I purchased the Shocker Absorber SN109 sports bra for a lady friend of mine who has started a new exercising program and with her size needed the support. When purchasing anything I look for quality construction and overall features and this product certainly meets those requirements. Cole from Decatur, TX, U.S.

Great bra, but back runs small. I am normally a 36 DD and had to buy a 38 DD for this bra (I have to use extensions for an earlier 36 DD order). Even with one size up, the fit is more snug than I would like, especially in the back. Fantastic support, but non-standard sizing. Cecilia from Syracuse/NY/Onondaga

I have been wearing Shock Absorber No Bounce bras for years and feel absolutely comfortable and secure with them. I've never had this bra size, however, and came down from size G. I had never seen a size FF before, and I should have investigated further as it was more like a binder than a bra. I will continue to wear that brand however. It is so comfortable. Nancy

This is extremely supportive which is wonderful for anyone that is large busted. The only thing I would make note of is that it definitely runs small, both band and cup. I'd recommend ordering the next larger band and cup size. I'm making it work, but it would be much nicer if it wasn't quite so tight. Karen from Bemidji

The only sports bra that does what it says it will. It breathes and absorbs sweat as well as shock, preventing uncomfortable itchiness later on. Submitted from TheUndies.com

My chest doesn't move at all in this bra, even during high impact activities. It's also comfortable, I don't feel like I'm being strangled. Submitted from TheUndies.com

The best, most comfortable, best fitting bra I think I've ever had. Total security even in high impact hip hop dance rehearsals. I don't even think about what's going on "there." Need to order more! Carla from Maine

Best sports bra ever . No bounce. Everything stays in place. I ordered these after breast implants from a review I read and these bras are perfect . I didn't have a lot of experience with being busty until after my surgery and I did a ton of research and tried many sports bras. These are the best . I can run, cross train, intense spin, and all cardio no problem. Mvalentine from Michigan

Big nope on this one. I have an older Shock Absorber in 30G that fits, but is wearing out. This new version was WAY too small in both the band and cup. Couldn't even get it closed.

HerRoom Response: I'm sorry this bra did not work for you. Sports bras will give and stretch over time as you wear & work out in them. Your old size 30G sports bra may fit, but that may not mean you need a 30G in a brand new sports bra. Take a look at our Bra Fitting Advice Page to make sure you are in the right size. I have been buying these bras for 9 years. I love them...... I used to purchase them Locally but they have not had them in some time. They told me about your company. Hopefully you will continue to have them. Gracie from Bethlehem, Pa

Followed the suggestion of sizing up on the band and the fit was just tight enough to hold everything in place while working out. I would give this a higher rating, but the elastic around the edges of the cups are very rough and caused serious chafing whenever I moved my arms, which is a real problem in a sports bra. I have always ordered Shock Absorber bras and like how they fit. I do wish they could have a stronger band at the bottom of the bra; the band now does not hold as well as a stronger one would. Sherry from Franklin , Wisconsin USA

Just a heads up, thin material on this bra. Added to the thin material, the seam runs directly through the cups. Who does that?! I have seams over my nipples that completely irritate me. It does separate which I do like, but not enough to keep wearing it. I would like a bra with heavier material and NO seams in the cups!!

Shock Absorber Response: For more modesty, we recommend our Multi Sports Max Support Sports Bra S4490. The seams and construction are meant to give structure to the bra without needing a wire. There is a seamless inner lining in between the two materials to prevent rubbing or irritation. Tifnie from Arroyo Grande, CA

I inquired if this bra fit the same as another brand of sports bras I know and I was given this size. It was so tight and the cup size was terribly small. I am disappointed that is doesn't fit. EXTREMELY small.

Shock Absorber Response: Depending on the level of support needed, Shock Absorber Sports Bras can fit more snug. We suggest going up a cup size to capture all the breast tissue Jill from WI

It is a decent bra, but in white, it is thin enough that I had to sew in modesty pads to feel comfortable wearing it.

Shock Absorber Response: For more modesty, we recommend our Multi Sports Max Support Sports Bra S4490. V from Japan

I have been searching high and low for a sports bra that allows me to breath during exercise, won't bruise me and dosent squish my girls. This is that bra!!! I cannot recommend this bra enough! I'm a 30 E and sometimes a 30 DDD so when sports bras are sold S/M/L it's so frustrating, so I recommend this bra if you are small around the ribs but have some volume going on. This bra will make you feel like wonder women I'm not even kidding, so much support and it doesn't give you uní-boob. Maria from Massachusetts

This is my third shock absorber. I LOVE this bra. It really holds everything in and there is minimal movement. I play roller derby, run, and do a lot of HIIT, and this bra has seen me through it all. I literally wear them til threadbare. It does run a little small but I'm okay with that because it holds me in really well. HIGHLY recommend! Suzanne from San Jose, CA

I bought this item because the usual bra I get was out of stock. I was desperate and really needed some new bras. It's so much better and I'm really glad I took a chance on it. It provides incredible support, keep the ladies apart, and is comfortable enough to do manual labor in all day without soreness or chafing. 100% satisfied. Karen from Anchorage, Alaska USA

When I first ordered this bra in a D3, it just didn't fit right. However, when I finally got it in the correct size, it does the job I needed it to do! There may be a better sports bra out there for me somewhere, but so far this is THE BEST ONE that I have tried. Other than the feeling of pulling on my neck, which they have all done so far, I'm really satisfied with my purchase! Michelle from Warsaw, New York

For this bra, the difference between 32DD (my usual size) and 34D is vast. I couldn't even hook 32DD, but the tightest hook on 34D is still too loose. Another design issue is the way that the sides fan out from the band. The girls are not compressed enough, sadly.

Shock Absorber Response: Shock Absorber Sports Bras are meant to separate and encapsulate instead of compress. You may consider going down one more cup size to a 34C. B from Houston

This sports bra is amazing for large breasted women. I am a horse woman, this bra stops the bounce! Another plus is that it minimizes the girls. I look two cup sizes smaller, which makes me look thinner! Always a great thing. This bra does run very small around the rib cage,. I just ordered another one a size larger and cup smaller, because of this. I advise everyone does the same, otherwise this bra is going to be very tight. Kim from Tucson, AZ

These bras work great for high impact exercise, no movement of the chest. The only compliant I would have is that I had a bit of a harder time taking in deep breaths and that it squishes you flat so excess boob comes up over the top. May order a size bigger if you are in between sizes. Overall great product!!! Renee from Anchorage, AK

Fits great! Usually I have problems adjusting the straps short enough. The fit is nice. I've been wanting to include jogging into my workout routine and now I can without the discomfort that I usually feel. Judith from Woods
