I agree with other reviews, it runs small and is the fabric is rough. I never got to try it on because I could barely get it past my knees. This is the same size I wear in Maidenform in a similar style. It's supposed to be a snug fit but...

I rated this with 4 stars even tho it didn't quite fit right. My fault, not the garment. Am having problems with a large swelling in my abdomen. But I did like it. This garment runs super small. Also, the torso is way too short & this garment only has one adjustable level. Lastly, this garment was very uncomfortable! The way it's cut at the thigh feels like it's cutting off your circulation. If your a bit hippy and voluptuous, I noticed that where it cuts off is very tight so it ends up digging into your skin and creating this unsightly marshmallow effect where it's both cutting and puffing out your skin at the same time. On other websites, I saw complaints about the cups being too large and "hard to fill." I ordered my standard bra size (that has been confirmed by several measurings) anyway, figuring I could add a little padding if it was close enough. No such luck, the cups were way too small! Couldn't get them to stay tucked in at all. I'm not sure what those other reviews were thinking, unless mine was made especially tiny. The piece doesn't come in a DDD and it's pretty snug everywhere, so I'm going to exchange for a 40DD to see if that works. In addition to the sizing issues, the left arm strap is sewn on twisted, so I'd either have to exchange it or fix it myself anyway. I really like this bodysuit, I hope the new one fits and is made right!

I love this body briefer! I feel like I have finally found "the one" that can wear every day and it gives great support and is comfortable and has a slight "retro" shaping style that works for me. When this product is new it is a bit tighter than most...but it "relaxes" after wearing several times and then is the perfect combination of lifting and smoothing. Loved this item! I listened to all the previews reviews [not that I really had a choice, they don't sell my actual size: 32DD], and was so happy that they didn't make that size. The 34DD cups and body length fit me perfectly! Even with my somewhat short torso. It's also a good idea to order a size up because it's kind of hard to get on - super snug (my first shapewear purchase, so maybe I'm just complaining lol). I had at first bought my regular size, but it was way too small in the bra so I ordered a larger size and it still doesn't fit correctly. I won't order this one again. I was leaving for a trip so I brought them and wish I would have just shipped them back again and went and purchased something at the store. I ordered larger than what their measurements said to order.

Rago Response: This is a common problem with one piece garments. The bottom of the body is not always in line with the top. Also the mass and density of the breasts may not fit the configuration of the all in one cup. The solution to this problem is to try style 2202 Lacette Long Line Bra as a top and style 6109 High Waist Brief Girdle as a bottom. Together they shape the entire body. This did not do anything for me. The models used are already small so it makes it appeal that it is firming you up and pulling everything in, but if you have a muffin top it is not going to do too much for you, unless your muffin top is small and not big.

This briefer fit perfectly and does indeed offer excellent firm control of tummy and hip areas, but it places your chest very wide rather than keeping your bosom tucked nicely within the line of your ribcage. *Cute as a button.* Absolutely only suitable for someone about 5'5 or 5'6" or there will be fitting issues. Bras are not one size fits all- VERY retro pointy cup shape which I adore but just be aware of this; I'm going to have to doctor (alter) mine quite a bit to make it work but it's cute as can be. And it actually shapes you, too, it doesn't just look adorable. I prefer this style with the lace motif over the main stretch fabric being solid- get the allover lace if you can as it is much cuter. I fell flat on my back in a fast food restaurant and I think it saved me from breaking some bones as I fell really hard. So I read the reviews before I ordered this product. I ordered this product specifically for my wedding dress. The fit of the garment was extremely hard. I think I will try washing it then trying it before I give up. It is hard with a 1 piece because my hips are a lil wider than my top. I know that my bra size is 44C so with the read comments I got a 46C. The top part was so tight that it actually gave me a rash. Maybe if I ordered it like 3 sizes bigger than me it would be a good product.

I have been wearing briefs for over 30 years and was excited to find your garment online. This garment was well made, but sized extremely small. I tried it on my niece who is a 36 and it was too tight for her as well which made it impossible for me to determine what size I actually would need. So regretfully returned the two I had ordered.

The bottom half was a good fit and held me in the way I like my body briefer to fit however the cup size could not possibly be true to size. I am a true DD and have had no problem with other brands in the cup area. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to getting a briefer that gave good support all over. I have to send it back because it has absolutely no give to it at all, no elasticity. It may work for someone who is smaller up top than I.

Us slender gals need extra firm support garments more than the more amply endowed as we have "less to move around to the right places". This garment dramatically increased the perkiness and measurements of my breasts, sucked in my waist and flattered my "snake hips". It also improved my posture and sense of poise. It is also comfortable to wear all day and I recommend it to anyone who is "asset impoverished". I ordered this in both 34DD and 36DD and while I'm normally 34DD, the larger size fit better in the cups. Neither was particularly comfortable, but then what do you expect from something that holds you in like this number does?! The problem for me was the show-through from the lace and the lack of underwires in the bra. I keep trying to find something that feels right without underwires and haven't yet. I am slender and with less to move to the right places so the firmness of this garment is perfect. Before wearing it, my waist was 37 and now it is 34. My band was 36 and now it is 34. Sizing is difficult to manage on the first try. I can't really rate this as it was too small. I fit a 7X-8X in Rago but this (the largest band width offered) was no where near those sizes. The 48B would probably fit a size 18-22. I wish they would size them differently according to their girdle sizing. It is a lovely garment and has all the attributes of their girdles. It really does give you great back support and sucks you in and gives you a GREAT hourglass figure. I got a bra size I though I could squeeze into b/c they don't offer 36DDD. The cup sizes are a bit small so you might want to go up one but other than that....FANTASTIC! Meagan from Denton/TX/USA

I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase of 3 Rago body briefers! Once I get it on, I feel like I look like I have lost 20 to 30 lbs. but I have NOT! I feel it was money well spent even though it was a big sacrifice to spend so much! Most of my clothes come from the thrift store but this item makes me feel "good about myself" and this is very important! Rago 9051 - Thank you so much for your prompt service! I have a herniated disc in my low back, plus a dropped bladder! This garment is the most comfortable foundation garment that I've ever worn! Once in it, it is like a 2nd skin, so comfortable that I don't have to wear a bra under it! My skin can breathe so it doesn't make me itch after I take it off! I live in the south now and it is not nearly as hot to wear as the other ones that I've worn! My granddaughter bought my 1st one at a specialty bra shop and I went online and found it at your site! Ok, I'll admit to wearing a girdle on occasions. This really flattens the tummy in ways no "shaper" really can. My husband like that it has detachable garters so I can wear stockings with it. I really love this body briefer- IT WORKS! It's also constructed very sturdily- make no mistake- this is the "old-school" heavy duty type body briefer- but that is just what I wanted. The bottom line (no pun intended!) is that it works. It's especially effective at whittling a waist and controlling the tummy. I appreciated Her Room for delivering it so quickly, too. I took the advise of another gentleman who had apparent back problems. The RAGO 9051 is a very comfortable garment for a male to wear. It gives just enough support to my lower back to virtually eliminate any discomfort. I don't have debilitating pain, but, it makes things a lot more bearable. The only modification, was to sew down the bra cups so they didn't protrude. It's almost daily attire for me. Ben from New Jersey

The fit of this garment isn't true to size. the bra area is way too tight and the overall fit is to confining. Also the garment isn't comfortable to wear all day. The Rago Body Briefer #9051 does a super job. As a person with a bad back that has no way of fix I have to live with a great deal of pain this product makes my life beareable. I am a male and would advise any one with back troubles to try this one. thank you Richard from Eugene,OR,USA
