Disappointed. I ordered the size I wear in my other Prima Donna bras (Madison + Deauville) but in this one (w/o the lace) my breasts spilled over top of the cups. I wanted a smooth bra to wear under knits. Keep looking.
HerRoom Response: Yes, this bra requires moving up a cup size. Unfortunately, this bra is not made in a 40G(D4).

Runs extremely small, bra needs a fit check.
Otherwise it’s a very nice Bra, all bras by this brand are top notch!
HerRoom Response: This bra is a best-seller with a very consistent fit. Looking at your order history, you are keeping bras in size 36D3 - both a band and cup size larger. This is probably the reason you feel it fits small.

Love this bra. It gives some lift and forward projection without creating an unnatural shape. It stretches in the right places but doesn’t stretch where it shouldn’t. The center gore tacks nicely. Really great everyday bra!

I love this bra. Prima Donna bras offer better support than any other brand I have tried in this size (34H). The center gore sits flat on my chest, the straps don’t dig, the band doesn’t move, and everything is contained without being uncomfortable.

After several brands, band sizes, and cup sizes, I finally found THE bra that fits my 34DDD bust properly. I didn't realize just how "cheap" the cheaper brands were for the size of my bust until I tried Prima Donna. I finally found the right band/cup size for me!

Best bras I've had in years. The 3 part cup creates a good look under most clothes. It does seem to take a few washings and some wearing for the cups to really smooth out which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. The lack of lace on top makes a smoother fit under most clothes. They are expensive and not always available.

Love the comfort of this bra, but couldn't get a good fit. I was professionally measured 36F is the correct size in Prima Donna. The cups just did not offer enough full coverage for me especially under the arms--too much side spillover. The 38E seemed to fit better cup-wise, but I just didn't want to risk getting a band too large.

I have two Prima Donna Madison bras, but with lace. I really wanted one without for a smoother look. For some reason this doesn't cover the breasts as well on top. I hate the spillage look and you don't get this with the lace version, but somehow this one isn't as good. While I really love these bras overall, I have a BIG criticism, the straps slide off my shoulders frequently. A pet peeve of mine. That said, these bras still fit me the best of any bra. Just wish they weren't so crazy expensive, with VERY FEW sales.

Very comfortable and pretty bra. Like other reviews, this bra wrinkled up at the front cup seams, but within a short time, it relaxed and conformed to my shape. Fits like a dream. I have 36D size breast, which are unusually heavy pendulous breasts with space in between that have to be accommodated. Keeps my breasts where they belong and the bra doesn't slide down like so many others due to the weight of the tissue. Never thought I'd need a $125 bra, but it's worth every cent. I have 6!

I am not sure why this Madison fit me so much smaller than the original Madison Full Cup bra. My breasts were squished and the band was very tight. I had extra skin hanging out everywhere -- Not a pretty site nor comfortable. It's the first Prima Donna bra that didn't fit me true to size (32G). I don't see any other complaints on this issue, so perhaps my bra was an anomaly. I exchanged it for the Gracious bra and I'm in love. Its so comfortable and oh so beautiful. So not all is lost thanks to the easy return and exchange program at HerRoom.

Having recently lost weight, I am in the need of new bras. I measured and read both details and reviews. I understand that the band is supposed to do all the work, however, this isn't the case for me. I end up with either the band riding up -- even when it is tightened -- or the underwire digs into my underarms. I tried to find bras with more narrow side seams. I had high hopes for this bra after reading the reviews, but this bras didn't work. The quality was fine, but it was too low in the front. When adjusted the straps, the back rode up. Trying to find a correct fit is intimidating.
Prima Donna Response: If the back band is riding up when the straps are adjusted and it feels like the underwire is digging, it might be that you need to size down in the band and increase the cup. Also this style is a "balconette" fit, which means it fits lower on neck-line and lower in the side panel. This might be why it feels too low in the front. We suggest that you try a size 42I (D6) in the Madison Full Cup Bra.

Worth every dollar. The best bra I have ever owned. Fit, lift and shape are no less than MAGNIFICENT. I went up to a 34H in this bra, whereas I usually wear 34G in European manufactured bras like Va Bien and Panache. It is absolutely worth it to spend more to get the best possible bra. Highly recommend.

I'm new to Prima Donna, but have purchased several bras from this company and I just love them. While the bras cost more than I typically spend, they are totally worth it. I am size 32 E and it's nearly impossible to find a well made bra in my size so this is a lifesaver. I ordered several. I also tried on a dozen bras from Herroom all in the "more costly well made" range because I need support, in similar sizes so I can say that this one is true to size, very supportive and well made. Worth every penny. The center seam doesn't show through most shirts, and if a shirt is white and very thin then I wear the Prima Donna unlined T shirt bra with "dimmers" because my nipples are prominent. I'm petite 5 feet 3 in 112 pounds and I need a bra that doesn't make me look bigger in the bust, but gives support. I'm in my 50s but this bra would be cute on a younger woman too. The pattern in the straps is cute if you like to wear tanks and your bra straps will show. I thank Herroom for all the online advise about sizing and by going down a band size and up a cup size I get much better support.

I love Prima Donna bras and the Madison line is one of my favorites. However, this particular style did not work for me at all. The material puckered in some areas, and I have full breasts so this is never a problem for me. Overall it did not fit well and wasn't flattering. I exchanged it for the Madison Contour Heart Shape bra instead. Much better fit for me, but it's a totally different cup style. If you like full coverage three-part cups, The Madison Full Cup Bra (with the lace) fits much better!

The Madison is very supportive and quite comfortable. I've seen reviews of this bra that make claims like "I can't even tell I have a bra on" and so forth, which I can't endorse. I've never found a really supportive bra that was quite *that* comfortable. That said, it seems to be as comfortable as a bra this supportive could possibly be. It's also very cute. I only have two small complaints about it. First off, it makes the girls look a tiny bit pointier than I would ideally like. And secondly, it has a slightly bumpy seam going horizontally across each cup that shows under some clothing, which is too bad since it's very smooth otherwise. These are minor concerns, though--overall I'm very happy with the Madison and would recommend it to others despite the somewhat steep price tag.

This is the second Prima Donna bra for me I also purchased the Twist. The price was higher than what I usually pay but I'm hooked. I like three part bras and have been trying to find one I could wear under T shirts,. T shirt bras make me look like I gained 20 pounds so I wanted a 3 part. I hardly know I'm wearing a bra because it fits so well. The Twist is even more comfortable but not as good under T shirts. Spend the extra money you'll be glad you did.

After trying literally HUNDREDS of bras on and buying just as many different types I've found the Mecca, the gold standard, and the holy grail of bras in the madison by prima donna. I never have spillage in the top of the cups, no longer do my boobs slip out the bottom of the band, and the back fat squeeze and strap discomfort are GONE! its amazi

My first seamed bra since I learned what size I really wear. This is an excellent bra: pretty and comfortable. I'm surprised by how much support a soft bra can give and will be getting more 3-part cup seamed bras. Nipple coverage is much better than I expected because the seams do part of the job.

This bra had almost a demi-cup. Did not fit similar to my other Prima Donna bras so I returned it.
