The straps were fine on me but I bought a large and the cups on this are very small and only just came up over my ... er ... breast points. It is as though they put the size small cups on a size large. I was very disappointed.
HerRoom Response: You make a very good point. This item would only fit someone up to a D cup size.

I love the gown! It was backordered, and Her Room did a good job of keeping me informed about progress. I plan to have the straps shortened a bit, but what can you expect when you're 4'11"?

The straps are much too long, even for me, a tall woman with large breasts. Also, the garment came very heavily perfumed and the scent. Fortunately, washing removed most of the scent.

I love the fabric and construction of this gown and I had hoped it would fit me better. I feel like the straps are too long for me and I will have to take them up and the cups seem to spread out too much. I may have a unique shape that makes me difficult to fit off the rack. This is a high quality product.
