Seems to be very well made. I typically wear a 34 band size couldn't get the suit up over my hips (38 in) to try it on. It doesn't stretch like some shapewear, so size up if you're curvy.

Loved the fit of this! Excellent shaping & boob lift BUT it was not low back enough for my very low-back wedding dress. About 1-2inches too high, so had to return it but sad because it made me look amazing!

It seemed ideal and great quality. However, I could not get it on without great struggle and fear of ripping it I'm curvy for my 5'6", 122 pound frame. Perhaps someone without the hips I have would fare better.

This not true to size. It was impossible to wiggle into and either left you completely exhausted or stuck in an awkward position yelling for help. It didn't really seem to make much difference one it was on.

The fit on this was so bizarre. The boning forced out what little love handle fat I had into a strange bulge and the cups of the bra did absolutely nothing for me. I had to return for those reasons

I wish this also came in dress size or even S, M, L sizing instead of just bust size. The actress I purchased it for wears a 36B but she's a size 14 and couldn't pull it on past her knees. Otherwise the quality is good. It's nice to find a shaper that is strapless and low in the back.

The garment was well constructed and nice fit. However, the boning on the sides doesn't go the length of the briefer and sticks out. Wouldn't work for the dress I needed it for so was returned.

Was too short for my torso. It also pinched painfully at the hip giving a lumpy appearance under clothing. Nice construction and probably looks good on a shorter person with slimmer hips and booty.

Difficult to get on (no hooks, just slips on) & I worried about possibly tearing it, but once on it does what it should. I haven't worn it out yet, but am happy with the product so far. I'm bigger busted so it is extremely difficult to find bras that still look sexy. This should do the job.

I'm a curvy 5'7" girl and it's very difficult to find bras that fit. While the size of the cups was appropriate, I nearly killed myself putting it on and taking it off. I couldn't step into the garment because the 34 band was too small for my hips and butt. I had to pull it on over my head. Once I got it on, the torso was too long. It did a great job of sucking in my stomach, but created weird love handles. I wouldn't recommend this to curvy, large busted women. This would work well if you don't have wide hips and if your torso was a normal length.

This was a beautifully constructed piece. Unfortunately for me, it did not take care of the back fat issue. The side boning on the bra was so sharp, it dug into my underarm. I did order one size up and one cup smaller. When I first started shopping, I didn't understand all of the body shapers that had straps, but no bra. You needed to use your own bra - they look like braless overalls or suspenders. Horror of horrors! When you add your own bra, there are 4 straps! 2 straps are hard enough to manage...but 4?! There must be a man behind that one!!!! If someone can make a plunge, push up, demi cup, back fat, body shaper with removable straps, they'd make a mint. As for this website, I LOVE IT! I watched the videos on underwear fitting and bra fitting, and learned so much. I had no idea there were so many different things a bra did based on where the seam was placed, and ditto for underwear. I laughed about the granny panties, because I too had to wear cotton for comfort and coolness. But without the video, I wouldn't have known exactly what the new fabrics do as far as wicking away heat/moisture, and being cotton as well. I sent the info on to my daughter - maybe she can get this education 30 years sooner than I. Tomima knows her stuff, and I look forward to purchasing from the site in the future. Lingerie shopping is fun again! Thanks!

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too small. It's an understatement to say it was an Olympic event getting into and out of it. The boning in this garment jutted out near the bottom, creating an extra bump around my hip area ... nothing a girl would ever want from a shaper. Overall very dissatisfied.

I really like this girdle. It gives a firm hold but not so firm that the fit is uncomfortable. Its nice to finally have a girdle that actually fits my breasts and doesn't make them look awkward while getting the hold I want for my tummy. I found the fit to be true to size. Just right.

THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST SLENDERIZING AND COMFORTABLE STRAPLESS ONESY I EVER TRIED ON. I CAN WEAR THE DRESSES I NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE.....THE ONLY DRAWBACK...AND LADIES GET PAST THIS......IS THAT IT IS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET ONN AND IT DOES REQUIRE MY HUSBAND TO HELP LIFT THE BACK UP HIGHER.......BUT THAT IS NOTHING WHEN YOU LOOK AND FEEL GREAT WHEN IT IS IN PLACE....

