I purchased the 6207X in a 4x I wear other shapers in a 2 or 3 x. The fit was snuggle but breatheable. The high waist came up to my bra band and it is a mid thigh shaper. What I loved most when I sit or bend down it stays in place Robin from Albany New York USA
