This is my new favorite bra! It's hard to find a strapless bra that fits, gives support, and is comfortable all at once. Most bras in my band size pucker because the cups are too big, or I squeeze into a smaller band size. But the Va Bien just works!

I have never encountered a bra that pushed my breasts away from each other and outward into points. Such a strange shape I actually showed my husband so we both had a laugh. Back it went! Kept the Fantasie Aura, which was super comfortable and gave a very nice uplifted and forward shape.

My first strapless bra in many years and I'm very pleased. It took one return to downsize the cups. The band size was perfect. I'm very pleased with HerRoom in general, for their hints on selecting an underwire bra that works best for a heavy person, and also for the ease in ordering, shipping and returns. This seems to be a very nice company and I will certainly order again.

Though the quality is great, the cups are designed very strangely. They are too sharp, and pull the breasts down too. The 2 star rating is just for the fabric quality, and nothing else.

This bra is tight, so you definitely have the support you need. However, the cups are shaped so your tatas cone outward. It does seem the cups are true to size, though. I'm hoping the cup material relaxes after a few times of wearing it to eliminate cup issues. The straps are very painful and narrow. The underwire does not sit flush with my sternum. I would buy this again because it's the closest I've come to a strapless in my size.

I purchased this bra because the descrlption said that it would lift your breasts without padding, which is exactly what I need. I have the breasts, I don't need the padding. I just need the lift.
When I tried it on, it DID have the lift, however, it doesn't lay flush to your breast so you can still see it underneath my shirts.
In short, Very obvious bra lines can still be seen under various garments.. That is why I'm giving it 2 stars.

The band definitely runs tight, and you need to wrestle the cups into place so that the breasts don't point slightly outward, but it stays in place nicely and the inner structure does give breasts a nice lift.

I LOVE THIS BRA! I have searched all over creation looking for a bra that would compliment a sweetheart neckline for my wedding gown and it was an absolute nightmare. I was on the verge of tears several times and completely frustrated. The sales woman at Nordstrom recommended I try this website and I am so happy I did. I lost a great deal of weight and it has completely changed the shape and form of my breasts. There wasn't one bra that looked good on me and then I met the Va Bien Ultra Lift! This bra lifts my breasts, gives them volume and makes them attractive again. I had the perfect gown but was so sad because I couldn't find a bra to compliment it. Now my wedding apparel is complete and I immensely happy. A word of advice: THIS BRA IS SNUG. It's supposed to be because this is how you get your support. It absolutely will NOT move on you. Because of this, it's imperative that you order this in your correct size. I would recommend getting measured first as well as following the size recommendations. I am a 36G and ordered this in that size and found it was snug, but not overwhelmingly so and after 30 min of wear seemed to be tailored to fit me. It doesn't "stretch" but it does give a little. But this does not affect the support. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this to any woman looking for a lift and support! I'm not a customer for life! I will purchase more from Va Bien & Herrom.com

This bra did not fit well. It created too much of a conical appearance which was simply not attractive. Maybe I should have gone up a cup size because the top of my breasts seemed to "overflow" out of the cup so the top of the cup would cut into them, creating a clear line under clothing. I considered trying the larger cup size, but with the shape of this bra, I think the style simply does not work for me, unfortunately.
Va Bien Response: We do not recommend sizing up in the cup of this style, unless accompanied by a downsize in the band, because the cups run full. However if you were spilling from the top, either the cups were too small or the band was too tight. We would encourage you to measure yourself to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

I have tried many size 34H bras and not all of them fit because the size and shapes of the cups differ according to the manufacturers. However, even with my husband trying to fasten it from behind for me I wasn't able to fasten it. This is the first, and only time this has happened. The other bras I ordered along with it all fastened easily. The band size was way too small.

After trying a few different styles I kept this one. It does a good job with lifting "the girls". I sit nicely because I got the correct size. I could see how this bra would not work if incorrectly sized (empty space @ top or spilling over top). For me I wish the back strap was a bit wider.