I liked it, but it didn't fit the proportions of my body. In order for it to fit my hips I needed to order a bigger size which was too big for my bust. The garment was also too short for my torso as I have shorter legs and a long torso. However, I was able to wear it for 3 hours without feeling too uncomfortable.
Va Bien Response: A customer can actually get the same bust support while gaining room in the bodice by sizing up in the band and down in the cup. Perhaps you would have been pleased with a 40B.

I probably should have gone one size higher. Getting into this garment was an Olympic event. Getting back out of it was almost a 9-1-1 call...I ended up hooking it on a door knob and wriggling down and out, assisted by gravity. The good news is if I really do drop that 10 pounds, it will still fit. Seriously, once actually on, it does exactly what I wanted it to do, smooth and support and flaunt. But plan on spending a little extra time getting dressed. As far as bedroom fun, well, this particular garment would slow things down.

I found the item to be well made but too small for me. I was not aware that it had padded cups or whatever that is called. As I am pretty busty I do not like this type of cup. So I would not have ordered it if I had realized the cups were padded.
Va Bien Response: We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase. We do not consider this a push-up style. There is no padding in the cups.

I was disappointed in this item. I am 5'7'' with a slender build but have always had a small tummy pouch no matter how skinny I am, and I need a bustier/shapewear to both support me & slenderize my pouch under my wedding dress, but this did not do it. The support was there but it did not hold down my pouch like the two other items I purchased did. I purchased 3 items and this was the most expensive and the least effective. I will be returning this.

The garment is made very well, but the fit did not work for me. It was very big in the tummy, but very tight at the top. It felt like it would not stay up. Perhaps my problems were caused by ordering the wrong size, but I am not sure. I would order from Herroom again if I had more time. But it is hard to order things online when you cannot try it on. I wish they had a store in Arizona. Again, the quality of the garment was high! If you know your exact size, you might have better luck than I did.

The bra on this is fantastic! I am definitely full busted, and often have a hard time finding a strapless that keeps the girls up. This definitely does the trick! However, the shaper is not so good. It really doesn't do a whole lot of holding in, and the boning doesn't stay straight it kind of collapses in on itself with the belly bulge. I feel like I need to wear a shaper over the shaper. So sad.
VaBien Response:So glad that you liked the bust support! Those ultra-lift cups really work. Regarding the shaping, that style is really best suited for women with long torsos. If you are short waisted, the style and most other bodysuits, really can bunch up and lose its shaping effectiveness.

This Body Briefer did a nice job of holding "everything" in, but the boning on the outside was visible under my dress, sort of defeating the purpose for me. Under different clothing this might have worked out just fine, but not at all for the dress I purchased it for.

Excellent product. This Item was just perfect to wear under my dress for my daughters wedding!!!!!! I am big busted and have problems wearing strapless bras. They usually slip and I spend all of my time reaching into my dress and pulling the garment back into place. With this garment, I did not have to do that one time. It stayed in place for the whole 6 hours that I had it on. It was amazing and it made my dress look even more amazing once I put it on. Thank you so much.. I will back to HerRoom in the near future. Next wedding if Jan. 9th and then May 16.

I found out after the fact that this item is in UK sizing. If you wear an "F" in US sizing, order one cup size down. That is likely the cause of my frustration with the fit. I'm going to try it again. HerRoom needs to add that this is UK sized and advise accordingly.
Va Bien Response: Va Bien styles are actually measured in US sizing, not UK. However, cups in all ultra-Lift products run “full”, which means they are slightly larger than some other brands. This is most likely why you suggested ordering one size down. Va Bien suggests that customers purchase their true size, but if on the fence between a larger and smaller cup size in an ultra-Lift style, do pick the smaller one.

This body briefer definitely smooths belly bulges. It is a bit difficult to wiggle into, but I guess that means it is doing its job. For a strapless bra, the support is pretty good...I am a 42DD, but I ordered a cup size down to make sure my ladies weren't going to fall out. My only complaint is the crotch...I would rather there were snaps instead of the bra hooks. The hooks are difficult to get to. All in all, I'm pleased with this product.

Very nice bra cup to shape and support throughout bust.
Still, I returned this item only because the boning ends right at the waist and cuts right in when I moved and sat creating a deep visible waist crease when you want a smooth line through to hip with a bodysuit. I chose a smooth shaper with no boning instead.
