I was so disappointed with these. They don't stay where I put them; it crawled up my waist and I needed it on my belly from a recent surgery and I found it uncomfortable. It seems like it was too big. The next one I bought was a smaller one and it was too tight and rolled down all day long. I can't seem to find the one I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but I'm not paying all that money for another one to be disappointed again. Dawn from Maine

I love this product for the support it provides for my lower back. I now have two and they are great for giving me stability while comfortable to wear all day. Being that this was really the only thong with a waist that you had I thought I would try it. I would say don't bother because its more like some thing a sumo wrestler would wear.

I love this item. I own about 12 of them. I just had a baby so I had to order the larger size. It holds everything in place so well...and I love that it is a thong! I tend to wear it a little lower than the picture because I am not crazy about my hips and lower tummy. I only gave it 4 stars because I think that the panty portion is a little too long and big...so I end up sewing it up a little so it doesn't hang down...but the item is worth it!! abird808 from Honolulu, HI

This will definitely hold your stomach in and give you the 'no lines' look but it may pose an additional problem depending on how you are built and the amount of fat in your mid section. The thong is pretty firm fitting and you may have hangover at your waist from it so would need a shapewear top for that. I like the one piece items better, it smooths everything.