I could not wear this bra. It must have been a 28 and miss labeled. Had to return it.
Va Bien Response: This style runs small in the band in H and I cups. That said, there could be 1 of 2 things happening here: 1) the band could be too tight, in which case we would suggest the your try 34G, it will have similar-fitting cups to 32H and it will have a bit more space in the band. 2) the cups are too small, which will cause the bust to push the cups away, resulting in a too-tight fit, in which case we would suggest you try 32I, which will have the same band measurement as 32H but offer a bit more room in the cups so you can “drop in”.

Beware. This bra runs small. I bought this bra in a 32H and the band did not stretch and it would not wrap around my rib area. I am a 32 inch- and this was super tight. I've sent it back and exchanging it for a 34I which I'm hoping will work better.

For years I have searched for a good fitting strapless bra and always settled because there were not many options for one with a small back and large/heavy cup. I cant explain how wonderful it is to wear a garment and feel comfort from the support of the bra. The boning that aligns the front of the bra give the support a heavier breast needs. I love it!!!! Finally big boobys can be sexy too.

Yikes! So heavily padded it felt like I was putting on a bulletproof vest. Very uncomfortable; sending it back
VaBien Response:
For customers used to wearing unlined, lightweight everyday bras, 1506 may certainly seem heavier – that’s because it’s structured to provide the necessary support to hold up a full bust properly without straps. Also FYI in order to produce the bra’s patented cups, there has to be at least a bit of thin foam layering to seal the “magic fingers” inside.

Size: 36I
I'm accustomed to paying a lot for my bras, so the price didn't phase me, but the quality standards do not meet the price. I tried my size (36I) even though there were reviews about a too tight band - alas, the reviews were right - I couldn't even come close to fastening it. I returned it and ordered a 38H, which was so big that I had to hook it on the tightest row, and it still didn't feel snug & started slipping down right away. I think there's a quality issue here - it sounds like if you can get one that fits, you're in luck....but it's a total cr*p shoot to get one that fits. I've been ordering my bras online for years and have never come across such inconsistent sizing - Va Bien is at the bottom of my list - I won't order them again.
VaBien Response:
This is a mix up between the effects of cup and band sizing. At first glance, if a bra is too tight one would think a larger band would be the solution, right? Not always. Sometimes the bra can be too tight because there is not enough capacity in the cups. If the bust cannot drop into the cups completely and properly, the garment will stand away and be too tight, even if the band measurement is correct. You probably needed a 36J, which unfortunately is not available in this style. In general however, if the cups do fit perfectly and the band seems too tight, what your did is correct – size up in the band and down in the cup. It’s just in this specific case it seems that the cups were too small, which caused a tightness that cannot be relieved properly by sizing up in the band. (Note: the cups of this style do not generally fit small, we do not recommend sizing up unless done so in combination with a step down in band size.)

My usual bra size is a 32H, but since I prefer more coverage in the cups I ordered both a 32H and 32I in this bra to see which cup size would give me more coverage in a strapless. To my surprise the band size of 32 in this bra was 2-3 inches too small for my frame in both. I called and customer service suggested 32J after the call I went online to order size suggested to my surprise they don't even sell in that size. I actually thought I ordered a 32GG, but, I received a 32G. Of course, I was spilling out the cup. However, I did appreciated the upward lift with this bra. I really liked that lift. Previously, I had tried a Panache strapless that seemed to keep 'the girls' too low. So, I returned the smaller 32G for a 34G. I anticipate a 4 star rating after the size change. A 5 star takes a couple of washings to judge handling.Anyway, I can't wait to get the larger size : )

Cups are too small and the bra is too tight fitting. I ordered my bra size and the cups only came half way up. Returned for 2 cup sizes larger. Waiting for the new size to see if fits better.
Va Bien Response: Most customers find that the cups of 1506 run full. 1506 has a sweetheart neckline – it is not intended to run to the very top of the bust. We're worried that moving 2 cup sizes larger will be too big of a jump – would recommend moving 1 size.

I purchased this for my daughter to wear specifically under her strapless prom dress. She absolutely loves this bra, said it is extremely comfortable and was surprised at how well it supported her without straps or slippage. She had a great time and I attribute some of it to the fact that she had such a comfortable, well fitting bra. We have shopped extensively for bras because of her size and always end up purchasing from HerRoom with complete satisfaction. This was the first Va Bien we have purchased and because of how well it fit and the comfort experienced we will most likely purchase another. She is looking forward to using it with the straps although she did say they might not even be needed since the support was so fantastic!

