This is a nice garment and the cups looked like they would fit but the balance of the garment is EXTREMELY small.

Don't know why I didn't comment on the first 1260 that I purchased, just ordered a 2nd in black. This is probably one of the most comfortable, well fitting briefs I've ever owned. I'm tall and torso length is an issue, not so with this brief, plenty of length between the cups and the crotch. The fit was good although there was little give with the firm control. The leg openings would be more comfortable if they were cut higher as well. I really like the fit. I wish the lace upper cup was a softer and less lumpy lace. I cannot wear it under any smooth tops as a result of the lace. Otherwise it is great. Best briefer I have found most are too short in the body for me, this one fits great so much so I just ordered one in the other color so I can wear it with more of my clothes. Been looking for this garment for a long time. At 6' its difficult to find a long torso shaper; this one fits the bill. Shaping is firm but comfortable. The restroom is a challenge, not sure why manufacturers don't make the hooks closer to the front of the garment. The fit on the cups is amazing; great support and shaping and the lace is so sexy. A 40I would work better for you, to give you room to drop in, but unfortunately that size is not available in this style. I read a review that said to buy a size up for comfort, then I read the comment from HerRoom to buy your correct size and I am glad I did. My size 42C fit perfectly. I am so happy to find a long torso all-in-one. I wore it all day and night (as I went to a wedding). The straps fit wonderful and did not dig into my arms. I have worn body briefer's for 30 years. This brand used to have Goddess as its competitor. What I do not like is the short length of the back portion and too long length of the crotch piece. As a large woman, with this item I cannot unfasten and then refasten the crotch piece because of its placement. I need to fold down the whole briefer when I need to use the bathroom. At least Va Bien tries to get this right; others reverse the pieces. The best fitting briefer was Goddess for 20 years. Just a small revision would make this an excellent product. I have returned the garment. I kept my underwear on and it "bunched" where the waistline was. The bra part was not even on both sides, there was a gap in the fabric on the right side and no amount of adjusting helped. I have never had this issue with other bras of the same size.

It is so pretty, fits nicely and is comfortable. I do however wish the manufacturers would consider those of us chubettes who do not have large breasts. A "B" cup is what I wear, but this garment, as do so many, only comes in a "C" or larger. So I also purchased some enhancers and stuff it. It works okay, but this is a very generously sized cup. As far as being for longer torsos, I definitely think it is, and this part of it I really appreciate. But I will not purchase again, unless I can get my size cup. While it's great this bodysuit lets you choose your actual bra size, it doesn't let you choose your body size. I was hoping it'd be adjusted proportionally. Since my chest is very large (42H) I was worried the body might be too big. Boy was that fear unnecessary!

The body was made for someone who's a L or XL. I'm a 16. It wasn't going to happen. Most size 16's are a D-DD. Therefore if they're working backwards from a 42H (since that's the only way they let you choose the size), shouldn't the body have been bigger? Especially because this was listed in the plus size section. Perhaps I was supposed to know the bust was plus sized, while the rest of the garment was not.

However this is a very firm control bodysuit and it is normal for the garment to feel quite tight on the body. I needed a firm control undergarment for a low back dress for a recent Wedding reception. I tried numerous strapless low back long line bras and firm control girdles. Not configured for a bigger lady. Too low under arms, length is not in body of suit, just more snaps and that lets the suit have leg openings near your belly button.
