You will then select the new item for your new exchange order, payment will be processed, and your new exchange order will ship immediately. Original orders processed under PayPal will have to have updated payment information provided to process new exchange orders. Please note that we can only accept new, unwashed, odor-free merchandise in its original packaging with attached unfolded tags. The intimate nature of the products we sell requires intensive quality testing and inspection. A questionable return can take longer. The availability to your funds is determined by your credit card issuer or your financial institution.
If you wish to return a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid return label option for $5.95. Once we process your return, this fee will be deducted from your return credit.