Pros: Garment had good construction and materials, and the 'no-slip' part felt pretty solid, but can't be completely certain as the band was a tiny bit large on me. I generally wear a 36C, which is usually somewhat tight, so I was surprised that the band felt large. Also, although several of the reviews mentioned that the 'push-up' was too severe, I didn't experience that, and I was looking for a little of that action.

I have nerve damage in my upper body, so strapless bras are mandatory. My condition caused me to grow large breasts which appear to be reaching for my toes. Therefore, lift is good.
Upside: when new, this bra was a real weight off my back -- literally. My "heavenly twins" felt heavenly indeed -- nearly weightless. They were placed properly, not under my chin or anything, but they didn't pull on my posture at all. It was wonderful.
The 'fingers' soon moved around, so instead of providing that wonderful lift, they were off doing something along the bottom or off to one side. I made several stops per day to straighten them out.
Unfortunately, they soon started wearing through the material. This meant that I had 3 sharp little plastic "fingers" digging into the softest part of my breasts.
If your breasts are highly mobile, this is not a good choice. If your breasts are heavy, this bra can be a nice break, but don't expect to get much wear out of it.
It's rather a lot of money for something that doesn't hold up well. It's a very clever engineering trick, I just wish it were better implemented.
For instance, instead of pointer-shaped 'fingers', 'fingers' with a T-shape, the crossbar running parallel to the underwire. This would prevent that gouging and push-through I experienced, and might help the stability. There has to be a low-overhead way of stabilizing the "fingers' inside the cup, so they don't wander off; tacking them down with a couple of stitches would be a nice excuse to add some lace to the cups to conceal the stitchwork, and while that might boost the price, I'd willingly pay a little more for a bra that offered that kind of lift WITH reasonable durability AND lace. I mean, that's 5 stars for sure!
Of course, easier options for securing the fingers might include using a different glue or a better embedding process. It's just that I love colorful, decorative bras, and given my size and my need for strapless, I'm pretty much out of luck.
Va bien Response: This sounds like a textbook case of improper washing. 1506 and all other Va Bien products are hand wash only. If placed in the washing machine – or worse, the drier – the plastic bones inside Ultra-Lift cups may move or become deformed. Thanks for the engineering input on the fingers though!

This bra pushes upward much more than I expected, and considering that it, like the other bras I tried this time, was too small. There was just too much spillage. If you are small ribbed and waisted, but have very large breasts like me, this is not the bra for you. Call customer service, they are great! They can help you figure out what you need much better.

I love this bra. Tried it on and I was shocked that it fit as well as it did in addition to staying in place. Nothing feels weird or looks weird. I feel confident in this bra which is saying a lot since I was blessed by the boob fairy...a blessing that comes with a lot of grief. Other stores don't have this size nor do they have this size in strapless. Thanks, Herroom, for making this one easy. I definitely would by this again.

When I first got the bra, the band size was too snug for me. After I lost a bit of weight I could finally wear it without an extender. However, it’s still a little snug and still leaves marks. Now I’m sure I’m not wearing the wrong size, considering I ordered a 32F and my ribcage is 30 inches, and the cups fit great. Definitely very supportive. The only issue is the band part, but I deal with it. So maybe ordering a band size up would work, but I had no money to return the order at the time. I’ve yet to wear the bra without the straps, but the straps stay on great and never come undone like my other strapless bras would. It was also a little pricey, but most great fitting bras for bigger cup sizes are.

This strapless is really great. I am a very small (5'0" 100 lbs) girl with 32D boobs (natural!) - they are not perky and I have never had luck with strapless bras. I need to wear a strapless bridesmaid's dress this summer and I was about in tears over it after trying it on, and trying on the bras they had at the bridal store. I ordered this one after reading the reviews and I just got, tried it on - and it stays put, gives lift but looks natural, and is comfy. Some of the corset bras I tried on were so uncomfortable and pushed my girls up near to my face - way too brothel-like for me. This bra is the best I tried and cheaper than many. Totally worth the money. I am very very happy and I recommend the bra esp. for girls that are big busted.

