Ok, these did have the cuff legs the cotton they're made with doesn't move with your body. Anyone that does both sitting, standing, and walking these underwear will be super difficult to stay up. The elastic waistband needs to be wide to keep em up Barb from US

I just figured since I returned the size 13 that the 14's would be perfect. I can't wear them because they are too tight at the thigh. Soo disappointed.

Leg openings are clownishly small. Unless you have very slender thighs, this panty is not for you. My initial thought was the panty was manufactured wrong. The waist and hip would have fit me fine but I could not even pull the panty up over my thighs - the leg openings were that small.. Put another way, the leg openings were for about a size 8 panty but the body of the panty is size 14.

Those were the most poorly shaped panties I had ever seen in my life. The leg homes were small, the backside was small while the front was large. They were very uncomfortable.
