I just got implants, and I bought this bra to wear after my surgery. I ordered the Small, but it's tight. However, I like the way the lacy trim looks under my blouses. Before surgery, I was a 36B, but I"m probably 36D now. I'll need to size up.

I love this bra! It is so comfortable. Although the 2x is the recommended size for me, and it does fit, I prefer to size up so that the underband is not so tight on my rib cage. I just ordered three more.