This is probably the best strapless bra I've ever had. That's saying a lot because I don't like strapless bras. There are many ways to wear it and I like the extra clear strap that comes with it. It's very comfortable and fitting. I'm especially pleased because I have an odd size, 40B, and it looks and feels great.

This is truely the most AMAZING BRA EVER for us bigger chested women!! I typically wear a 36DD so finding the right fit for me was a little difficult (something I've just gotten use to really) but once I did, I fell madly in love with this bra!! Having a bigger chest complicates the whole "strapless" idea, but with this bra, made it a reality!!! Truly an awesome bra!! Doesn't slip down...fully supports (for real support)...doesn't dig anywhere...doesn't give you the "cone" look or "shelf" feel...definitely gives you a lift but not with an awkward "look"!! I'm VERY satisfied with this item and cannot say enough good things about it really!! I was very shocked and excited to find a comfortable, strapless bra that "I" could be happy with...and I'm quite picky to say the least!! This bra went above and beyond my best expectations!! I would definitely recommend at least "trying" it...to see if it will work for you...but I give it a HUGE thumbs up!! Saved me for my "strapless" needs, to say the least!! : )

This was one of two strapless bras I tried and it was definitely not the best of the two. The fit was disappointing because it kept slipping down my ribcage despite it seeming like the correct size. I sent this one back.
HerRoom Response: Strapless bras really require that your bra size be accurate. Additionally, we notice that you are petite. You might want to try going down a band size and up a cup size.
VaBien Response:
For petites I always advise going down one band so 32F would have held up better
Remember that Va Bien brand is developed on American women and our fit is on the full side
Our cups are fuller and our bodies fuller than the average brand on the market made in Asia
Ultralift offers excellent support and lift

I love the boning in the cups on this bra- the girls look great but most of all they don't move around. Nice to have a bra that supports the breast tissue and is also very flattering. I like it better with the straps than w/o, for me I have to pull it up to adjust it when I wear it strapless.

I appreciate even finding my size here at this site, one of two!
I love the bra's fit and the wires don't jab and hurt. It really lifts you up and in place. Makeovers any blouse. My only complaint is that the straps don't stay up and constantly fall down when worn normally over the shoulders. It is a "strapless bra" by title but the 2 straps are offered to hook on to it but they just don't stay up when used if needed for larger sized woman...

The best strapless bra I have even tried on. Firm, stays in place and even tries to give some lift. Okay, girls, it's not miraculous or anything, but really does a good job - and you don't have to be pulling it up all the time. I am very happy with it.

I didn't buy it to be worn strapless--I just want a bra whose straps won't fall off my shoulders. It is not as comfortable for my purposes as I would like. Perhaps that's because it has sticky stuff at the base as do strapless bras.
I wish I had tried it on before I took off the tags so I could return it.

This bra provides exceptional life. Granted it isn't as comfortable as some but once you have work an long line bra under a bridal gown this is heaven. I loved the lift. I ordered my standard size and can say I'd order up a band size and if not there then DEFINITELY a cup size.....Yes it is padded but you know it is done well....It isn't a minimizer and it isn't a push up...but the minimal padding gets the girls where they need to be....It is unfortunate that for me I was coming over the top and the sizes won't go further for me but if you are below my size and want a strapless that gives you support this is it. I just needed a H. =)

This bra is so-so. For some reason I have the hardest time finding a strapless bra in a nude color and in my size. After reading other reviews on this site, I thought I'd found it. The bottom line: this bra works, but is not comfortable (no pain, no gain, I guess!).
The bra makes my heavy chest look perky, yet somewhat top-heavy, which can be problematic with some tops.
The band didn't stay very well on me. It was either fairly comfortable, but too loose, or not really comfortable, but stayed put fairly well. I don't think it had enough silicon to really not slide around. The material is pretty stiff, and if you're not careful (or have to readjust), it may end up poking you right where the underwire is, and this starts to hurt after a while.
So, for now this bra will do, but it is far from the strapless bra of my dreams.
