I love this garment however what I don't understand is that it started out fitting on my waist and gradually it slipped further and further down. So I have now a small ,medium, and a large size . I have gained five pounds since my original order and that should not make that much difference. Is it the washing? I am curious.

I usually wear a 1X but I ordered this in both 2X and 3X anticipating this being a very tight garment. It is iron clad and is excellent for abdominal support. I've had a few recent abdominal surgeries and need this type of underwear. However, the waist is too small in comparison to the rest of the garment. I am straight waisted even the 3X was too tight in the waist. Therefore, I will not be able to wear either size. This garment will work great for anyone who needs strong support but who has a waist.
