a sleeveless shirt or dress.

This is a unique bra! PROS: The microfiber is SO comfortable. The band is extremely soft. It gives great support. The underwires do not poke into my armpits. The straps are staying where I adjusted them, and they are soft. The bra does a great job of minimizing. This bra fits me great. However, I continually have issues with the underwire poking through. I have tried hand sewing the wire back into the cup, to only have it poke through again. I read the reviews from other plus size women and felt that this bra would be the right choice. I hand wash my bras, and never put them in the dryer. Wireless bras do not provide the support I need. FINALLY a bra that fits me properly. Comfortable wide straps, full support, doesn't gap on the top of each cup (problem I've had with other bras that were big enough cup-wise but then had gaps near my collar bone), no pinching or poking. So comfy! I wear either DD or DDD- I'm really in between. The DDD covers more of the side portion of the breast and helps support more overall, but can rub at times because it's right there next to your arm if you're doing repetitive forward motion. I keep DD on hand should irritation happen, but it's rare. I truly love this bra. It's hard to find a DD/DDD bra that is both comfortable and supportive. Everyone is different, but this one is sure worth a try. G

I had a bra exactly like this one. I've had it for quite a number of years, so long my wire eventually came out and it was so comfy we sewed the hole up :) Then, I bought a new black shirt and washed it, apparently the dye was very potent to make it through a wash and ruined the bra making splotchy nude black everywhere. Distressed knowing that if it hadn't been discontinued because Kohls no longer carried it and if I found one online it was going to cost me a small fortune. I did find it online and yep, it was going to cost wayyyy too much, but then I found this site and the price was FABULOUS and unexpectedly cheaper than I originally paid for my first one all those years ago. The item was shipped extremely fast,the next morning because I ordered late in the evening, and I got my package. This is the first Vanity Fair bra I have purchased. It offers excellent support and is comfortable to wear. The band felt a tiny bit tight, but after wearing it for an hour or so, it was ok. The straps are comfortable and do not dig into my shoulders. They are stretchy and easily adjustable. Really liked the way this bra fit was very comfortable, but the wire broke through 2 of the bras after only a month. One broke through in the front middle and the other bra wire broke through the bottom of bra.

This bra is so comfortable, but the last four I've purchased have only made it about a year before having major malfunctions. The wire broke on two of them and on the last two the wire actually worked it's way out of a seam at the top of the bra in the cleavage area. The elastic and fabric is still in perfect and beautiful condition, but I can't wear a bra without an underwire. I'll keep buying because they are excellent until they malfunction.

Very comfortable bra with strong support in the band and straps. I am always looking to minimize my breasts as sweaters and jackets hang better. This bra is lined but in wearing some fabrics I need to use an insert to hide nipples. Great bra. I wear 34D - got 36 because that was the only 1 I could order at that time, and I was impatient. Usually it's not a big deal, but it is with this one( I write this as a compliment to the brand). I found out that the size matter here, because there are small differences with bra cup, shape, space between cups etc. I gave it max rating - there is nothing wrong with the bra - it's too big for me, but that's my own fault. The bra is soft, but also very firm in the same time, holds girls in place without the feeling that I'm wearing an armor. It's made so perfectly, that I don't feel the weight of my girls. This is a very pretty bra and does a nice job of minimizing. I, like sooo many, have looked and looked and looked for a bra that satisfies all the important stuff: comfort, pretty, minimizing, flattering. This one does all these things. I accidentally ordered a 42DD, when I thought I'd always been a 44DD. How surprised am I that the 42DD really fits and flatters? So cool. While it's 'only' a bra, we all like to see sizes go down!!! The very best I've purchased! I have spent so much money on so many bra's only to ultimately be disappointed. I've tried every one imaginable with some being better than others but none have been comfortable for all day wear no matter what sizing method, personal fitting etc. I've done. This bra is reasonably priced,all day comfortable, minimizes, and somehow compensates for my right side being smaller than my left. This is my new 2nd favorite bra. I am still trying to figure the exact best size for me though. I ordered 36D and 38C. I believe I'll be keeping the 36D.
